The experience started off fine, but the service quickly went downhill. First mentions that you could scan the qr code on the table to get your order, but in their system said kitcken was closed, then we realised we had to order at the bar. Our first order one item was missed but we let it slide since we didn’t want to complicate things by complaining in Spanish, as we’re not native speakers. Later, we placed the second order in English, and then a third one, we noticed something went wrong when third order finally arrived (40 minutes later), seemed they got lost as staff came twice to our table in that occassion we mentioned the second order never had arrived and they simply ignored apparently.
We mentioned we were still waiting on one order. After an hour had passed, I had to go up to the counter myself, only to find out the order had never even gone to the kitchen. No apology, nothing.
To make matters worse, while we were sitting and talking, a staff member came to clean our table and just grabbed my half-full beer and threw it away without asking.
Really disappointing from beginning to the end. Completely dysfunctional in a quite quiet day.q
