A New York-Style Pizza Shop Lands in Verdun | Eater Montreal

"A microbrewery by Lac-Brome co-founded in 2019 where Toby Bouchard served as brewmaster; he developed pizza offerings for its on-site restaurant and the brewery is known for micro-brewed offerings such as a blueberry pancake stout and bright, fruity sours." - Valerie Silva

The Best Microbreweries Near Montreal | Eater Montreal

"Minutes from Lac Brome, this industrial, airy space specializes in cream ales, IPAs and various sour, fruity concoctions that happen to go quite well with their wood-fired sourdough pizzas. If you thought the interior was inviting, wait until you catch a glimpse of the backyard: picnic tables, outdoor fireplaces, and string lights adorn the wooded terrasse, making it a perfect place to spend an evening with friends." - Daniel Bromberg

Where to Eat in the Eastern Townships | Eater Montreal

"Perhaps better known for its beer and specialization in a now somewhat rare cream ale, this Knowlton hotspot offers a wide range of wood-fired sourdough-based pizzas, served on-site and for takeout. Stick around to enjoy the industrial microbrewery vibe, and if the weather’s nice enough, a seat on the sprawling terrasse out back." - Daniel Bromberg

Don't let the insustrial condo look and feel of the building put you off... you are in the right place!! Basically all the beers served here are from their brewery except for the lone non-alcoholic option. Cider and wine options too for the non-brew oriented clientele. They have about 10 beers on draft, and about twice that available in cans. Many seasonal beers so the menu varies with the season. They have a 7oz glass option that allows you to try several of the draft options, and no problem getting a small sample before ordering. The food was excellent and the in-house made sourdough crust wood fired pizzas are a popular choice and absolutely delicious. They have lots of schwag (t-shirts, caps, tuques, hoodies, etc.) and beers in cans available on-site if you want to bring a gift home.

This a very fun microbrewery. The beer is great. Loved the pizza and the sourdough crust is next level. Great atmosphere. While we were there a guy was doing a chainsaw carving… fun.

Nice spot to stop for different beers and good food. Relaxed, fairly busy, good looking wood fired pizza. We had French onion soup, Caesar salad and a smash burger. Soup and salad were ok and burger was good. Beers were very, very good and a nice variety on draft and in can pours. Service was friendly and easily bilingual. As a unilingual English speaker, I felt very welcome.

Google
I Absolutely this place ! Their own selection of beers is tasty, lot of places to sit and a terrasse that accepts dogs !! Great for all occasions as far as I can tell! I had the classic burger and it was very good ! They also serves wood fired pizza; they looked awesome but did not tasted them. I’ll definitely go back.

This place was super nice with the decor, loved the little cozy outdoor side, the games, super lovely to spend time with friend BUT the food was not very good. We ordered pizza (it was okay), the poutine wasn’t very good (gravy tasted bad) and I got the tartare which had no flavour, not well seasoned (probably the worst tartare I ate). I did enjoy the beers, they had a great but it’s very expensive for beer! I would go back only if I’m in the area for a beer or two but would not recommend the food.

Everything we ordered was great: the smash burger with the caramelization on the edge of the patty with lonely burger sauce and great fries, the incredible mushroom demi-glace (which they put on their poutine) which we ordered on the side, the chicken wings with the homemade BBQ sauce that had a lovely kick, the Spaniard pizza, and the flavourful raspberry cream ale, all set in this venue with cool atmosphere and excellent, friendly & knowledgeable customer service from Ariane. The only disappointment is that they'd run out of braised beef for their pizza of the week. We'd happily return. Un gros merci!!

Google
Now, this is a microbrewery. I can set my watch by it. This little place packed an unfamiliar punch. The atmosphere was top-notch. They had a lot of great beers on tap; we tried a few different ones. We had a little snack. I may have to go back to get the pizza; a lot of people were having it. The numbers don't lie. If you're out there, I'd definitely try it out. Plus wasn't super pricy.

Google
We were in the eastern townships on the rare warm October weekend and were looking for a place that served pizza. La Knowlton had sourdough wood fire pizzas which was top of mind. Other menu items were regular bar food - burgers, nachos, truffles fries (which we got). Narrow selection of beer on tap but they had a lot of option in cans and bottles. They had a Oktoberfest menu on which ended October 5th for $55 - 3 course meal but we didn't get it. We tried the pepperoni, fungi pizzas, truffle fries, Japanese Jasmine beer and Mexican larger. Food was great, beer was cold. They even had a small pumpkin patch where kids could play. Highly recommend this brasserie if you're in Lac Brome.

Yelp
Creative brews. I particularly enjoyed a light lager with citrus flavor; the artwork for their beer is a riot. The food is standard pub food, they have some pizzas and pub food. They have a lovely outdoor patio space. Service was charming. A good spot in Knowlton.

Yelp
Disappointed in our experience at this crowded spot just outside Knowlton. Burgers were small and overcooked and they bring sun dried tomato if you order tomatoes. We didn't try the beer and the place was packed.

Yelp
Arrived at 6pm and served after 7.30pm. Food is good but slow -definitely need more staff in the kitchen.

Yelp
One of three restaurant I found in Bolton . The inside very cozy, service are great. Gas fire pizza stove. Handmade pizza and that's what everyone gets. It is a brewery so they have many choices of their own beer. I see people usually share a pizza, appetizer/fries and some beer. It is a good place for everyone to try. The only bad thing is that the dinning area is small

Yelp
This is by far the best Pub / Brewery food I've had in my life. The pizzas were very tasty. We had the Quack Quack pizza, made with the famous Lac Brome duck, it was simply spectacular. Nothing frozen, all fresh local ingredients. I'm not a huge fan of mushroom pizza but the Fungi pizza was also very delicious. My daughter had the Duck poutine made with homemade gravy... this dish is worth the trip on its own. I tried the 4 beer sampler they brew on location and they all were very nice. Not too heavy, nice flavor and aftertaste. It nicely reveals the craftsmanship of the master brewer. Despite the fact they just had their grand opening a couple days prior, the service was great. I strongly recommend and will definitely come back with friends. Well done Knowlton & Co !
