"La Flèche d'Argent – the name is a nod to the incredible "Silver Arrows" Mercedes-Benz Formula 1 cars of the 1930s – references the nearby Circuit de Charade racetrack. In a plush decor, chef Clément Lorente serves up his contemporary cuisine in a multi-course set menu format. His dishes display excellent technique and incorporate creative touches. The ingredients are of the highest quality: foie gras from the Plaine de Limagne, artichokes from Roussillon, saffron from Mazayes, bluefin tuna from the Mediterranean. I had the pleasure of dining here for the market lunch menu served at Grand Prix (same restaurant, different name during the daytime service. Our meal was outstanding and the service impeccable. On top of that, the price is so economical given the quality and level of execution. We will have to return for dinner sometime!

Next door to the Royatonic spa. Lunch and a spa visit are a perfect pairing. This restaurant (called Grand Prix for lunch) is a hidden gem. Being in the same town as Michelin it is amazing the guide hasn't found it yet. Worthy of a bib gourmand for sure, if not one star.

An excellent restaurant with tasty dishes using very very good local products. The desserts are top!!! Efficient friendly personnel. A good wine list and the sommelier gives you good advice for your choice of wine. The restaurant is situated in the hotel Princesse Flore. Good tranquil ambiance. A nice terrace if it's a sunny day.

Tres bonne cuisine, service sympathique. Beaucoup de surprises. Plats très bons très intéressants. Parfois la sauce est trop consistante. Les bouillons d'accompagnement sont par contre bien travaillés et excellent. Nous avons passé un bon moment. Il faut y mettre le prix mais on sent tout le travail en amont. Merci encore.

On a hâte d’y retourner ! Tout était parfait: Du calme et respect dans la salle, aux chaises confortables en passant bien évidemment par les plats variés proposés. La qualité est au RDV et le personnel attentionné. Nous reviendrons !
