Happy to support women-owned businesses in my area. This Arab-American woman-owned business La Gelati makes the best ice cream I’ve ever had. It’s truly delicious, every bite, every morsel is scrumptious. I had the Ashay flavor which was magnificent. It was creamy, chewy, filled with fruit and other things. This is definitely a timeless favorite that I wish to have again and again. This is one delicious treat that turned my frown upside down. I’m thrilled I was able to visit today and I really appreciated it. Thank you, t for me guys.

I already knew this ice cream was going to look good, but the taste?? Even better 😍🍦 Creamy, smooth, and full of flavor from the very first bite. Not too sweet, not too heavy—just perfectly balanced. This was AMAZING! I got their dubai chocolate covered strawberries and they were to die for! They added so much pistachio and chocolate it was super worth it. The guy who helped us was named Mahdi. O and he was extremely helpful and welcoming! super excited to come back!

Environment is amazing. There’s at one amazing server. I think his name is Mahdi. Made my crepe fast. So nice. I also tipped him for his service 10/10. I recommended this place to my family members and friends. Would come back!

I had high hopes for La Gelati, but the quality was extremely disappointing. The ice cream had a crystallized, freezer-burnt texture instead of being smooth and fresh. Even worse, the topping station was very messy with spilled candy, crumbs, and cross-contamination visible throughout. It honestly raised hygiene concerns. The employees were friendly, which was the only positive part of the experience, but clean equipment and fresh product should be the bare minimum.

I really loved the mini pancakes with chocolate sauce on them. My friend liked the soft serve ice cream. However, service is bad (it’s run by a bunch of high school kids) and the music they played was so inappropriate. There were families walking in and they didn’t seem to care, the music wasn’t changed. I usually don’t care about stuff like that but thought it was kind of ridiculous lol. Other than that it was solid, but not good enough to come back.

Came back... again for the Dubai Chocolate Covered Strawberries ($15).... And once again it was amazing! The knafa is perfectly crunchy and the pistachio paste was just the right amount (not too dry or soggy when mixed with knafa). The chocolate was milky and rich and the strawberries were fresh and plentiful. For the amount you get (again the cup is fairly heavy), the price point of $15 is very reasonable. A must try!

This isn't the first time I've gotten from this place. I love getting from them but they messed up my order 2 times and the first order they messed up 2/3 things. I ordered a regular crepe and they gave me it kinder and it was drenched. It was a new worker making my crepe which I don't really understand why. It's also expensive for no reason. Hopefully you guys change.

I used to come here all the time until they started making their crepes super small theirs no way I pay over $30 for 2 crepes to recieve a crepe that barely fits the box. At that point size down your box

One of the best places we went to in Dearborn! My group wanted some sugar and our Yelp search thankfully brought us here on a Saturday night after dinner. We visited during Ramadan and the business quickly filled up with customers as the night went on. La Gelati offers a nice variety of desserts from ice cream and froyo to crepes and waffles. I ordered the lotus sundae, ~$6.49 and the sushi crepe, $10.99 for my son. The lotus sundae was rich and incredible. It has real Biscoff cookie pieces. The medium was plenty for sharing. I had a bite of the sushi crepe which came with fresh strawberries. It was divine. The staff was super nice and helpful. It took us a while to decide and they were patient with us. Prices were also reasonable. Highly recommend!

This place is just too busy. No negativity on the service it's easy to see they are overwhelmed. I believe it will be best to order ahead of time avoid the crowd. However their menu is great it's unique in styles of deserts and ice cream I have ever seen. That being said you need to come here for yourself because this is an experience. You will love also the diversity here it's a perfect example of America. The vibes here and ambiance are positive with a lot of happiness. That is all. They have amazing an unique desserts. This was my first time and the staff really helped and explained the different treats. Great for a date nite.

