La Gelati

I’ve been here multiple times since they’ve opened and I realized I’ve never written a review! La Gelati is INCREDIBLE😍 You will never be disappointed. Recently when I stopped by, I ordered the Dubai chocolate brownie, and they let me know it would be about a 15-20 minute wait, no problem at all! I waited 15-20 minutes as I had expected, but they felt so bad that they offered my friend and I both free ice cream🥹 This was so kind, they have exceptional service!!!💞 And everything I’ve tried from here is incredible. Their Dubai chocolate strawberries are the best in the city🔥

The strawberry dubai cup was delicious and more than enough to share. Took me 2 days to finish. The boba drink was good but so much boba. Lots of selection to choose from.

Large variety of items! This place is beautiful on the inside, and the dessert I chose was really good. Our order taker was very nice and friendly, but unfortunately, he got both my order and my friend’s order wrong. Also, the lobby and restroom were not clean, which took away from the overall experience. That’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Still, the food and atmosphere were great!

We came in and it was empty we weren’t sure which crepe to order and the guy recommended the la gelati crepe which was a 10/10! My daughter had an oreo gelato which was creamy and delicious. I would’ve given this place more stars but shortly after leaving we had a freezer burn taste in our mouths not sure from what it was.

Amazing 😍 First visit....I see a long term relationship with this 💖 I can only say that you have to experience it for yourself. Oh the delicious treats!! YUM YUM 😋

I never leaves reviews, but this warrants it. They advertise "gelato" and this is 100% not Gelato, it's ice cream from a bucket. There is no variation in the definition of Gelato. Huge difference between ice cream and Gelato on how it's made, fat content, the ingredients, and the temperature that it is served at. This has deceptive advertising written all over it. They are selling something that is not what it is.

VERY CHILL ✨️ cool atmosphere. The vibes really hit, going there at 9pm and seeing others also enjoying themselves♡ Clean place. No weed smell (like some of these places have.) SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF! It was our first time and the cashier gave us helpful recommendations. We got the chocolate covered crepe with fruit and vanilla gelato. The gelato was DELICIOUS!! So fluffy and flavorful! 😋 it was so filling and a delightful experience. We will be back with friends.

This place is absolutely disgusting and should honestly be shut down. The smell inside was unbearable, like rotten food, and it made me lose my appetite immediately. The customer service was a joke employees were yelling, cussing, and acting completely unprofessional in front of customers. I even witnessed raw food being handled carelessly, which is beyond unacceptable and a serious health risk. The staff clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness or customers at all. Worst ice cream place I’ve ever been to. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else.

We came here randomly after wanting to get some ice cream or gelato--finally stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a shot. They have a bunch of gelato flavors, boba sundaes, Italian ice, and more! I decided to get a scoop of Superman gelato in a cup. If you were born in the 1900s, you might have had this flavor at a TCBY as a kid. Well, I had to go for it and it tasted JUST like I remembered! It's a couple different flavors in one scoop--blue vanilla, pink bubblegum, yellow lemon and green sherbet or something like it. Either way it was great and was only $6. My fiancée got one scoop of the mango gelato and it it was also very good and didn't have too much mango that it was overpowering. Hers was also $6, which isn't too bad for a scoop of gelato in this day and age. But they do have soft serve cones for $3.50ish if you want regular soft serve and don't want to spend as much money. The inside is cute and has neon signs of different things, it wasn't very busy when we were there. It is in the middle of a strip mall but don't let the outside fool you--the service was great and helpful. We weren't sure what was included in the boba or Italian ice and they were nice enough to tell us. I'd come back to try the Italian ice or to get the Superman scoop when I want some nostalgia.

Yummy desserts at great prices! Friendly staff! My go to is the Dubai sundae, I can never finish but it freezes well for a second helping.

Such a hidden gem! The crepes here are incredible -- especially the *chocolate crepe*, which is absolutely to die for. The chocolate is rich, smooth, and sooo good, I'm still thinking about it. They also have a huge variety of ice cream flavors, all super creamy and flavorful. Plus, the place is spotless -- seriously one of the cleanest dessert spots I've been to. 10/10 recommend if you've got a sweet tooth!

Love that they fill everything to the brim. Aren't light-handed with the pistachio cream mix combo. Nice balance to everything. 10min wait time.

I walked in as only customer. Single staff standing behind "dirty" counter. No dishes, no napkins and numerous tables had dirty messes on them. The floor was disgusting! The add-on ingredients had water and spillage all around. Very disappointed

We went to La Gilati with high hopes, which were dashed. My lemon gelato was will of chunks of ice ranging from small to as large as the end of a finger. My husband got a different flavor but both up us thought that the flavors tasted entirely artificial, more like flavored candy. The interior of the restaurant near the garbage disposal bin was gross. Will never go there again.

OH MY HOLY MOLY. this is the best dessert store I've EVER been to. the customer service is AWESOME. the place was decorated so pretty and the flavors were on display for you to see, it looked straight out of a movie. I got the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and the strawberries were SO fresh. the banana and strawberry milkshake was REALLY good aswell. my favorite thing was definitely the chocolate kinder bueno crepe. this place has a big variety of different pastries and different toppings. And the staff was really welcoming! I doubted the food would be that good until I read the reviews. it was a little pricey, and the chocolate icecream tasted a bit sour! but overall it was really good!
