Yesterday, three generations of my family dined at La Dame de Pic Dubai, the restaurant of third-generation Michelin-starred chef Sophie Pic. From the very first moment, we were captivated not just by the elegance of the setting and the flawless service, but by the genuine artistry behind every dish.
The meal began with a delightful, playful introduction: a carrot and coffee-infused bite that was as imaginative as it was delicious. Each course that followed was masterfully composed, culminating in a wagyu main course cooked to perfection tender, rich, and exquisitely balanced.
And then, the poached peach so delicately prepared and so emotionally resonant that it truly brought tears to my eyes. It was a moment that reminded us all how food can be both art and emotion.
Service throughout the evening was impeccable: every plate arrived in perfect synchrony, cleared with quiet precision, and the pacing of the courses was seamless. Watching the open kitchen, the calm choreography of chefs and servers added to the sense of wonder.
Dining at La Dame de Pic Dubai was not just a meal, but an experience shared across generations a memory we will treasure. It was, quite simply, perfection. We will definitely be back there soon.
A special mention must go to Marieanna, who was so welcoming, informative, and attentive throughout the evening. Her warmth and professionalism made the experience even more memorable.
