From the very beginning, James was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. He took the time to walk me through my order over the phone, patiently answered all my questions, and made the process feel seamless and personal. Buying a La Marzocco machine is a big decision, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose to go directly through them. Poor customer service. Most especially Brian Smith in solutions department. Very rude and unprofessional and offered no assistance whatsoever. Would not recommend you spend your money with this company, they do not care about service after the sale and look for any excuse to not be liable for warranty work.

Review for la Marzocco home. Will never return emails or calls. Not available for support after purchasing machine. Biggest racquet to have people spend thousands on a home machine and then not staff, train and oversee a robust home team that is available for all consultations buyers might have. So disappointing. Can anyone say slayer next time? Or any other machine. This is an after purchase review which is in addition to the headache/saga of even getting a non damaged delivered machine in the first place. Received 2, the second “less” damaged than the first. Was so tired of dealing with LM, which again, should be a pleasant, attentive and accountable experience, I gave up. Do better!

I stopped by here today prepared to place an order. There’s no retail shop, which is totally fine. I had questions about the machines and would like some guidance as this would be my first major machine purchase. It was going to be a gift from my partner, and since he’s turning 40, it was going to be a surprise. I wanted to gain some information about various aspects about how these machines might be different from their competitors like descent, espresso. Initially, I was greeted by a very friendly person, but was passed out down to someone that seemed nice enough, but pretty much gave me no information And her best advice to me was you should probably tell your partner that you’re getting him a machine because it’s very customizable. I told her it was a surprise and again her response was. Well you should tell him because there isn’t a return policy. I also drink coffee. I consider myself pretty savvy. I drink half the coffee in our house and I can figure things out. I’m pretty sure that I can also decide what type of machine might work best even if I’m buying it as a gift. When I persisted and continued to ask comparison question we did make a coffee together as a demo. The first machine was leaking and spiting like crazy. Her explanation was a gasket needed to be replaced and moved me to another machine. Again, I asked questions that were both open ended and specific, and I felt like it was pulling teeth to get information. The coffee that we made together frankly didn’t taste very good as it had a bitter finish even with oat milk and my experience was underwhelming. The only valuable information that I feel like I received in my time there was that compared to the decent espresso, the Marzocco is quieter.
