"Finistère is the westernmost department  of Bretagne. Chef Tomomitsu Oki named his restaurant after this region, where he and his friends burnished their culinary skills in their youth. Duck, lamb and lobster flown in from France are prepared in classic style. Ingredients are judiciously salted, while sauces are suffused with butter and cream for depth and richness. 旅行中に, La masion finistereでサプライズでプロポーズされました！🥰💍 彼氏が予約してくれたので訪れたんですが、大満足でした。皆さんにもぜひおすすめしたいです❤️ 本格的な伝統フレンチ料理を味わうことができて、とても感動しました。味も雰囲気もサービスも完璧でした。 シェフさんが料理からソムリエ、サービスまで全てしてくださり、とても親切で思いやりがありました。 独立した空間で、2人っきりのお時間が過ごされて良かったです☺️🩵 一生の思い出になりそうですし、来年も必ず再訪したいと思います。ありがとうございました♪

【恵比寿の隠れ家】 恵比寿の隠れ家フレンチといえば…ここ！ トラディショナルなフレンチコースはクオリティがとても高い。 そして１日2組しか入れないというその職人意識の高さ。 接客も丁寧。 雰囲気もよいです。

恵比寿にあるミシュランセレクティッド獲得のフレンチLa Maison Finistereで会食。 1日2組限定の落ち着いた雰囲気の本格フレンチ。 アミューズの馬刺しから良い店確定。 続くフォアグラ、3種の貝、ヒラメと蟹のパイも美味い。 メインは熊本あか牛のリブロース炭火焼き。あか牛だけどサシが多くて柔らかいのにしつこくない。 追加でチーズをオーダーし貴腐ワインを堪能。 最後のパッションフルーツと宮崎マンゴーのデザートもめっちゃ美味い。 オーナーシェフがホールもソムリエもこなすワンオペだけどクオリティが高い。 ごちそうさまでした！ 33k

結婚記念日や誕生日にお邪魔することが多いです。 毎回料理のクオリティが想像を超えてくるので一口一口感動すら感じます。 シェフはワンオペで全てこなされていますがお客さんに何を出したか次に同じものにならないようメモを残されているようで、細やかな心遣いを感じます。こちらを超えるお店はありません。

伺った時間帯は私達だけの予約でなんと貸し切り状態。 落ち着いた雰囲気で美味しい料理に舌鼓をうちました。 お店の方も食材の詳細等丁寧に教えてくださり、またワインの無茶ぶりにも時間を掛けてセレクトしてくださり頭の下がる思いです。 最高の料理とサービスで心も満たされる時間を過ごせました。

少し奥まった場所にある、式場のレストランでクリスマスメニューを頂きました。 レストランはとても雰囲気が良く、テラスはわんちゃんもokだそう。 アフタヌーンティーも人気のようですね^ ^ クリスマス特別メニューをノンアルコールペアリングで♪ ○3色のフィンガーフード ○蓮根のヴルーテ ○ボタン海老のマリネ ○平目のデュグレレ風 ○牛頰肉の赤ワイン煮 ○紅茶のブリュレ 接客も丁寧でした。
