La Ferneteria (Rooftop Miami)

It’s very rare you find a place in Miami nowadays with exceptional food, ambiance AND service. Cute and chic rooftop lounge, I highly recommend. Turns into a dance floor after 11:30pm so keep in mind dinner service stops before that. Nico, Juan and Matteo were amazing, definitely worth coming to visit and will be back!! My order recs are the carpaccio, arancini, tartare di salmone, ternerita braseada and garganelli al ragu. Everything was super fresh 10/10

La Ferneteria is a hidden gem in Miami with a vibrant atmosphere and top-notch service. The bartenders, especially Belen and Mariah, are fantastic attentive, friendly, and they really elevate the experience. You can walk in without a reservation, but I definitely recommend booking ahead, especially on busy nights. The DJ music adds an energetic vibe that pairs perfectly with the stylish decor and great drinks. One absolute must-try appetizer is the arancini risotto stuffed bites, crispy on the outside, creamy and flavorful on the inside. They're a standout on the menu and perfect to share.

Came here on a Saturday night to celebrate a friend’s birthday and overall had a nice time! The restaurant is very Miami—super pretty, trendy vibes, and definitely a good-looking spot if you’re into aesthetics. It’s an Argentinian-Italian fusion. Service was good—nothing to rave about, but no complaints either. I’ve had standout service elsewhere that left a lasting impression, and this wasn’t that, but everything ran smoothly and the staff was friendly enough. The food itself was good and came out fairly quickly—maybe even too quickly. My friends and I were having a great time so time flew by, but I personally would’ve liked the dishes to be spaced out a bit more to enjoy each one at a better pace. I had the pasta, which was solid, though I did feel the prices were on the high side. Then again, it’s Miami, and that’s kind of the norm these days. The biggest downside for me was the music. It was super loud no matter where you sat, and once it hit 10 PM, it somehow got even louder. Definitely felt more like a lounge or party spot than a restaurant by that point. In hindsight, we probably should’ve looked into that a little more before choosing it for dinner. That said, I still had a good time. While I personally don’t see myself coming back, I’d still recommend it—especially if you’re looking for a lively atmosphere and don’t mind the noise.

I have mixed feelings about this place. First of all the bread was stale. That’s like the first impression and the bread was so hard. We could not enjoy it. My drinks were really delicious. However, the drinks that my girlfriend ordered were not the best. When it comes to the food, my chicken was dry as hell, but my girlfriend pasta was very delicious. I think it was just a hit or miss I guess. I do have to say, though that the vibe were amazing. Really enjoyed the environment. What I would like to understand is what is the point of a roof rooftop when you have all the views blocked with foliage.

I’m wowed… THE FOOD?! Omg so good!!! You know when they take care of the quality. Service was GREAT. The ambiance and music are such a huge plus. Probably my new favorite omace in Miami.

MATIAS BEST BARTENDER HANDS DOWN!!!! If you’re looking for a nice chill rooftop, i would recommend this place Matias and Alex did their big one!! Really good food and AMAZING drinks!! Catch Matias behind the bar and he’ll make you feel welcomed🤍 Ask for Alex and he’ll give you the best recommendations based on your taste. Def coming back to see them both. AMAZINGGGG I LOVED IT!!!🤍🤍

Great food, great vibes, I think entire staff should be more active in suggesting happy hour drinks being a thing—didn’t even receive a happy hour menu… Victor and Matteo were great! Miami spice was good value!

We had the pleasure of meeting Santi the mixologist, recently, and I can honestly say it was one of the highlights of our evening. The creativity, attention to detail, and passion that he brought to every cocktail were truly impressive. One standout was his signature creation, "the Matcha Martini" which was truly out of this world. It was the perfect blend of bold flavor and smooth balance, unlike anything we've ever had. Santi took the time to ask about our preferences, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We also want to give a special mention to Paola, our waitress, who was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional throughout the night. Her service added so much to the overall experience and made us feel truly taken care of. If you're looking for a place where the drinks are masterfully crafted by someone as talented as Santi, and the service is just as memorable, this is it. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to enjoy another round soon!
