Catastrophic - booking a hotel room for €2,000 per night for several nights. We booked the restaurant at PIC a month in advance and informed our guests. 3-4 weeks later, the concierge informed us that it was no longer profitable for them to have us and therefore cancelled our reservation. Initially on the waiting list, then accepted, then cancelled due to privatization and supposedly we were the only reservation, a lie and manipulation. No sense of hospitality, a money-making machine, and zero human sensitivity. It's a shame as we've visited all the PIC restaurants in the world several times, as well as the Four Seasons, but it's over. We're cancelling our stay for another hotel with a more "palace" sense of hospitality, and I encourage you to do the same. True luxury is honesty, elegance, and refinement. No profit maximization, I encourage you not supporting these behavior and book somewhere else.
