The ice cream overall was great, we had oreo horchata, regular oreo, strawberry, and strawberry cheesecake ice cream. The price isn't bad as it's comparable to other spots but the service was great, place was calm, and clean.

Really lovely place, friendly staff, very clean and delicious fresh smoothies! I will be back!

Don’t get scammed with the Dubai strawberries it had no chocolate just pistachio cream and it was very watery, I paid $18 plus tax for a 12oz cup

I love this place I always come here to get the ice creams since they have so many options and all of them are pretty tasty! I noticed the place was really really clean even in the smallest areas I can notice how much detail they put on this place :)

Nice clean place. Delicious ice cream, fresh fruit and other snacks. Took my son to go pick out an ice cream and he chose the blue cookie monster one. I chose strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Both were delicious.

First time going there I was really surprised when I walked in the place is big and clean and the display looks fun! So many choices though I couldn't make up my mind on which or what to try but ended up tasting vanilla icecream and it was good! I bought a mangoneada which to my surprise they add icecream to this too! I chose the mango with chili icecream in it I also ordered the fresh fresas con crema and both of this were delicious! The lady that helped me was really nice and was patient with me since this is different creamery than usual! She placed my mangoneada in the freezer while making my fresas con crema I also noticed how good she was training her coworker that was asking her about quantities on a surten item she was preparing for a customer! They have antojitos,icecream, elotes,ice popsicles, and also sell icecream cakes! Definitely will go back!

Such a great treat. So many amazing flavors I can't wait to go back and try more.

0 Stars After my first bad review I submitted to this place (read previous review below) "owner" Patricia Cabezas reached out returning my call after I was served bad corn and incorrect mangonada / bad service from her brother / she promised a full refund I was only refunded the corn cup. What happened to the rest your promise? I never promised to remove the review. People need to know if this facility serves bad or old food. People can get food poisining eveyday for trusting a food facility even though the facility might look nice and clean from the outside! Didn't keep the promise. Food is great, service is 100% nice and store is clean!! Family friendly and seating inside is a plus!!

I went in today and bought 2 elote entero and they were both sour and tasted horrible!! Turns out both elotes ESTABAN HECHADOS A PERDER!!! As if they were old and sitting there for days. They also had a sour smell to them and it was not the cheese. I had my wife taste them just to make sure it wasn't me but it sure wasn't just me. I then contacted the store and they were very unprofessional and rediculously asked me take them back to them in order for them to do anything about it!!! I was NOT asking for my money back, as I was simply notifying them of their bad food before someone got sick. The girl that answered kept putting on hold to check with her manager but only to come back and say "ok thanks for letting us know". Nothing was done about it!!! I live in Maricopa an hour away and definitely was not going to drive back to drop off their bad elotes as they were in the trash already. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! They definitely need a visit from the health department ASAP!!!

Súper súper bad service. I do not recommend this place at all. I came from out of town to try this place because it's popular for there different variety of ice cream but there is really bad customer service. Coming from employee Nicolas and manager Patricia cabezas. I do not recommend it at all. I'm a manager for a big company and this is not a way to treat a customer. Very humiliating place.

I really enjoyed this place. Although the staff at the time didn't speak English, I had a lime and guava shaved ice and it was delicious. Reminded me of home, which is New Jersey.

This place is amazing! Took my kiddo down here and we had a blast. All of the flavors are amazing, you can tell everything is fresh. The man helping us let us try everything we wanted! I got chamoy paste in a decent sized container, 2 large agua fresas, 2 medium ice creams, and large esquites for $30. They also have a rewards system! Only downside is you'll spend too much Time (and money) in this place It's so good!!

I love this place! They have alot of options, it could be a little pricy but then again they make their own stuff and you can actually taste the flavor of real fruit in their ice cream so it's reasonable.

I am visiting from Los Angeles and I have tried many Michoacanas before but nothing compares to this Premium business. They have everything you can imagine and it's super clean inside. The environment & customer service is amazing. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the area!

Their ice cream is delicious, and their customer service is even better! Perfect for a light snack because they also have fruit cups that are amazing! I like to stop in while on layovers at work because they are fast and friendly.

