Me and my family are staying next to Motone. Our hoste highly recommended us to have dinner at this place. And seeing it has a « bib michelin » we were very excited about our evening. The entire dinner was such a disappointment. We should have been alarmed that the chef welcomed us and was taking care of service. A chef should be in his kitchen, not front of the house. First they offered champagne. We all took a glass, not a single glass had the same amount poured. My brother in law had a glass of rosé… the bottle was surely opened for a decade, it was undrinkable. Then came the complementary hors d’oeuvres. Feels like they were ready to be served three days ago. Soggy, cold, stale buns. The chef was selling us the steak for two: i mean, the basic of a chef should know how to cook well a steak, it was over cooked. Moving forward to desserts, worst thing we ever ate. Service was so bad. I rarely post bad reviews but when it’s a pretentious restaurant and as expensive, i just can’t stand beeing so badly served really bad food. Just don’t go.
