I recently visited La Mexicana Bakery to pick up a Très Leches cake for my daughter's birthday, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Despite not having placed an order in advance, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could still get the exact cake I desired. The process was fast and seamless, thanks to the efficient staff who were incredibly accommodating. The ladies at La Mexicana Bakery were not only helpful but also exceptionally nice, making the entire transaction a delight. Their excellent customer service truly enhanced my overall experience. As for the cake itself, it was absolutely delicious—moist, flavorful, we all loved it! Overall, I highly recommend La Mexicana Bakery for anyone looking for top-notch baked goods and exceptional service. I will definitely be returning for more treats in the future (in few days).

We had La Mexicana Bakery create a three-tiered cake for our daughter's Sweet Sixteen and everyone was impressed with the craftsmanship. The cake was both beautiful and delicious.

One Of The Best Bakeries Here In Danbury Connecticut and I must say I always come here for my birthday cakes and little pastries. Forever Customer Here. They Never Disappoint Especially With Their Cheesecakes and flawless designs.

Been getting my pastry and cakes from this location for years. A phone call order or walking orders will never disappoint. Staff treats you right. Be aware of busy days. Parking lot full and lines may be possible. Be patient. You won't regret it!

Bread is delicious and inexpensive, the cakes, pastries and gelatins are amazing and not too sweet. Their fresh-out-the-oven croissants beat Costco's any day!

Best 3 leches cake I’ve had in the area so far. We always do half chocolate half vanilla, to have best of both worlds and some kind of fruit in the middle. Delicious! They also have the best pan dulce ever, the place is clean and welcoming, I’ve yet to try the fresh fruit/ice cream area, maybe next summer I’ll give it a try. Highly recommend everything is yummy.

We got a cake,7 coffees and pan dulce . Food is great but such a terrible costumer service. They all look upset .

Stunning cakes almost too gorgeous to eat! The attention to detail is phenomenal and there's so many options for cake fillings to choose from. I asked for a choco-vanilla cake with pineapple and coconut filling for my birthday party and it exceeded all of my expectations! Most beautiful cake I have ever seen in real-life!

Ww used to enjoy their slices of cakes and bought them once a month. On the last trip, we bought an entire small cake and that cake had a tiny bug on it. Maybe a fruit bug because there were strawberries on the cake. Kind of sad to write this because i really did like the place but this trip wasn't so great. They need better quality control. Prices are great and staff are friendly

Since COVID, someone from the bakery will grab the items for you and pack. Everyone masked and place is spotless. Delicious tres leches chocolate cake OMG! Yummy cream filled churros, guava pastries and of course conche bread. It's addicting! Can't wait to try their other cakes, breads and pastries. A true bakery in Danbury.
