Just go. Twice. We were lucky to be able to enjoy lunch here. Magnificent view complimented food that just made you smile. For us I think the highlight was the ceviche. So fresh and well presented. Any restaurant that makes you stare into your glass or look at the refraction of the light thrown by your wineglass on the table and reflect on life is doing something right. There is an old Apache saying “Today is a good day to die” I was reminded of this piece of wisdom as lunch ended. How lucky we were that the elements came together.

The best restaurant I have experienced in Sardinia. The owner is present and truly attentive, making sure every guest feels cared for. The quality of the food is exceptional. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared and the service flows beautifully from start to finish. I went on a Wednesday and loved it so much that I returned on Friday. Be sure to reserve in advance. I absolutely loved it and will return every time I am in Sardinia

We have experienced La Gritta as the best restaurant in Sardinia. The sonic view from the garden over the Sardinian sea, ticks all the boxes. The service is helpful, attentive, making sure the guest is being taking care of. The quality and taste of the food is exceptional. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared, creative and full of innovations. The signature dish is a pice of cooking perfection, tantalising, with a creative burst of flavours and unique presentation. Make sure to reserve / book a table in advance. We absolutely loved the wonderful atmosphere, perfectly prepared food and we will return every time we are in Sardinia. Great value for money.

A refined, charming restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the fish carpaccio and salad, which was elevated with aromatic fresh herbs, to the fish with fennel and orange, to the sublime three-chocolate mousse for dessert. The service was friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive. The tables were elegantly set out on the lawn, with stunning, panoramic views of La Maddalena Archipelago.

Came here randomly on Easter. They started off with so much bread more than expected. Then got a cheese board for a starter to share with enough cheese for us three to be satisfied with. The staff was beyond nice and very welcoming to us tourist who also speak no Italian. They were kind to help, translate and explain the menu. For my entree I got the lamb chops which might be the best lamb chops I have ever had and I am from New York which is saying a lot. Than had this pear dessert that blew my friends and I away. 100% have to get this dessert. Then fitting with the Easter theme dyed multiple sugars for the cappuccino we ordered which was very cute. Also had a great Chardonnay from their very big wine list. Which was a broad range of prices, so it was fitting for everyone. Overall felt very welcomed and had an amazing meal with great views. Definitely recommend going here!

The view is amazing, service is good, but the food, considering the price, could be better. Not bad, but nothing special.
