An extraordinary experience from the very first step inside to the moment we left. The staff—trained to a level well beyond expectations—were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. The food… simply outstanding! Each dish told its own story, distinctive and unique. This was fine dining at its very best, with every detail thoughtfully crafted to perfection. Congratulations to everyone—from those who envisioned and created this restaurant concept, to the culinary team in the kitchen and to the impeccable service staff who took such great care of us!

The lunch experience felt amazing. Each course was portioned for balance with an excellent service pacing. The waste conscious approach was visible throughout the menu, bonus points for the smoked carrots dish. The flavor combination on the seared fish with greens and trout roe was simply genius. p.s. We had the truffle hunting experience in the woods nearby, followed up by a delicious lunch with lots of amuse bouches and tasty local inspired dishes - celery forward, fish, lamb, a bread & butter service, lots of textures and creative taste pairings. This is our second time here and we cannot wait to return :)

The dishes are refined, and the hospitality of the staff is impeccable. The chefs are open and passionate, and every detail contributes to an unforgettable memory. I highly recommend it!

Very nice fine-dining location in a casual and cosy atmosphere, in the middle of the forest. Food was delicious and our host, maître d'hôtel, paid attention to each detail (special dietary request) and provided surprising but very good wine-pairing options.
