La Cucina Italiana

This was an extraordinary experience. The food was a new experience. It is made with love and passion. Everything tastes new. The food plays a symphony with your taste buds. The wine is very special. It's fantastically good. The staff are very friendly and professional. The chef is very nice and he checks his customers. No delays. No cold food. I would say this is probably one of the best restaurants in Sweden I have ever been to. It might be a bit expensive but it worths every penny. I would wanna repeat the experience again. Thanks to all the staff for this beautiful experience.

We stumbled upon this wonderful little Italian gourmet restaurant and ended up having an amazing three course tasting menu, perfectly curated by the amazing chef! An amazing dining experience in Gothenburg not to be missed, truly a hidden gem!

I cannot recommend the Italian Table enough; the Chef is an absolute master of his craft! Upon entering the your immediately transported to the Mediterranean by the music he’s playing which creates the perfect ambiance, the set menus are perfection. My wife and I will be back as often as possible!

Great restaurant with excellent food and exceptional service. An experience well recommended! Their selection of non-alcoholic wines was very well matched with the food as well and did not feel rushed. Be prepared for an exclusive experience. Fit for the best!

Friendly staff and super good food! The place is small and familiar and at the same time they are professional! It was crowded with lovely music at the background! I am recommending this place if you visiting Gothenburg!

Group dining at a very nice Italian restaurant. The chef recommends a 4 course tasting menu and you end up with about 8 courses if you include the tasters and amuse Bouche in between courses. The duck with saffron risotto was delicious, there was also a fantastic Norwegian scallop with some black taglialini with capers and spicy sausage. It will take too long to describe each dish, and they change anyway. It was lovely, talking to the chef and the waiter, I tried to negotiate a cheaper price for a bottle of the fantastic olive oil they sell. But even in Italian, I couldn't get him to drop the price. It was all delicious, I haven't even mentioned the red wine yet. Go there and enjoy a 2 hour meal in a restaurant that seats only 22 people.

Great food experience, especially the service. I love how the chef served with food and chatted with us. Felling so warm and kind of inspiring me to visit Sothern Italy again.

This was an absolute joy! The chef's choice (tasting menu) was wonderful, as was the 2011 Borgogno Barolo Riserva! Give yourself ample time to enjoy as it is a minimum 2.5 hour adventure and the chef comes out after each course to discuss and get feedback. Highly recommended!

This is a great little restaurant in the heart of Göteborg. Chef Fioriniello is wonderful and great to be around. He definitley takes pride in his work and with the satisfaction of his clients. I was kind of surprised to 'stumble' across this restaurant without knowing the area, but I'm so glad I did. He has both fixed menus and a la carte items. I was unaware of the process the last time I went to visit, but I'll know more for next time. Soup, main course, desert and some wine. What could be better?

Fantastic food, knowlegable waitress in a small quaint restaurant. We could not be more pleased by the whole experience! Definitely worth a visit and we would happily return!!
