La Grappe d'Or - Riquewihr

A very charming restaurant that is near the main street in Riquewihr. The service is fantastic and the food is also really good. I tried the rabbit and the beef and both portions were very very good. If you go upstairs the ceiling is really low and creates this quite charming and autentic experience of being in one of those local houses. I would definitely recommend this place for any wanting to try a restaurant in the village.

This place is very good and FRIENDLY. They explained items in the menu, they answered questions and all items were delicious. The wine pairings were good for a regular dinner. If you truly want to pair, I would recommend ordering a bottle. The munster appetizer with salad was a breaded baked roll of cheese that came with a well dressed and wonderful salad. The duck breast with orange was perfectly cooked and not too oily. The monk fish was a bit like a very light brothy cioppino and seasoned perfectly. Definitely a break from sausages and boiled potatoes. Wonderful place for dinner!

The atmosphere is extremely charming. The service was very friendly and pleasant. The dishes were well-served and the flavor was incredible. It was definitely our best meal on this four-day trip to nearby cities. We got a table by luck, don't try to get one, reservations are necessary. The dessert was light and full of flavor, I loved it. The price was fair. Our bill came to about 130 euros, for 4 people, we ordered a sparkling wine, 4 main dishes and two desserts to share. If you are in this area, you should definitely go to this restaurant.

This hidden gem in Riquewihr is a must, they do not have reservations but trust me you won’t regret. We got earlier at 18:00, when they just opened, the wine, the starters and the main course are just awesome, everything is delicious. They offer 3 different menus, this is a good option in case you want starter, main dish and dessert! The staff is awesome, definitely a place to go back more than once!

It was a recommendation of a sales person at Dopff au Moulin, and we were happy that we listened to it! Perfect and very happy service. Very nice food, good portions and very fairly priced! The couch that we sat in was quite comfortable, and overall a very joyous experience!
