For over 25 years we get friends and families birthday cakes and pastry from LaDeliziosa best cannolis, Italian cookies and pastry amazing cakes always delicious never a disappointment. Freshly made. Staff is great!

I’ve been coming to this establishment for over 38 years now and I’ve always been extremely satisfied. Authentic Italian pastries, always fresh and just delicious. I love the cannolis because they fill them right there while you’re waiting. My most favorite of their pastries is the Baba Rum Roll because it reminds me of the pastries I used to eat back in the old country. Highly recommended!

La Deliziosa was definitely delicious!!! There was so much to choose from, I wish I could've had everything but what I did get was amazing!! The lady behind the counter was very nice as well. The prices were a steal for the quality!!

Wow, what a delightful find! We were driving through from nyc and stopped for an afternoon bite to eat and came across this little bakery. We were overwhelmed on all they had to offer. So we just grabbed a few things but everything that we chose was absolutely scrumptious. The bakery itself is like a step back in time, classic. Although there’s no place to sit and enjoy your treats but still no big deal we walked down by the water and had some of our cookies. Can’t wait to try more things this summer.

I went in 2 weeks ago and ordered a cup of italian ice and it was great but the lady I dealt with just was having a bad day maybe. I did not feel welcomed and she was a little rude to me until the very end. It was my first time there and although the Italian Ice was excellent, the experience/service itself won’t bring me back. If you’re looking for great Italian ice with bad customer service, this might be the right spot for you. I’ll be looking for Italian ice elsewhere, and it sucks because I would’ve definitely came back.

This place is in a small hidden part of Poughkeepsie. If you blink, you will pass it. We don't live close but I had an appointment nearby and took the opportunity to stop in. It has street parking as well which was not an issue. There is a small municipal lot around the corner. When you step inside, it screams Italy. The cookies, coffee, pastries, gelato are beautifully shown in the cases. There were sugar free and gluten free options as well. Well worth the trip!

Absolutely delicious, authentic Italian bakery. The rainbow cookies and the leaf cookies were so good I went back twice in one day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

If you want to start your day off with bad service, bad attitude and extreme rudeness, then come to this bakery. Went to this bakery in February 2025 to buy cookies -and the brunette with the up hairdo made me feel so unwelcome with her terrible attitude. This lady is so rude and nasty that she deters customers from returning back. It’s unfortunate because the other ladies are pleasant and I have been there other times to buy. Just the thought of running into this lady again makes me drive further out to another bakery where you are greeted much better and with a smile. Won’t be returning back to this bakery ever again. Taking my large orders of cookies someplace else.
