The Best Bars In Berlin

"Although it’s technically a café and boulangerie, this canalside daytime spot is one of our favorite places to drink in the area. Come on a Sunday in spring after ambling down Nowkölln flea market to share a bottle of Riesling or hover around the orange wine tap. The outdoor patio bar churns out trays of Aperol and Campari spritzes until the early evening when everyone disperses to nearby restaurants or onto another bar. Once the weather warms up, Berlin locals and in-the-know tourists swarm this Paul-Lincke-Ufer suntrap, so finding an available bistro chair is almost as painstaking as a rent-controlled apartment. Best breakfast in Germany so far :) the price is very fair, I couldn’t believe the price and we got very good portion of food. Cappuccino is also not machine made but good one (shame on me forgot taking a picture). It’s crowded but there are enough places available outside, the service is very quick and friendly. Definitely come back!!

Utterly in love with this place and looked forward to coming back every morning, especially loved the sesame ham & cheese pastry, dulce de leche, and apple&pear chausson - buttery, flakey yet not too sweet. Some of the best I've ever had the pleasure of sinking my teeth in. I'll be reminiscing about these for years to come.

Absolutely lovely place. Food is perfect, desserts are pieces of art, staff are always friendly and the location near the channel is so cosy and calm. The cafe might be a bit overcrowded on Weekends, so really recommend to visit in the morning :)

Popped in for lunch whilst vacation in Berlin. Indoor and outdoor seating available though quite busy. Order from the counter. There were some pastries, etc, and drinks suitable for Vegan. Most items were about €3-5 in price. The chocolate, toffee filled éclair was on the small size but absolutely scrumptious. Definitely, a place to visit for coffee and a piece of cake of two.

Absolutely delicious and a spot of life on the street corner. It can get very full but the wait is well worth it. Went back several times within a few days! Highly recommend:)

The location is lovely and the staff is friendly and fast. The prices are a little higher than most bakeries in Berlin but, in general, the quality is very good. There is a lot of options and the croissants are amazing, only the dulce de leche pastry I had was cold and hard inside, that was disappointing.

I had the carrot cake, pistachio cube, and a cappuccino at La Maison, and everything was delicious! The carrot cake was moist and flavorful. It’s a lovely place to enjoy a sweet treat with a good coffee.
