La Cuisine Rademacher

This is my favorite, and by far the best restaurant in Köln. It’s maybe even up there with one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. I wish I could give them 10 stars, because they deserve it. The food is like nothing I have experienced before. Everything is dialed in perfectly from the quality of the food, the presentation, the flavors. Everything, and I mean everything, every single dish is unique and delicious. I was eating foods that I normally wouldn’t go near, because Chef Marlon Rademacher turns everything into a delicious piece of art. He also makes his way to the dining room to say hello to his guests after the dinner rush.. The staff are professional, courteous, and their attention to detail is impeccable. I really cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. We have already been back for a second time and cannot wait until we go back again. Bravo!

If only I could rate it higher than 5 stars. This place is the hidden gem of köln and all of Germany. I've travelled around the world lots and have been fortunate enough to try so many different cuisines/restaurants but nothing I've had can compare to La Cuisine Rademacher. This is our 3rd time having date night at the restaurant and with each experience, our love for food becomes greater. Without a doubt the best Restaurant experience I have ever had, it's unforgettable. The staff and head chef Marlon Rademacher are extremely welcoming and I can't wait for the next visit ❤

The best Restaurant, Chef and Staff ever. During lockdown, we picked up the take away menu, and we were blown away by the culinary variety and taste every time. Last week we were finally able to go to La Cuisine Rademacher in person, and we loved every single second of our Date night. Wonderful Staff and food. ❤ We will come back for sure!

Marlon and the team take outstanding care of the guests. The ambience is comfortable, atmosphere friendly and the food exquisite - prepared with heart. Maybe the only area to work on is wine pairing quality.

Casual & down to earth fine dining. Excellent food, with a smart mix of seafood and meat. The restaurant and its chef successfully created a place you want to visit on a regular basis.

We only found this restaurant on the day we arrived. It was the highlight of the day. The staff were wonderful from the start and the meal was exceptional. We had a wonderful experience. After 2 years of no travel this was a great start to our weeks in Cologne. We look forward to returning. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
