The 12 Hottest Restaurants in Charlotte, North Carolina | Eater Carolinas

"From the team behind cult favorite Yunta is a fast-casual Peruvian sandwich joint, La Lima Sanguecheria. Here, get fresh takes on Peruvian street fare, like a tamari honey chicken sandwich with daikon slaw or the crispy chicharron sandwich that South End-ers can’t get enough of for lunch. The Sakura brings a bit of Japanese influence with tuna tartare between two pillowy pieces of Barcelona’s pan de cristal." - Kayleigh Ruller

Food was amazing and is at a reasonable price point. We had the yuca as a side. It was seasoned perfectly and the yellow sauce was great. The sandwich bread is crunchy but soft inside. And thin enough that you can easily eat without the sandwich falling apart. Loved it. Tusan bowl steak and egg were perfectly cooked and the coordination of flavors just popped. Lastly, get the Andes drink! Staff were very helpful with questions. They all seemed very happy to help and to be there. It was a breath of fresh air! The tables were tiny and you feel like you are sitting on top of your neighbors but that’s pretty normal for SouthEnd. This is a great lunch stop. We will be back!

Peruvian people please stand up! This place is one of the best in Charlotte. They put all their love into their service and good. We were recommend the most popular sandwiches. We ordered Tuscan (tender beef with onions and cilantro) & Chicharron sandwiches this is pork belly with sweet potatoes. You can definitely share the sandwiches because they are filling. I would definitely go back here again 🇵🇪

I love La Lima restaurant in Charlotte, NC! They make the best sandwiches and the best soup—it tastes so good. The desserts are great, too. The people who work there are friendly and professional, and the restaurant is a clean place. They make the food look very nice; the food presentation is beautiful. It was a wonderful time.

Google
We came with an appetite and high expectations and La Lima exceeded! The menu offers bold and innovative variety of flavor combinations in the sandwiches which each come with great sauces and are served on crispy yet soft bread which is perfection. We came as a group of four and shared four sandwiches (as everything sounded delicious we had to try as much as possible). The Chicarron was our favorite overall - with crispy yet succulent pork belly on a bed of sweet potatoes with a delicious sauce that I had to keep dipping our fries in. You have to try the Sakura - which is a tuna tartar - something I've never had in a sandwich before. The Calle 8 was a tasty Cuban style sandwich and the Burrifarra was also delicious. We could barely squeeze anything else in but had to try the desserts which looked amazing - and were glad we did as the Suspiro was divine. I hope to come back and enjoy more of the pastries next time. They also offer many of the sandwiches in bowl format, and offer a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks with your meal. Must visit if you're in Charlotte!

Google
Fluffy bread with a perfect light crisp on the outside. Loved the chicken sandwich—super flavorful and well-balanced. The sauce on the side was a great touch and added even more depth without overpowering the sandwich. Quick service and everything came out fresh. Definitely worth a stop.

I’ve been her twice now and usually I feel like most sandwich shops are over rated. But there’s something special about La Lima. In the most positive way walking into La Lima feels like you’re transported, if only for a few minutes, outside the united states. Both times there’s like a minor language barrier where they have to consider your English before successfully moving forward. Maybe I’m weird but I like it. It’s as if they really enforced supporting “immigrants” for employment for an international style cuisine. The space is kind of tight but cute. When the weathers nice they have a great little outdoor space, but also ample areas to sit inside. For food I’ve ordered the Chicharron sandwich twice, which is amazing. Ample amounts of thick, juicy, delicious pork belly which is well balanced with the creamy sauce and acidic onions. Not to mention the perfectly delicious bread. The second visit I ordered the Calle 8, sweet potato fries, and cauliflower bites. Again the Calle 8 while looks small next to the chicharron still has a very generous amount of tender juicy meat and perfectly balanced between fatty, sweet, and acidic. The sweet potato fries and Califlower. It’s were perfectly fried and seasoned to perfection. Idk where the hospitality comes from or the love for quality food but these folks really deliver an experience that is above most. And yes it’s a sandwich/salad spot. The uniforms, the politeness, the helpfulness. It’s all something many places should strive to replicate.

