Highly recommend making reservations, there was a line of people there when we got there, everyone in it had a reservation. Ambiance and atmosphere are welcoming, lots of plants, real and fake, help create a nice environment. We got the bean dip, needed to add a little salt, their chips are fire. Ordered a pork belly omelet and the house chilaquiles. The pork belly was a little over cooked, but the omelet itself was cooked perfectly, not brown hot spots. The chilaquiles had an incredible flavor profile. O was surprised it was cold, my wife said it’s served that way, I digress. We shared a flan chocolate cake, that was perfect. Service is outstanding, atmosphere was louder than I prefer, but still able to hold conversation.

We’ve been meaning to try this breakfast place and it didn’t disappoint! Beautifully decorated and unique and delicious food! We will definitely be back, the menu is packed with fun things to try! The waitress said that there is a different menu on Tuesdays, for taco Tuesday, And they have homemade tortillas that day. Beware that they close early, so it’s a breakfast/lunch restaurant. Because the menu was so unique, I recommend reviewing it first before you go and thinking about what you want to order. We had the Abrazo de Leche pancakes, which is basically a tres Leches pancakes. And the Chilaquiles Miss Condesa, which is basically cut up corn tortillas in a red sauce, with a thin piece of grilled steak, topped with eggs, avocado, and pickled onions, Side of beans, and a sweet corn tamal and French toast. Delicious! They had so many cool drinks, when you enter there is a display with beautiful cakes and flan. A nearby table celebrated their birthday and had fun fireworks on their piece of cake. If you love authentic Mexican food I totally recommend!

Super cute place! Definitely needs to be bigger. The Mimosa Flight was super delicious, and adorable. Food tasted great! It is a bit pricey for a plate of tortilla chips, and an Egg. And one of our overeasy eggs was super underdone. But they did correct it once we saw our waitress again. But the beans, and the green and red sauces were delicious! They even have these cute stands that hold your purses next to your table. So I thought that was pretty thoughtful.

Great atmosphere! I came here for my birthday and I had a wonderful time. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and so filling. Portions were perfect. Everything was done tastefully. I’d even go as far as saying this is a Mexican version of Sunday’s Best. Our server was Viridiana! Lovely girl. She took great care of all of us and made sure to handle all of us (party of 8) with grace and love. She really helped this place feel like home. 🥰

What a fun spot! The chilaquiles rojos were perfection and the atmosphere was amazing. Our server was accommodating of our food requests and allowed us to visit over brunch for quite some time without feeling rushed. It was busy, so I highly recommend reservations. Will definitely be back!

Overall great experience! Food was delicious and something new! Mimosas were yummy with fun flavors! We did have to wait a bit even though we had a reservation but it’s ok, more time to catch up with friends.

We celebrated my Mother-in-Law’s 79th birthday this past Saturday. Everything about La Condesa is wonderful. The staff, the service, the food. Carolina was our waitress and she was an absolute joy. My mother-in-law was spoiled and she absolutely loved it. You will not regret having a special occasion or your weekly brunch at this wonderful small business.

We went to eat here based on a friends recommendation. The food was great. We got the taco sampler and Tinga enchiladas with salsa verde. Everything was delicious, but the Tinga was the best! We also got the mimosa flight, which was great too. We had a bit of the wait for a table, but it was definitely worth it!
