"CultureMap Dallas runs down the ways that Latin American bakery La Duni is trying to boost business, from putting its full menu online to adding late night items. La Duni is also adding weekend pop-ups featuring chefs from restaurants, starting with street tacos prepared on the grill from chef Hugo Galvan." - Adele Chapin

"The yucca fries at La Duni are one of the more unique offerings on this map. With their crispy, hot exterior and soft, potato-like insides, they’re certainly worth a try, and they’re best served sprinkled with queso fresco and dipped into La Duni’s fresh avocado mash or salsa." - Amy McCarthy, Rachel Pinn

"There are two outposts of La Duni in Dallas — one at NorthPark Center, one in Uptown — and only the latter serves a unique take on arepas. Here, find smoky grilled corn cakes stuffed with reina pepiada (avocado chicken salad) or queso fresco, Cuban ropa vieja, and plantains." - W. Trace Miller

3 tables. 2 - 4 top & 1 - 2 top. One outside Bistro table. Very quaint & intimate place. They have so much food and desserts to choose from. I recommend the chips & guacamole. Delicious food and great service.

Awesome little La Duni you can dine at. It is also their ghost kitchen and take out tucked away near Inwood on Irving Blvd.

Lovely, tranquil restaurant—we enjoyed the Vaca Blanca, served with a delightful little cookie on the side. I also had the Green Sauce Chilaquiles, and I must say, they were among the best I've ever had. We also tried the French Scrambled Eggs, which were quite tasty.

Found this place by accident and decided to give it a try! I walk in and instantly love the small town feel to the Cafe. But even with its small dining room area, it has a very welcoming and warm atmosphere! Our waitress Janet was exceptional and such a joy to speak with. I got the Carne Asada and the Quatro Letches cake and both were AMAZING!! Meet some amazing people and had a fun time. Highly recommend 👌 Will be returning

La Duni: A Technological Bakery Haven La Duni, situated just a stone’s throw away from our office, is a delightful fusion of modern bakery and an experimental food lab. It’s not just a place to relish scrumptious pastries but an avenue to witness cutting-edge food technology in action! The genius behind La Duni, Taco, not only ensures his staff serve with utmost warmth but takes the time to walk visitors through the unique concepts driving this establishment. Given our proximity and specialization in software development and managed services, this technical insight was particularly fascinating and invaluable. High-tech ventures are on the horizon for La Duni, making it not just a culinary delight but a technological hub for food enthusiasts. With an ambiance that encourages innovation and friendly interactions, it’s no wonder they deserve a whopping 7/5 stars! In tech terms, think of La Duni as the perfect integration of traditional bakeries with next-gen food tech. And for those less tech-savvy: it’s like walking into a magical kitchen where delicious treats are made with the help of futuristic gadgets. We at WRLD.Tech are thrilled to have such an establishment nearby. We’ll be frequenting this spot and can’t wait to experience more of the tech-infused delights they have in store! -Ridgeway (written with AI based on summary by myself)

This place truly represents community. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive. They create an environment that has you sad to leave. The food is obvious of the fruits of love and labor from the chef. We had the pleasure of tasting the creations of the chef in training. She did such a wonderful job cause the food was immaculate! Will definitely be returning. Missing the chilaquiles. Also the potatoes were so crispy and flavorful. The coffee is next level. So do yourself a favor and come eat at La Duni!

The Eggs Benedict on a pop up pastry 🥐 was one of the best damn dishes I’ve ever had in my lifeeee!!! The guacamole 🥑 and chips was great- chips are thin and crisp, and the spicy salsa drizzled on the sides was really damn good. Our eggs 🥚 and chorizo were incredible, too.

I enjoyed my morning here. I went for a croissant and espresso, and they suggested a glorias as replacement. Not disappointed. Very warm service. Location is good. Small place but very cosy.