I’ve been a Viva Chicken fan since the OG Elizabeth days, so watching the team spin up Yunta and now launch La Lima Sanguchería feels like a full-circle Charlotte win. La Lima is the new fast-casual Peruvian sandwich shop from the folks behind Viva Chicken and Yunta, it's a counter-service spot in South End built around Peru’s sanguchería tradition. I haven’t wanted to visit Peru more than I did after my first bite of Viva’s old Wow Lomito (marinated steak, sautéed onions and tomatoes, rocoto mayo, salsa criolla) especially when it was swimming in that green, herb-punchy sauce I still dream about. RIP Wow Lomito, but good news... at La Lima, it basically lives on under a new name. I ordered The Tusan (marinated grilled steak, red onion, tomato, carretillero sauce, micro-cilantro), and it instantly transported me back to that first Viva bite. Its the same savory-acid balance and packed with the same irresistible steak. La Lima’s sauce bar has a “verde” that, to my palate, is the same huacatay magic I fell for years ago... call it whatever you want... it’s the thing that makes you believe in Santa. The room is modern and casual, and while South End parking is chaos, the trip is worth it if you’re chasing a killer steak sandwich from a homegrown group that keeps leveling up. If you love Viva or Yunta, you’ll recognize the DNA here, only its focused on sandwiches that hit.

Google
Our family had a great dinner experience at Lima. The bowls were very flavorful and made made with very fresh ingredients, our kids ate everything. We have visited the spot twice and the quality including attention to detail is evident. I am glad we have such wonderful spot in Charlotte. A+++

Yelp
Absolutely love La Lima Sangucheria! Every sandwich I've tried has been delicious -- you really can't go wrong. Don't skip the sides either; they're just as good as the mains. The yucca is my favorite, perfectly done every time. They also have an amazing variety of sauces, and honestly, I love them all -- so flavorful and fun to mix and match. The herbal lemonade is super tasty and incredibly refreshing, the perfect complement to the food. Everything feels very high quality, and the service is always friendly and efficient. This spot is a total gem -- love it and will keep coming back!

Yelp
Such a cute little sandwich shop! Indoor and outdoor seating with lovely decor. We ordered two sandwiches: the tusan and chicharron, and two sides: crispy yuka and tempura cauliflower. Everything was delicious! I liked the pork belly best. Service was great. Everyone working was super friendly and helpful!

Yelp
First time visiting and the place was packed..it's clearly a popular spot. I tried the Sakura (which I've heard so much about) and the sandwich was delicious and had the right balance of flavors. I've never seen a tuna tartar sandwich so I had to try it. I also had the Maracuya and that was delicious. The seating was a hot commodity so I got my food to go but I would love to go back and try other menu items.

Yelp
What a delicious little sandwich spot! I've been here twice now for lunch and both times it's been super busy, which honestly makes sense because the food is so good. When: Two weekday lunch visits, dine-in Overall: 4.7/5 - The food is amazing and the sandwich is totally worth it. Just wish the takeout and seating situation were a little easier. Food: 4.8/5 - I always get the Sakura sandwich. It has raw tuna, crispy onions, micro cilantro, daikon, and this yummy sauce all on really good bread that's crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It's such a delicious sandwich and I really appreciate that they don't skimp on the tuna, especially since it's $18. It's definitely pricey, but you get what you pay for. Next time I'll probably get it without the daikon--just a personal preference--but I love the crispy onions and the sauce. Everything just works together so well. Service: 4.7/5 - Service has been solid both times I've gone. They're friendly and efficient, but since it's a small space and always busy, it can feel a little hectic. They recently started offering takeout, but it's only through Uber Eats which is kind of inconvenient. I wish they had their own online ordering system or phone-in option because seating is so limited and takeout would be a great alternative. Vibe: 4.5/5 - It's a small spot and always packed during lunch. The vibe is casual and energetic, but the downside is that there's not a lot of seating. If you don't get there early, you might have to wait awkwardly for a table or just take it to go. Would love to see them expand or improve the dine-in flow a bit or at the very least the take out orders. Other: They validate parking in the garage next door. I think it's up to an hour or 90 minutes. You just grab a ticket and validate it after you pay. They recommend waiting until the end of your meal to validate because it can take up to 20 minutes for their system to register your visit.

Yelp
After hearing about how amazing this place is, I finally had to try it. We took the sandwiches to go but they were amazing. The tuna one especially. The sauce was delicious. The staff were super nice. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for our dinner. The place was cute inside, but not super big

Yelp
Although I did dine in, I'm going to review this as though it were a takeout. The reason? The line for food was out the door and the door stayed open the whole time. It was uncomfortably hot in the restaurant. That said, in future, I will definitely be getting takeout! The Italo sandwich was fantastic! Perfectly balanced meat and vegetables, not too saucy, and on the best bread I've had in South End. I can't wait to try something else! Interestingly, while sitting and eating, I overheard at least three people say that it was the best sandwich shop in Charlotte, and I'm not sure I could argue with that!

