La Mar Bar and Kitchen

We visited this restaurant for a birthday celebration, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The place was unclean, and we were shocked to find cockroaches around the seating area. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this fell way short. The drinks were poorly prepared and lacked quality. The food was average at best — definitely not worth the price. Moreover, there was a clear Swiggy offer that promised one free drink per person, but the manager refused to honor it, claiming no such offer existed, despite it being mentioned on the website. This felt deceptive and unprofessional. Overall, the service was disappointing, the environment unhygienic, and the value for money just not there. For the price they charge, this place fails to deliver on every front. We do not recommend this restaurant — save your time and money and enjoy elsewhere. I've added the cockroach photo too

Very poor and slow service. Waited an hour for my food while watching other people coming after me getting served first. I recently visited La Mar for a Valentine’s Day dinner and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We arrived at 7:30 PM and placed a simple order: pizza and a Thai-style paneer starter. To our surprise, it took over an hour for our food to arrive. Despite having a straightforward order, they seemed to get confused and eventually canceled it. After speaking up, they agreed to bring the starter again, but by then, the mood was ruined. The delay, confusion, and overall service left a lot to be desired, especially on a special night. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

More than excellent food and impeccable service! Small plates are tastefully designed and offer multi cultural cuisine options that is good for variety especially when it's tapas style. The staff will do anything to assure a great dining experience. have been here just twice but this is going to be a regular place now to dine and catch up with friends and family. Vegetarian options: There's yakitori, broccoli roast, hummus, cottage cheese, tofu options, stir fries, and more!

Went there on the day of the opening, great ambience and atmosphere. Amazing food, ordered the pink pasta and ortolona flatbread. The only downside was that there were a lot of mosquitoes and service could be better. The quantity of the food could be better for the price. The dishes are very highly priced for the portions.

Well, went there after hearing a lot of noise about the place on social media and amongst friends. The place isn't ready to open I guess, poor quality staff, food average, service is one of the worst one would expect at such place. The look amd feel of place doesn't feel it's new, the paint on walls, sides are old, stains are visible. Service- untrained, casual people. Take the guests lightly, don't bother to provide warmth or serve properly. It's a great example of lack of coordination, opening something unprepared. Avoidable to go.

Had lunch at the newly opened La Mar. Mushroom cappuccino, prawns alio alio and baked pesto chicken. Main course was grilled tiger prawns, butter steak and tenderloin steak. Dessert their famous tiramisu. Being a very large sized restaurant, it was packed but overall it was a very average meal which was overpriced. Service and ambience very average. I don’t think I would visit again. Average prc per person 3000.

Pragyan truly showcased his talent with the cocktails, they were a delightful blend of flavors that elevated the entire experience. The food was equally impressive, leaving us all satisfied and impressed. The overall experience was nothing short of amazing, and we are already looking forward to the next gathering where Pragyan can work his magic again!

La Mar is a European restaurant located at NSCI club in Worli, and has a great ambience. The outside has nice seating with great lighting that makes for an enjoyable evening experience. The indoors are also well made and comfortable, and the second floor has a large bar area. The food, for the most part, is quite good. I highly recommend the cheese board, risotto and duck. However, the flatbread was really bad. Barely any cheese, barely any chicken. Just felt like bread and tomato sauce. The tiramisu was fairly okay. The biggest area this restaurant must work on is its service. The servers are very unprofessional and seem to be quite new. It is tough to get their attention to order and they don’t seem to know much about the menu and options. The quantities are really small, and the prices really high. Overall, the food is not worth it, even after a discount for NSCI members.
