This place gave me severe food poisoning and did nothing about it. They served the wrong cocktail and then we were given horrible looks by the waitress when we asked for it to be changed. No customer service, disgraceful and extremely overpriced. The burger cost me €27 alone.

If you are in Lugano this place is a must visit! The homemade potatoes were perfectly crispy, the double smashed burger was juicy and flavorful, and the Fermata Burger stole the show – its presentation was phenomenal. Great taste, quality and a chill atmosphere. Highly recommend

Absolutely adore the food, everything is delicious and cocktails are probably top 5 in Lugano! Even it’s a very cool atmosphere I appreciate a lot that the waiters recognize the clients and know our tastes, now where we like to seat at the restaurant and it’s available it’s the table they will offer us.

I ordered the signature smash burger with truffle parmesan fries and honestly, I still dream about it. The bun was perfectly toasted, the beef juicy and seasoned just right. The fries were crispy and aromatic, served piping hot. Their homemade sauces added a gourmet touch. It’s clear that every dish is made with care and quality ingredients. The staff was kind, fast, and attentive without hovering. If you’re in Lugano, this is a must-visit spot for burger lovers and foodies alike.

loved their Chicharron 2.0, burgers are must-try as well! waiters are friendly and professional. 3 stars to atmosphere because of the music, too loud.. especially during chill lunches on weekends.
