I had this black man, who I haven’t seen before so he must be new, take and make my order and he did a wonderful job. The mangonada looks and tastes amazing. I love when workers take time to make sure their food comes out lookin pretty. I appreciate the little details that he put into it. I normally get bad customer service here from the young hispanic girls so it was a nice change of pace to get this service today! Give this man a raise fr‼️

Horrible energy with the lady upfront. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or has a bad life but don’t bring it into your place of work and try to rub of your negative attitude on paying customers, especially if your working at an ICE CREAM SHOP where it’s suppose to be a “fun” “happy” experience..completely took away my appetite with her horrendous attitude.

I like this place because is always clean and the associates are always welcoming with a smile. My son loves coming here (: thank you!!

Great atmosphere ! Great and fast service! I tried the Tostilocos recommended to my wife by the service clerk Haydi! Loved it .We are new to Raleigh and wanted to try some authentic Mexican ice cream and treats.This place is the place to go! highly Recommend For these Hot Summer Days to Come.

I had the elote and paleta con fresa y kiwi and it was so delicious!!! Diana was so kind and was smiling with us the whole time- she made it a fantastic experience!!! Will definitely be coming back soon!

These strawberries with cream were exquisite. I haven't found a place that had these this good. Def coming back, I tried this and the esquites both were huge and the price was def fair. I also had a coconut water, so creamy and delicious as it's name. If you want a spot that's affordable and delicious this is a must stop in Raleigh. The lady was so nice and the service is very quick, the place was tidy and they had great beats lol, I went there with my sisters and we had a good time.

Terrible! The man helping us was very rude and the big lady that rang us up was rude as well. I'm almost positive she flicked me off when we left. I'm not sure if knows me from somewhere but I don't know her! That was my first time visiting this place. The food was good but with those horrible workers there's no point of good food. Horrible ambiance! Music was too loud! Will not be going back!

La Deliciosa is a hidden ice cream gem! This ice cream shop is located in Raleigh within a shopping center. When you first come in, there is a menu on the wall to the left with all of the fancy menu items (Ice cream, banana splits, strawberries & cream, milkshakes, etc). There is a menu on the right hand side of the wall with all of the ice cream flavors. Apart from sweet treats, savory snacks are also sold here. The space itself is quite big, there are seating areas inside and out. The Ice cream here is delicious, very creamy and the flavors are unique. They also sell paletas which come in a variety of different flavors. Oh and if you're big on toppings, they have a big topping area to choose from, can you say awesome?! The young man who helped us this particular night is the owner. He was very nice and recommended some fun menu items. I ended up getting the strawberries and cream and my boyfriend got the coffee ice cream. Let me tell y'all, I am not a big fan of mixing coffee and sweets but this particular ice cream flavor changed that for me big time. I enjoyed my boyfriends ice cream so much I almost ordered one for myself. The strawberries and cream option was great for me, I was happy that the fresh fruit option was available on the menu. Perfect for those who don't want all the calories! One thing to note is that we came here during a chilly Saturday night and the place was still popping! We couldn't believe how many people were out and about eating ice cream during December. Hey, that says something, when your product is good, the customers come to you. We will definitely be back again to try more menu items.

Went in to get a magonada, and they didn't ask me if I wanted everything with it and added Valentina everywhere. I went back to see if I could get it remade and I wasn't acknowledged at all, and then he proceeded to re make it without adding the lime juice or tajin and barely any chamoy to it and when I was leaving a worker tried making a slick comment about it. Terrible customer service, won't be returning

This place is so good! It's in a shopping center next to other Mexican restaurants/businesses and a big supermarket. I got the dragonfruit Popsicle. It was really refreshing and a great price. There are so many flavors there!! They had both ice-cream and popsicles. The lady working was nice, and she helped me in picking what to order. I highly recommend stopping by this shop in Raleigh if you want to try something different than your run of the mill ice-cream store.

Mexican paletas. I wont be back. I didnt like the way the ice creams looked. The ice cream is very sweet. The gentleman that was helping us was not in the mood. He made the raspado and only added a little bit of juice and its all ice after that.

Seriously have no idea why this place has negative reviews. The ice cream, aqua frescas and the paletas are all very good! Ive had several flavors of each and never had a bad experience! The prices are fair and I have nothing to complain about. The staff is always very kind and will let you try things if needed!

Nice, clean place, some of the prices are a little high but it's definitely worth it. would recommend if your ever in the area craving some ice cream

Where do I start? Horrible customer service from the start to finish. The lady had a long face and a bad attitude. Not even a smile while she was assisting us. I came in so happy and got out so mad about the whole situation. The ice cream and popsicles look old but the flavor wasn't bad I'm not going to lie. I gave this place a second chance but now I remember why I didn't like it the first and last time I went there but never again. This business has potential but their customer service it's killing it.

Got the mangonada, almost $6.... I think that's very expensive and the sorbet wasn't even that great (watered down, lacked mango flavor). Also, they don't take credit/debit unless it's over $7. My husband and I also got lost because the exact location didn't show up on the gps so good luck finding this place.

The woman who attended me was very rude she even flicked the napkin at me when I tried to reach for one I will me taking my business elsewhere

Very bad customer service , also experienced employee being rude to other customer infront of me and what I ordered was missing ingredients many things need change in this establishment!
