LA Draught

Heard about this place on UK craft forums. Definitely a good find and great selection of rotating craft beers. About 20-30 min walk from Venice Beach. Wasn’t too busy when we arrived but imagine this place would regularly be quite packed out when sports is on or weather a bit better. Really great customer service too.

I ordered take out 2 burgers, crispy tenders and fries. The server had specifically suggested the crispy tenders with all the sauces and my boss wanted to try all the sauces. Yet when we got the order it was disappointing that there was no sauces included! The burgers were okay, pretty small for $13. The crispy tenders were overcooked and very salty. The fries and tator tots were terrible. I would never recommend ordering food here. They could work on their voicemail greeting.

It’s a cool and friendly setting but the particular food we got was horrible. The day we went they offered an alcoholic punch that was sickly sweet and didn’t seem to have much alcohol. The tots were fine, but the pizza was the worst I’ve had in a long time. Barely any sauce, an excess of congealed cheese, limp dough (and not in a good NY-style way). I ordered it because the pizza looked delicious in another pic here on Google reviews so I’m posting a pic to show what it looks like now. The other food might be good, I only got the pizza and tots. Beer is probably amazing, I just didn’t get it.

Friendly dive bar (mean that in the best way) with interesting beers on tap and in cans/bottles. Didn't eat but food looked good. Will be back often.

Pleasant and fast service 👍 Good place for an adult company. We were with the kids and chose the backyard. They ate delicious. The beer is delicious too 👍

Excellent beer bar tucked into a commercial strip on Lincoln. Their draft list is a solid mix of local favorites and one-offs, great imports and a couple oddities. I like going here as a happy hour spot or if there is a game I want to watch. To that end, it has great TVs for watching sports ball (they are the SM spot for US Soccer's American Outlaws as of this writing), but it does not have a sports bar vibe - I mean that in a good way. Service is always very friendly and not "overly-attentive" even if you are the only person in the bar. Staff knows their list and is always quick to make a great recommendation. They have a small outdoor drink rail in front and a larger patio in the back that is really nice and quiet.

Probably the best burger I've ever had. My daughter also loved her omelet Highly recommend!

Our family visited this spot one afternoon for a casual dinner before a school event. We were pleasantly surprised and well cared for by the staff. They had room enough to accommodate us on a large family table. Their menu had something to offer the kids on up to the adults & every one of us enjoyed our meal. Every dish was cooked to order & the staff checked on us frequently. Noted that they have a nice little outdoor patio area that is well lit & would be great for dinner on a warm night. Parking can be a challenge, but it was worth the effort. This spot accepts reservations, which worked well for us. We hope to visit again soon!