Yelp
I'm not much of a sandwich person but hands down, best sandwich. Very refreshing and plenty of tuna on it. The service was good, they were so busy considering it was lunch hour. It was hard to find seating during lunch rush. The ambiance, reminds me of yunta. I would come back to try other stuff.

Yelp
I am such a huge fan of this new sandwich shop! I mean truly they are doing something special. I've been twice in recent weeks and I think about going constantly lol. The only reason I haven't been many more times is it's in South End and I live in Huntersville lol. I have only tried the tuna sandwich but it's so good I don't want anything else just yet lol. I usually eat tuna in sushi or a poke bowl so when I saw this sandwich option I was immediately intrigued. It's so freakin fresh and so freakin good!!! They have other yummy sounding sandwich options too so definitely check out their other meal options too. It's a busy place so plan accordingly. The staff was super helpful and kind. The place is goregous, open air and beautifully set up. This place is in a different class and I hope they are around forever. Love this spot!

Yelp
My wife and I came to La Lima Sangucheria for the first time after hearing about it from one of the local e-newsletters, and it did not disappoint. For context, Peruvian "sánguches" are typical street food fare and popular in Peru for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu here offers quite a few sánguches options in addition to bowls, salads and other sides. In terms of drinks, there are some limited beer, wine, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages. My wife and I tried the Crema de Sol Soup (butternut squash), the grilled queso, the Tusan bowl with the Tempura Cauliflower and the Tres Leches dessert. The Tempura Cauliflower was OK, and we realized later that our server forgot to include the dipping Rocoto Honey sauce. Other than that, the rest of the items were delicious, I mean, really good. The atmosphere and service were great, common areas were clean, and the location was easy to get to. There is plenty of affordable street parking around. Overall, 100% recommended.

Yelp
This is exactly what I mean when I say I want a sandwich!! Nothing but ordinary, these are all bursting with flavors. I got the Tusan which had such amazing flavor and spice and was a really generous portion. Not to mention the space is gorgeous, love the indoor outdoor open vibe and the staff couldn't have been kinder to us and my pup
google avatar

Yelp
I went recently over with a good friend. The atmosphere was bustling and promised a good experience. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was exciting and different (to me at least; my friend is from Venezuela). I ordered the chicharron sandwich, while my friend ordered a steak empanada and Tuscan (steak) sandwich. Hers looked good and by all indicators tasted better. Mine was fantastic. Grilled pork belly with a nice aioli and sweet potatoes. I thought this would be one of those sandwiches that try to do too much, but it was amazing. Washed it down with a tasty IPA (and I usually prefer lagers). We took a couple of desserts with us to try out later. She was crazy about the maracuya cheesecake; the tres leches cake was more my speed. We both thought the Santiago tart was nice. Everything was great. My friend approved the food as authentic.

Yelp
Delicious! I tried the Sakura sandwich and oh my gosh -- I could eat it every day. It was incredibly fresh, with crisp yet soft bread that didn't tear up your mouth. The combination of green onion and fried onion added a great depth of flavor, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly. I gave it a quick dip in the salsa verde they offered -- tasty, but it masked the flavor of the tuna a bit, so I preferred it on its own. Could you share the sandwich? Sure. Will you want to after taking your first bite? Absolutely not. Did I finish the whole thing? You bet. The seating is tight -- I noticed a few guests with strollers having a bit of a tough time navigating the space. Tables are small and best for two to four people, though there's a countertop that seats about six and a small outdoor patio. What really stood out was the friendly and efficient service. Staff were not only welcoming, but they stayed on top of clearing and resetting tables quickly, keeping the space clean and ready for the next guests. Definitely worth checking out!
google avatar

Cristina R.

