UPDATE 12/2025: THIS PLACE IS BACK OPEN, ACCEPTS EBT, AND HAS THE MOST FIRE BOLILLOS AND CARNE EVER, PLEASE SUPPORT! The bolillos con queso y jalapeños here are FUEGO! Fresh daily, good cheese and jalapeño to bread ratio. Some places have their cheese thicken/harden when they get cold but you can tell they whip theirs and it stays creamy no matter what. Their other pastries are good and fresh as well, I grab a different one to try them out. They also cook food in there but I come early so it's not always open but will stop by to try soon! The lady at the register is always nice, friendly, and smiling.
