After two weeks and god only knows how many wonderful Burgundian meals, we found heaven. Every dish was amazing - creative, beautifully presented, a delight to all of your senses. Hands down the best meal so far.

Really great experience. Food was very good. Only a couple times did a spice and acid overwhelm a bite. Biggest downside to this place is the by the glass menu. Very underwhelming for being in Burgundy. Focus on Burgundy and Loire but seeing the basic regional Côtes du Rhône from Guigal was disappointing. It’s a supermarket wine. Big miss on by the glass list, but overall would recommend by the bottle list.

We had a wonderful experience with the seasonal 80€ menu and a shared cheese plate. Every dish was beautifully balanced and felt like part of a thoughtful journey—the flavours built naturally from one course to the next, enhanced by a lovely amuse-bouche and palate cleansers. The set menu format really allows the chef to design the experience, and we appreciated not having to guess what to choose. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and their wine pairings—selected from small, local, female-run vineyards—were excellent. Between the atmosphere, the service, the food, and the wine, everything came together perfectly. A truly memorable meal.

Absolutely worth the 5 star review. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Service was excellent and our server recommended some amazing wines from a female owned vineyard we now plan to visit Food was delicious. Flavors, freshness and creativity was 100% I have lots of good allergies and they were very helpful with their advice. I’d not hesitate to recommend.

Hands down one of the best meals we've had in our life! As 1st time visitors to Dijon this elegant little restaurant exceeded all expectations... the prefix dinner allowed the chefs to show off their amazing skills ... each item was carefully curated with a unique taste & presentation; elements were fresh and locally sourced. Courses were accompanied with a description from the friendliest wait staff ... together with the recommended wine parings and desserts (& pre- desserts!) our experience was over the top and one to remember. 5+ Stars!!!

I visited yesterday evening and had an amazing experience. The menu consists of five to six plates, each perfectly balanced. The chef and the team are fantastic, showcasing exceptional skill. Every dish was a delight. It’s not cheap, but the quality is worth it. If you want a memorable dining experience, this is the place to go!

Exceptional experience at La Maison des Cariatides in Dijon! The staff were very friendly and helpful, ready to accommodate all our wishes. The food was delicious with excellent presentation. The interior is very stylish, with a nice terrace and maximum attention to detail in everything from the selection of furniture to the plates and knives! We loved every second of our visit and wish the owners and the staff all the best of luck with the restaurant for many years to come. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in Dijon!

We made reservations for our large party and the table was ready. The set menu was simple with a choice of 2 or 3 plates. We had kids in our group and we were able to split meals to make it work. They were kind enough to split the meals for us. Everything was delicious. The lunch staff were very attentive and appeared to be all women. It was heartening to see a woman chef artfully prepare our meals.

The food is great I think because their products are really good. The courtyard is nice and cozy. It's located in city center but once u enter it, you can feel this peaceful atmosphere. Recommended!

This was the best tasting menu I've ever experienced. We walked into a warm yet modern setting and were greeted by the kind wait staff. The restaurant is decorated in a rustic and worldly style yet very elegant. Each week the chef debuts a different 10 course tasting menu. The courses were the perfect size and demonstrated a variety of proteins, cheeses and tastes of the burgundy region. The tastes were inventive but relatable and our pallets were constantly in awe. It is rare that a restaurant with the charm of a traditional French bistro is serving black sesame ice cream. It was the absolute best of both worlds. The ambiance was perfect as well. Each wooden table has pine branches and a real candle. We thoroughly enjoyed our gastronomic experience and would recommend it to any foodie out there!

Excellent service and ambiance... I Would highly recommend as their lunch was so reasonably priced (28€ for three courses) for the generous portions. The amuse bouches of tuna tartare and fried fish was incredible, and our appetizers and entrees were extremely fresh and fragrant! The chefs really put in a lot of care into what they do, and the waiters are extremely kind and friendly.

First off, the restaurant is absolutely beautiful! the ceiling, floor and original door really sets the mood for the fine dining you will be experiencing. i also liked the open kitchen. the staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and were more than happy to explain each course and paired the wine very well. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Please don't go to this place! Overthought, disappointing food in such unsatisfying portions I left feeling underwhelmed, and frankly, ripped off. My fiancé and I went there with high expectations and ultimately left with such a sour taste I am in awe that this restaurant had such high ratings.

An excellent meal in a very relaxed yet elegant atmosphere.