Yelp
Probably the best sandwiches we've had in CLT! Love the vibe here - casual since you order at the counter, but still nice. It's worth eating there instead of taking out! After ordering and paying, you take your number to a table, and a server brings out your food as it's ready. In our case, it came out quickly! The Sakura is essentially poké in sandwich form, and tasted very fresh. I enjoyed the spicy mayo and that it still felt somewhat light. The Calle Ocho is a great take on a Cubano. We loved the relish it came with and the melty blend of flavors. I recommend getting some salsa verde from the back where the water and utensils are - this was tasty on the sandwich as well. They have pastries and even cocktails here, so it's a great option throughout the day if you're looking for a little taste of Lima!
google avatar

Yelp
Perfect spot for a Saturday lunch. I had the Chicharron. My friend had the Sakura. Both were delicious. Service was a little on the slow side. Given the flat cooking area size, they were doing a great job. The space of the restaurant is on the smaller side, so there are people standing around, almost hovering waiting for a seat. Did not love that or the feeling of being rushed through eating so the next group can sit down. I get you're busy, but I want at least an hour to eat and talk. The manager was hustling to ensure everyone had everything they needed. It's a well run establishment doing its best to meet demand. My only beef is I think the price point is too high. Either keep it at $16 and throw in a fountain drink and chips(?) OR bring down the price to $12 ish dollars. $16-$18 inc. tax for a sandwich only doesn't feel good for a fast casual restaurant. Regardless, I'll be back. I liked it here.
google avatar

Sam B.

Yelp
One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I got the Sakura sandwich which comes with tuna tartar, spicy sauce, and crispy onions. The bread was super crispy and delicious. The tuna was fatty and flavorful. The sauce added that acidity. The onions enhanced the crunch factor but I couldn't really taste them that much. The service can be a bit slow because it's always packed. It has a simple atmosphere but everybody is friendly an it's a great place. 4.6/5

Yelp
Wowzers. I have been twice this week already - run, don't walk. First of all, the restaurant has a light, airy feel to it and for how small the place is, they creatively figured out quite a bit of seating! There are 3-4 tables outside as well. The food we got: - the Sakura: my favorite sandwich - the tuna is so fresh and the sauce is incredible - the Tuscan: delicious steak - the Tori Nikkei: the chicken was so perfectly cooked - the Chicharron: pork belly amazingness - the rustic potatoes, sweet potato fries, crispy yuca and tempura cauliflower: all sides were fantastic! My faves were the rustic potatoes and yuca - La Lima salad with the steak: incredible and so filling! I think I could have split it with my friend - El Caesar salad with tuna tartar: not only was the tuna amazing but it was a HUGE amount piled on top of the salad. Easily splittable. - the Tres Leches: I will dream of this!! And cannot wait to go back and get it again. Timing tips: this place is already a hot spot so I recommend getting there well before Noon or well after the lunch rush. We got there at 11:45 one day and there was a line out the door and no seating. Went yesterday at 11:30 and no line and we got a seat.

Yelp
This place is outstanding! This is the art of making sandwiches! My favorites were the Asian ones, but all of them are amazing! Have the chicha drink with pisco! You won't regret it! Only con is that the space it's a little tight.
google avatar

William S.

Yelp
Not gonna lie, had my guard up a bit when I walked into this place. It was shiny and new looking surly this can't have good food, that's for the hole in the walls. Dead wrong that was an absolutely 10/10 sandwich 10/10 service and 10/10 location and atmosphere. Wish them luck! Great stuff.
google avatar

Yelp
The best sandwiches in Charlotte. And the Sakura is the best tuna sandwich I've ever had. I also had the Crispy Yuca which was also extremely yummy and came with a really tasty sauce. Another sandwich I tried was the Tusan which was also great, but the Sakura took the prize. And don't sleep on their pastries, I had the Yuzu Eclair and of course it was amazing. Plus the decor was super nice, both indoor and outdoor space, and the staff was friendly. I'll be making the 30 min drive often!
google avatar

Sirena O.

Yelp
Food is amazing - the Sakura sandwich was light, refreshing and delightful! The Sensei bowl was good too but between two of us, it was a lot of food! Yucca fries were also delicious! Service - friendly, personable and so great. Prompt as well! Ambiance - very clean modern aesthetic, we sat at the bar on a beautiful afternoon and the vibe is great! A new favorite in Charlotte!

Yelp
Can't wait to go back and try something else! I had the chicharron sandwich and it came out so fast. The bread was fresh and delicious. All the staff were friendly and ready to provide anything you needed. It's a quick service place, not a sit-down restaurant. Cool vibe. They were busy, so be prepared to wait but know it's worth it.
google avatar

Shervin S.

