A wonderful place. The food is great, the staff is very attentive and helpful. We didn't have to wait long for our orders to arrive. The music is just a tad too loud. But other than that a clear recommendation.

Loved La Fermata! The vibes were super welcoming, cocktails were spot-on, and the food was amazing. We went for tapas and a burger big portions, full of flavour, and just so satisfying. Can’t wait to come back!

Service was fast, the vibe was upbeat, and everything felt clean and thoughtfully put together. It’s rare to find a place that nails both food and hospitality this well. Highly recommend this spot for taco lovers, foodies, or anyone just looking for a great meal with exceptional service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place gave me severe food poisoning and did nothing about it. They served the wrong cocktail and then we were given horrible looks by the waitress when we asked for it to be changed. No customer service, disgraceful and extremely overpriced. The burger cost me €27 alone.

If you are in Lugano this place is a must visit! The homemade potatoes were perfectly crispy, the double smashed burger was juicy and flavorful, and the Fermata Burger stole the show – its presentation was phenomenal. Great taste, quality and a chill atmosphere. Highly recommend

Really well done and flavorful birria tacos! The staff was helpful and friendly, laid back space, and there’s a great number of gluten free options. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I generally avoid writing negative reviews, but it appears that this restaurant has not addressed its ongoing food safety concerns. I visited last weekend with friends, and we ordered burgers and tacos. Unfortunately, the tacos caused food poisoning for several of us the following day. Afterward, I checked other reviews and noticed that many guests had reported similar experiences after eating the tacos. I would therefore advise caution when ordering. Aside from this issue, the rest of our experience was satisfactory.
