Well I ordered through DoorDash 2 caldos de gallina and they were pure salt also the rice was salty, as you can see I don’t even know why the caldo looks like that, the vegetables were kinda squished, It was my first time ordering here and also it was a gift for my parents 🫠🫠🫠
They ended up throwing it away
I spoke with Alex the owner to give some comments about the food
I was like can I get a refund or how can I get a credit, I spent over 55$ on the food
and he told me that he will give me a refund of 20$ only
I was like ok, I wasn’t gonna fight for my money back
I ended up contacting door dash customer service and tell them about my experience with this restaurant, and yeah they helped me 😊
Would I order food from this restaurant again??
Definitely NO!!! I WAS JUST GIVING MY OPINION ALEX BECAUSE MY OPINION MATTER SORRY ABOUT THAT, and also if want to make a big deal because your food was over salty