Stopped in after having dinner at a local restaurant. This place has too many options! Self serve frozen yogurt, gelato, Italian ice, crepes, waffles, and so many items are made with those ingredients! It was hard to make a decision. I did make a good one. I love the girl who was working in taking orders and preparing the desserts. She was sweet and I feel like she really enjoyed working there! I went with the strawberry Italian ice. It is Italian ice layered with CREAMY vanilla soft serve. That soft serve was some of the best vanilla I've ever had. And that Italian ice tasted just like strawberries. It was so good. The flavors complemented so well. They had a TV that displayed a lot of the menu items so it gave me some ideas on what to get the next time I'm there. The inside was very welcoming and a nice place to enjoy some good sweets!

This is a great dessert spot for late night cravings. I really like the nutella crepe and the chocolate gelato/ice creams

It seems as though this place is always buzzing with kids and teens - and I can understand why. It's very welcoming, bright and seems to play into their "happy" mood. They specialize in crepes and fro-yos. I tried their fettuccine style crepe with Belgian milk chocolate and pistachio chocolate. Order came with a side of fro yo of your choice. I really enjoyed it. Super fun to eat. High quality chocolate sauces. Worth trying for sure. They are super expensive costed me around $15 and that's without any toppings ($1 each). But definitely a great dessert though. I'll come again.

We love this place for desserts! The menu has so many goodies on it, you can eat a different dessert every day for two years. I love the strawberry banana Nutella crepe. It is so delicious! There is a frozen yogurt wall and dessert bar with so many choices! There's Italian ice, milkshakes, smoothies, waffles, and so much more! This is the perfect spot to bring the kids. They will definitely love this place!

Delicous shakes, crepes, smoothies, chocolate covered strawberries and a cotton candy ashta! All very delicious and the service is very good if you look at the milkshake drizzle it's almost like a heart La Gelati is the best!! Also all the locations have been amazing for me

They messed up my order and the cashier made a joke about ordering on yelp, saying why not order from DoorDash

The crepes were good. The ice cream and shakes were soo bad. The froyo tasted old and was so watery. There are similar dessert places in the area so I would prefer to go to one of those.

We drove over an hour to this place and I will keep driving it forever! It was absolutely delicious! I suggest coming to this location rather than the Ford Road location just because it is bigger and I love the outside artwork. We got the biscoff sushi rolls with a side of chocolate and it was literally to die for! My husband and I already cannot wait to come back

Great friendly staff! The inside has plenty of seating and cozy atmosphere. The desserts, I highly recommend trying their waffles, Ashta icecream, lotus flavor, and crepes. Best is their Red Bull boba , which is wow

Great place, large portions and they give you free icecream with waffles or crepes. I always end up having to split the dessert with a friend. Get the biscoff waffle!

You might think, it's an ice cream shop what would be any different? But no, this one's totally different. The kid of varieties they have and the amazing ice creams they have is just mind blowing. We loved it so much that we went the next day.

Don't like the taste of the chocolate they use. Their waffles are chewy. Overrated sweets spot.

The service, the food, the energy, the ambiance was impeccable. The mural of the pink ice cream cone definitely caught my attention. Once I stepped inside of the establishment, I was greeted with smiles and spectacular customer service. I had some biscoff crepe with white chocolate and biscoff lotus (cookie butter) drizzle topped with strawberries and bananas. For my drink, I had a blueberry red bull boba, and new york cheesecake froyo. Please go! It is worth the money. I felt so calm and at ease. I am not sure who was the young lady helping me at the register, I could point her out but she was great.

While driving by we noticed a rush at the newest location for La Gelati. So naturally I wanted to check it out. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the staff and got a run through of the popular items because the menu is very extensive. We ordered a crepe to- go that was 1/2 Ferrero Rocher and 1/2 Strawberry Banana. It was drizzled with white and milk chocolate and served warm with a side of vanilla ice cream. The presentation and flavors couldn't have been better. I also ordered a Dark Knight which was a red bull mixed with blackberry and blueberry boba and it was amazing. I definitely recommend this dessert place to anyone looking for a twist on your traditional desserts, drinks, and ice cream!

