Such a good find! The host was exceptional, kudos to her! The atmosphere was great. The staff were all friendly. The food was exceptional. The tasting menu was a very good choice. It was an exceptional food journey. It's one of the best tartar I've had, one of the best steaks I've had, and a really good selection of mash potato. Let's not forget the great cut of cured meat! Would come here again and again!

This restaurant is ideal for those looking for a meat restaurant but with a romantic and formal ambience. The lighting is dim, the décor is nice and the song selection is interesting (perhaps the volume is a bit loud). The waiter was very professional and qualified during the meat presentation. The food was delicious and we would have given it 5 stars... but the quality of service throughout the dinner was erratic. After ordering we struggled to communicate with the staff and they rarely asked if we needed anything. Ordering drinks and desserts and asking for the bill was difficult. A real shame.

No wonder they are appreciated in 101 best steak restaurant in the world . Outstanding wagyu meat quality, with superb way of cooking and very reasonable price. Their smoked mashed potato also very good!

This was the best experience while being in Milano. Excellent food and service! You have to love meat obviously, but when you do it is the place to go! The only Italian hick up, if I may say so was that we ordered the menu degustazione and we received ‘Fidati di me’ which is double the price. So this left a small after taste… make sure to really point out what you want to eat, however I would go there again!

With its exceptional meat dishes, high-quality ingredients, and attentive service, La Griglia di Varrone proves to be a perfect choice for a fine dinner. The central location behind Corso Como in Milan adds to the overall appeal, making it a well-rounded dining experience despite the slightly higher prices. Improvement could be made by providing detailed explanations of each dish and meat cut during the service. Wine list is wide even if some prices are not aligned with vineyards quality/winery brand.

We had a dinner in this steakhouse. The quality of the meat is very high. There is also a big selection of different type of meat. However the size of the dishes is pretty small in relation to the price. We paid the same price as in Zurich, but in Zurich we had much bigger sizes (250gr at least). The service is good but slow, especially at the end we had to wait more than 10 minutes for the bill after the request and the restaurant was not full at it was 23:00.

It is sad such a good restaurant, upscale, with such good food would have such a horrible service. Our meal last night lasted three hours. Too much time in between plates. Again, flavor very good. Ambiance too crowded and noisy. Very high end people, but tables to close to the school other. Explanation of food in English was very poor. To top it all off, extremely expensive. For these prices service has to be hyper polite, quick(not rush), and the serving time must be shorter.

Best fucking steakhouse in Italy. We had no reservation and they sat is promptly and were bery friendly!!! Absolutely the best!

THE FOOD IS AMAZING! Sadly, the service isn't that great. My family and I went here on our last night in Milan and were very pleased. We had steaks and the smoked smashed potatoes. Definitely recommended!
