La Herradero Meat Market

I was referred from my coworker Tomas. It was my son's birthday and I wanted quality meat for 50 people. I walked in with my friends and we were treated beautifully. The customer service was a 10 plus. The quality of product was also a 10. And a very good price. I just want to say how grateful I am from the owner to the staff.

I love coming here to get ranchera preparada, costillas preparada, and diesmillo preparada. They have an amazing selection of meats and the pre marinated meats are the best out of all the ones I've tried. Very friendly and quick to help out, I'm always in and out within ten minutes. Don't expect to do all your grocery shopping here but if you're looking for quality ingredients definitely recommend. Good guacamole as well and fresh cheese.

Hello clean market! All the shelves perfectly aligned, produce GLEAMING and abundant, service staff welcoming, but most of all, the meat selection - we were amazed! Check out the pictures attached! On this day I visited with one of the most frugal people walking the earth and he shelled out $11+ per pound for carne asade. We're eating it tonight for family dinner - I'll post more after! May the odds be forever in their favor! UPDATE: AMAZING Carne Asada that evening - already marinaded with a slight hint of sweet that everyone enjoyed! Absolutely would recommend this market and definitely will add it to my list of favorites within the local area!

Hands down the best meat market here in vegas! Since moving here a year ago we have been trying to find a meat market and it's been an epic fail. None that we have tried have delivered on flavor or quality. We decided to drive from the Centennial Hills area in the search of good carne asada. I wasn't very hopeful considering all the places we've been. This is THE BEST asada I've ever had. Better than our local places in CA. Better than any restaurant or taco shop, by far. The meat is extremely tender and juicy. But let's talk about the marinade - so flavorful, perfectly salted. Delicious. So glad I bought extra meat and froze 2 lbs. I just pulled meat out of the freezer and threw it on the grill and it STILL stood up to the first night we had it. So much juice - so much flavor. This meat is so good all you need is a bit of cilantro and onions, and of course, your favorite salsa. I prefer to make homemade jalapeño oil. It's perfect! The meat is the star of the show - and so will you, at your next BBQ. Can't wait to go back and load up for our summertime. We are a taco household - no day is a bad day for a taco! This place is worth the 30 minute drive, time and time again! Update: 5/13/23 We're Back! All the way from Centennial Hills. We are here for the meat! My hubby drove down here while I was out of town on business. He knew his wife needed the meat for Mother's Day. He even remembered I wanted to try the Pollo. So once again, he loaded up on Asada - and this time pollo too! So. Damn. Good. The freaking chicken was legit. My 9 year old ate 5 pollo street tacos and went back for more before I told her to chill. Again, this place is worth the drive and all. The neighborhood and surrounding area is totally sketchy - wouldn't want to be in the area by myself in the evening. Just a heads up on that. But the actual meat market is totally fine and chill. I just rush back to my car after I load up on all their amazing meat.

If your looking for quality meat this is the place to go best meat by far in Vegas love. Coming here give me mexico store vibes love everything about it the employees are nice aswell

Their meats are great and sometimes they're on sale, so buy more when you get a chance. I don't really like prepared meats from other stores, but I decided to try La Herradero and I have to say it was great! The store on Lakemead is small, always busy but the butchers are tentative, and you are out of there on a timely manner.

Best meat place hands down!!! The carne preparada is to die for!! And so is the boneless chicken!! Highly recommend!

Best marinated meats for grilling in town. They have everything: chicken, beef, pork plus all the side and anything else you might need in the grocery store.

I visited this market for the first time the other day and it was great! There are so many different meat options and everything was well stocked and very fresh. The service was extremely fast and I was in and out before I knew it. I purchased about 8 pounds of various marinated meats for a party and everyone was complimenting it and asking where I bought it. I'll definitely be back!

Do you know the restaurant on Warm Springs that has great ratings and is yelped as the most authentic Mexican restaurant in the SE valley (El Herradero) gets their meat from? Well now you do, this is the place that the magic happens. I was preparing for a BBQ and decided on tacos as the meal for the night. Upon a coworkers recommendation he told me about this meat market. Great flavors on the chicken taco meat which is already seasoned; I picked up 2 lbs. and was not disappointed. I also ordered 3 lbs of carne asada (tasajo) meat which you can see by the pictures the meat is fresh; you then ask them to marinarade it. The carne came out fantastic on the grill and was a huge success. I believe I found my new spot to pick up authentic great cuts of meat for a great price.

Very poor service! The employees at the meat department can't control the line, my elder mother was waiting in line and at of no where this woman decided to skip the line and started talking sweet to the attendant and of course she was served before my mom and the other people waiting. We left without buying anything, I would never go back.

Ok so honestly both of these spots are not in the best parts of town and before I went in I was skeptical. I went to my cousins Carme asada and I heard about this place I went to a friends carne asada and again I was wondering where they found such good meat? And they both told me about this little gem!!! Omg if you make Carme asadas and your not getting your meat from this spot I ain't going! This place blew my mind the meat is tender and the flavor doesn't compare to anywhere else! You have to try it! In California there's carnicerías like this all over but never found a good one here, till I found this spot. I have to thank the owner this place is so clean and the meat is amazing! Please try it out you will not go back to places like la Bonita or wherever else you go.

Since i started buying my meat here i go no were else!! It's bomb ppl ask me were i buy my meat when they come over to eat!! When i make carne asada i have no left overs for the recalentado bc all the meat finishes i have bought my meat here for Partys & i never have left overs

Very very good meat and the services are excellent. Very busy place so go when you have time but well worth it the wait. Oloshas/Babalawos looking for pig's head for your ceremonies, they have them real cheap. Oloshas/babalawos buscando cabesa de puerco para sus ceremonias, ellos lo tienen muy barrato.

The display of meats poultry pork & fish is first class. The service from the butchers is Professional and courteous. Looking for a great meat market, look no further!

A neighbor told me about this place a couple of years ago and I've been coming here ever since.. best meat in town! Meat is so fresh and tender... real nice people too ,I won't go anywhere else to get my carne asada and beef ribs...

Hands down the best place to get fresh meat at. The carne isn't so hard and chewy where you're going to fight with the piece of meat , it's so tender and soft that when you eat it feels like it's melting in your mouth it's amazing no mater if you like your steak medium Rare or burnt (well done ) the meat never goes dry even after you reheat it , been going every weekend for the family carne asadas for the last 4 years