AMAZING!! You can go wrong with some Crepes or Waffles !!! Reesie's and Oreo shake is out of this world!

Everyone was recommending this place and since I have a sweet tooth, I decided to check it out. Well the menu looked really good and so many different options to choose from. Of course I had to get something chocolate and since it was really good I'll be back.

I love coming to La Gelati. Customer service is great. They're patient with explaining options and answering questions. It was busy when I went but the line moved so quick and they had us in and out in 10 mins which is great. Best part about all of it, the Lotus Sundae tasted fantastic! Their quality of ice cream is so rich and delicious. Highly recommend! Their menu is quite large with so many different options of crepes, milkshakes, self-serve ice cream, sundaes, boba drinks...I forgot the rest! So so many. No matter what you order, you can't leave here unhappy that's for sure. Congratulations on your second location La Gelati, to many more!

if you want to find the world's best crepes and most delicious chocolate flavors look no further. The sushi crepes from kinder, lotus, moltesars or even any chocolate you choose is so good as well as their ashta icecream and waffles.

Decor is beautiful. People who work there are clueless. Soft serve tastes like water and sugar with little chocolate. Melting before I even got it hold it. Awful. Highly priced. Never going again unless they fix all those pictures on the menu are beautiful but why don't even know how to replicate them. They asked me so many times and I kept telling them I wanted just like the picture and still got it wrong

The best ice cream in Michigan. Their crepe is flavour and they always add to it unlike other crepe makers around. La gelati gives ice cream with it and when you order "kinder" crepe they actually give you kinder not cheap chocolate like others.

Food and Presentation : 4/5 Service : 3/5 Aesthetic : 4:5 Probability of Return : 2/5 Walking in the aesthetic of this establishment really peaks your interest and grabs your attention with the designs on the walls and the bright lighting that flows throughout the vicinity. The desert was good however there was no formal line or no numbering system basically you walked up and when someone saw you at the counter they would take your order and yell your name when it was ready. This kind of ordering system is seen throughout many of the Easter one establishments so this is nothing new for me to experience. The only reason why this is how we should not receive a four out of five on my rating was because well within the vicinity they did have a sign that says no mask no entry however everyone there was Not enforcing this rule and people were either ordering food at the counter without the mascon or the workers and employees were openly not covering their mouth with their masks. I understand that this may be an inconvenience to many people however with the current times of the pandemic occurring within our area I do believe that this is something that should be handled more strictly for the comfort of the customers. Other than that the desert was good and the ambience was really nice.

The desserts are really good, the outside of the place needs to be cleaned up though it wasn't clean. There was garbage everywhere. Not very appealing.

I went in today, like I do every few days with my husband. Well today, like the last few weeks the pistachio froyo is down. Usually when I order my overdosed brownie, I'm asked if I want gelato or froyo, and I usually just get froyo, not to be a bother. Well today I asked if I could have pistachio gelato instead, since it's been down for some time. I was told no. when asked "why, because every time I come im asked which do I want" I was told by one of your employees that it varies by who's doing the order. So I asked for the price for up charge I would pay, he said I had to pay the full amount for gelato. So he went to tell the manager and the manager continued to high five him, as if I was asking for free services. I wanted to speak with the manager but he was even more ignorant than the cashier. I don't know what kind of racist establishment your running, but services should not vary by person and how they feel about them. I've never been so upset about a service in my life. I will never come back here again and I will tell every other black Muslim in the state of Michigan not to come here since, it Varys by how your employees feel each day. I'm disgusted I've even spent my money here!

Disgusting! I walked in there to get my cake that I ordered, and I simply asked to get something to be written on the cake. One employee pointed out to the other employee my cross in Arabic assuming that I don't understand it and refused to do the writings on the cake. I'm still in shock honestly!

I heard La Gelati was amazing but went there and seen differently. The workers were very unprofessional, including very lost when making something, not paying attention, etc. I went in there and saw two workers being intimate in the back after taking my order. This is very unprofessional and I hope to never see that again!
