When they first opened, everyone there spoke perfect English, and actually knew how to make a shake…now I ask them to make sure the shake is more thicker than normal, they don’t understand what I’m saying or they say “we can’t do that.” More ice cream??? Less milk??? Less blending time??? It’s not that hard. Plus every time I come here, their ice cream looks melted and non appetizing. I know it’s hot out, but you think they would have the utilities and the items to make their ice cream look like actual ice cream. The lady working today told me that a milkshake is supposed to look very milky. If I wanted a milk, I would order a flavored milk.