Yelp
I am visiting from out of town and was told about this place from a couple different people. I went out of my way to try this place and I was absolutely not disappointed! After talking to Valentina, one of the staff members, she recommended the Tusan sandwich (skirt steak). I'm much more of a chicken/fish gal in general, but I took her recommendation. I asked for the sauce on the side because I have a dairy intolerance and the sandwich didn't even need sauce. It was marvelous! The meat was juicy and the seasoning was just right where it wasn't too salty, yet still flavorful. Also, the bread isn't too thick or heavy...it was perfection. I will be back if I'm ever in Charlotte!
google avatar

Jacob K.

Yelp
I ordered a Chicharron sandwich and I did not receive my food for over 30 minutes. There was about 10 of us standing in the middle of the busy store waiting for our food, constantly needing to move out of people's way. When I finally got my food, the bread was completely black on the bottom and burnt to a crisp to the point it was cutting my mouth. The flavors were nice, but the experience was so poor overall it couldn't make up for it.
google avatar

Sammie M.

Yelp
Service- the person taking your order knew exactly what we liked, and his recommendation was on point. Food- I had ahi tuna sandwich was very tasty with the sauce could use a little bit more flavor, but was surprisingly really good. My first time having Aji tuna on a roll or sandwich I do recommend it. My husband had the chicken sandwich with the bacon on it, he really enjoyed it. It was I tasted it. It was really good. I highly recommend it. Both sandwiches are huge. You definitely get your moneys worth! Dessert w/Peruvian fruit chocolate cake and gold flakes was the most insane light textured not to sweet thing I have ever tasted in my 50+ years! Ambiance- I absolutely love the decor and the ambience. This was a really nice lunch and I highly recommend it.

Julieta M.

Yelp
The food was delicious, I tried the Tusan which is steak meat. Even though it was busy service was fast. The restaurant is small but very cozy, clean.

Yelp
Great selection of food, Peruvian for sure, and very yummy. Prices are a little high, but for the experience, worth it.

Yelp
I remember not talking much bc we were eating much. I liked the environment quite a lot and the staff were accommodating with tabling/seating. The herbal lemonade was wonderful. Would happily return to try more.

Yelp
This is my new favorite lunch spot in Charlotte. Everything from the decor to the menu options to the service was enjoyable. I loved the design of the space which incorporated a modern light airy inside/outside feel and was very clean. The staff was so friendly and gave recommendations. I tried the chicherron sandwhich and the Tuson sandwich. The chicherron was so flavorful, I will definitely get this one again and the tuson was a more mild traditional flavor. Next time I may try the Tori Nikkei.
google avatar

Elyse P.

Yelp
I didn't know Peruvian sandwiches were a thing, but WOW!!! La Lima's food is insane! the bread is amazing, the flavor combinations are stellar, and the sauces complimented everything. I no longer need other sandwiches in my life... We tried the sakura (tuna) and tori nikkei (honey chicken) sandwiches, and both were incredible. We also got some of their traditional juices, and those were excellent as well. The place was a little crowded but the staff was super friendly and I cannot wait to happily bump elbows with my partner while I try more of their options. I can't wait to become a regular here!

Yelp
OMG this sandwich spot is going to take ALL MY MONEY!!! Delicious, fast, and great service. Good locations in South End as well. The Sakura sandwich...I could eat that everyday! The sweet potato fries were perfect with it as a side, as well as the pistachio eclair for dessert. Almost $40 for lunch (with a lemonade included), but dang it's SO WORTH IT!!!!

Yelp
Saturday afternoon lunch vibe! If you enjoy sandwiches, consider La Lima Sangucheria. There's indoor/outdoor seating with validated garage parking. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. I choice to have the Tuscan sandwich tender well seasoned meat packed with flavor along side the dipping sauce. My wife enjoyed the pastrami sandwich. I forget the name. The pastrami was succulent dressed and incredible sauce. The sweet potato fries could've been a little more crispy and seasoned but the sandwich carried the meal. They have an array for amazing juices and other drinks. As well as desserts that are irresistibly displayed by the cashier. The empanada were delicious also. The service again was top notch attentive and welcoming. The restaurant was clean at all times. Beautiful designed restrooms.

Yelp
A very good restaurant. Just do not go at lunch time during the week. Extremely bisy at that time. Some of the best sandwiches in the Charlotte area!
google avatar

Samantha M.

Yelp
So first the prices, 2nd the service you have to get your own silverware which is fine or is it, I will say if you get a bowl please be the aware the rice is like a broken rice for almost $30 a bowl i want full rice.
google avatar

Carol R.

