A tour inside Eataly in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"A full-service butcher counter within the market offering a range of meat cuts for purchase and likely supplying many of the marketplace’s meat-centric dishes and restaurants." - Susan Stapleton

We ordered tomahawk. It was perfectly cooked, sides were burnt a little bit(which we liked it) but softy in the inside and so juicy. We had the side orders for free that day and a glass of wine. Service is excellent and the people work there. Definitely will return with my children next time. Though we’ve been at the EATALY several times. But it was my first time La Macelleria.

This was our favorite of all the Eataly Restaurants!! I highly recommend the skirt steak with mushrooms!! So flavorful and juicy! The salmon and baked potato were both excellent!!

La Macelleria…locate in the Park MGM. Delicious cuts of meat quickly prepared. You are essentially your own waiter as you choose where to be seated and you serve your own beverage. Can be awkward of you alone, needing extra hands. A bit pricey considering no wait service for dining. But this is quick service. Just a note, prices add up quickly. Get you own beverage at the tiny snack store a few feet away, as prices are better. Really convenient to have pasta pizza and seafood options steps away.

Pick your steaks and take take them to go, or have them in the nearby restaurant. Fine Italian butcher in the hotel lobby.

Ordered medium rare Ribeye steak the first time and it was over cooked and they made me the second one which was burned I had to cut out the burned parts and the inside was still some what over cooked (medium) Didn’t wanna send it back the second time as we had to rush to somewhere else. Super disappointed

I really enjoyed this place. I ordered the ribeye cooked blue and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I thought the price was decent considering it's dry-aged steak on the strip. Not many places I've been to can do a good blue steak, and most even struggle with cooking a proper rare, so usually I prefer to eat steak at home. But the ribeye here was better than my expectations. The greens that came with the steak were also very good.

Really liked that place! The portions are good for the price! We got the ribeye and chicken skewers. The meat was really tasty and nicely cooked! The chicken had a little too much pepper but it was still really nice! You can always ask to make it your way with more or less spices! The service was really friendly! Would definitely go back!

The person who is the cashier is very rude and treats people as if she were doing them a favor. She has no customer service skills. It was my favorite place and twice she didn't give me what I asked for. She should have proper training for customer service.
