"Planned to open in early 2023 as the second restaurant in the former Woodsman Tavern space, this dinner-forward spot emphasizes seafood and large-format, shareable proteins while also later adding brunch with chilaquiles. Drawing on the Paradise Mariscos pop-up, the menu will include flautas filled with potato confit and smoked black cod, aguachiles and ceviches, starters like queso fundido and delicata squash tostadas, and many vegetable-forward dishes (including a take on Caesar and a mole blanco with prickly pear). Larger dishes are meant for the table: a Contramar-style whole fish with one side rubbed in shrimp paste and the other finished with a scallion-herb paste; whole hog carnitas served with beans, fresh tortillas, salsas, and a seasonal vegetable salad; and seafood fajitas presented with beans, house pickles and salsas, and chile oil." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