Yelp
Take everything you love about Yunta and transplant it into an elevated sandwich shop. Both of the pork sandwiches we tried were top notch. All of the sauces are fantastic as were the yucca fries - can definitely see some Viva influence there. Pro tip: Get your order to go and find a spot off the Rail Trail for a picnic.

This place is a 10000/10. Even though this is a fast casual style restaurant, the service is amazing and stands out. Every employee was top notch and so kind. I would come back just for the awesome staff and service. However, the food was also amazing! We ordered two juices, the yuca fries, the italo sandwich and the sakura sandwich. The yuca fries were perfectly crisp & I could literally drink the sauce that comes with them. The sandwiches had fantastic bread and they nailed the combination of flavors. I'll have to come back and try the whole menu now because ya gurl is HOOKED.

Yelp
I was so excited to try La Lima as I am a huge fan of Viva Chicken & Yunta (same owners). The decor is very minimal and cozy, service was excellent! The sandwich we had (The Italo) was delicious! We also tried a couple of the juices, my favorite being the Peruvian signature Chicha Morada. Also enjoyed a nice pistachio eclair and a coffee. I will def try the tres leches next time as it looked amazing!

Yelp
Can I give this 6 stars!? Where do I begin The food was SPECTACULAR and detailed - every component was seasoned individually. The staff were all so friendly and were cleaning the entire time we were there. The restaurant is so cute and I love that they open the garage doors open so it's an indoor/outdoor experience. I can't express enough how clean it was! The food was indescribably good and the pastries looked fantastic. I can't wait to come back

Yelp
The cutest little sandwich shop nestled in the heart of southend in Charlotte. This place is great for a quick bite or a great date spot for a some great food! The staff are all friendly and super helpful when you're unsure of what to order. I'm there weekly and trust me once you try it you'll understand why!

Yelp
I was here to pickup an order & stood there for about 10 minutes...none acknowledged me in any way. Who I assumed to be the manager walked by me 3 times...nothing!!! The 2 guys packing the to go orders packe the order I was waiting for & one of them was about to walk by me with the order in his hand. I asked him if he even cared what order I was there for? He smugly said " what order are you here for so I can make your day better?" I told him the name & he said here you go. No apology for not saying anything beforehand or anything. I did want to try them for myself but not anymore!!!! Learn better customer service for ALL of your customers very disappointed !!!

Yelp
Excellent sandwiches. Plenty of flavor and fresh ingredients. Their sandwiches have a lovely twist to it. Ingredients you don't think would go together pair perfectly. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

Yelp
Literally the BEST food! I went for the first time last Friday and have been thinking about the Sakura ever since then so had to go back again today. The fries are also delicious - fresh, perfectly fried and seasoned. My husband got the chicken sandwich which was also very good - he got it last week as well so it was good enough to repeat. The desserts particularly the tres leches look delicious but the sandwich and fries never leave me with any room to try it. The staff is very friendly, service is prompt and the indoor/outdoor concept is very welcoming - I sat outside and given the shade and the fans they have it was totally comfortable despite it being ninety degrees. Highly recommend this place - literally one of if not the best sandwich I've ever had.

Yelp
Excellent place. The food was fantastic I had the chicharrón sandwich and it was out of this world. The service was good nothing crazy since you order at the counter but the staff was very welcoming and nice. The ambience is nice and modern I like the interior design

Yelp
This is a new Peruvian restaurant with fresh bold delicious sandwiches. They also have different traditional juices to pair with your meal. Service was pretty quick and the staff were friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful, difficult to come by these days. This is not a large location so keep that in mind but it's perfect for a quick lunch or grab and go sandwich. They have salads, bowls, pastries, and empanadas as well. The pastries looked so tasty and the sauces that go with sandwiches are a must try. I tried the honey chicken sandwich and the Eggplant sandwhich which was like an eggplant parm vibe. The chicken sandwich was better in my opinion. I also tried the dragonfruit drink which wasn't overly sweet, very light actually. Every sandwich seems to be crafted specifically to deliver a unique flavor so they don't really do modifications. Yes the bread is fresh and soft on the inside with the perfect crust for my bread lovers! Now for the value, the chicken sandwich was $15 and the eggplant was $16, no sides included for these. If you go, Enjoy!

Yelp
Great people, amazingly trained employees that give you an experience. Our sandwiches had a lovely crispy outside and the meats were well seasoned. Very enjoyable spot that I'm going to keep recommending to everyone. And they welcomed my dog.