Terrible! Horrible! Muy caro , personal mal organizado , lo peor de todas las michoacanas aquí en Phoenix ! Avoid this place at all expenses! Bad customer service and way to expensive I only 2 things which one thing was $10 and an small ice cream was like 8 dollars plus the stuff that they charged me extra which I didn't order or get ! The levanta muerto " for $10 which didn't have anything but weird flavor and not even a lot of vegetables! I was overcharged for someone else's order and I noticed until I got home! I only order 2 things which took around 40 min ! Never coming back! None of the employees were willing to make my ordered until we asked for it like 3 times ! Nunca vayan a este lugar !

Their competition is Oasis Raspados on the other side of the building and I would recommended them instead. The diversity and variety just doesn't do it for me but maybe for others. They are obviously charging top dollar for each thing to supplement all the diversity and the atmosphere of the establishment. When I say establishment I mean it's loud, inviting music! However, this would be a cool spot to meet after school or bring friends once we can gather again. The price isn't unfortunately worth the fruit with flavored ice and candy. It was good but not THAT good. 15 dollars for 3 items ! The biggest part of the purchase was the Raspado itself (I believe 6.99). The elote man wouldn't charge me that much and it would genuinely go to a small business.

My expectations were exceeded walking through the door. Very colorful bright and clean! The staff was very attentive and let me SAMPLE so many delicious flavors. I intend to be back soon to continue the flavorful journey. Highly recommend come check them out!

If i can give it 0 stars i would. On 7-2-2023 at 9:42 PM my family and I went to Michoacana Premium located 6710 W Camelback Rd Ste B. I ordered 2 MEDIUM Volcanos. I paid $24.22, after paying I stood there waiting for my order. Night manager Nicolas asked what was a waiting for it and I told him I'm waiting for my order then he comes and tells me that they had made a medium and a large and that I needed to pay a $2.25 difference. I said no I wasn't going to pay more for a size that I didn't ask for. I told him check the cameras and you will see that I never mentioned a large. He said good idea so he left and I stood there waiting so then I asked what's going to happen with my order for what I paid for and he said that they were still checking the cameras. 24 minutes pass by since i paid and I still didn't receive my order so I asked to speak to someone higher than him obviously and he gave me Patricia Cabeza's number I called and I explained what had happened and she told me that it was going to be a loss for her business, when it wasn't even my fault. I told her that I wanted to go home already because by this time it was already 10:18 when the business closes at 10. I had got there at 9:42 so I said I want to go home and she said that she wanted to go to sleep. She tried to say that i ordered a large when in reality if small was an option I would of chosen that. She said small wasn't an option so obviously i picked a medium because a large was bigger but than what i wanted. So to call it even she was just going to tell them to make me a medium which should've been made since the beginning I wasted my time and the customer service was so rude. I do not recommend this place at all they need to practice on their attitude and their customer service. Why would I pay more for something I didn't ask for. I am so disappointed that they ignored me. They decided to start cleaning instead of just correcting the mistake they made. Like I said, I do not recommend this place at all.

I was there yesterday and they are not enforcing the Maricopa County mandate that people wear masks in public places. There were three people there without masks leaning on the glass talking and breathing onto it. The employees weren't cleaning that area and they didn't say anything about the masks. Also they are not doing social distancing in regards to tables. All the seats are pretty much back to back on the tables. I had been here once before but I don't think it's the safest place to visit in regards to COVID.

Man, this is the dessert spot you wanna go to! I got the fresas con crema drink with everything in it and it was just simply amazing and sweet like I wanted. Going back again soon. Cant just have one ;)

I've been going here since they opened, about twice a week. I've been happy with every item I've purchased. I've seen reviews on the price of the items but the price may not be for everyone but that's ok. If you want $1 ice cream go across the street to McDonald's. It's about 5$ for a two scoop cup- for freshly made ice cream that's great to me! Especially since there are dairy free options! Baskin Robbins is about $7 for two scoops and I can get the same ice cream at frys for a tub. Price isn't an issue here with the quality they provide. No complaints. Store is clean.

My friend and I love this place and were coming too frequently at one point. They do not have prices posted and I will agree it's not cheap. Their ice cream tho is some of the best and I will keep coming back!

Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. This place is amazing. They have a huge selection of ice cream, agua frescas, snacks and even fruit. The corn was bomb, juicy and not hard like other places. I've tried the lemon and mango ice cream so far, best I've ever had. Fruit, strawberry, and horchata waters were all on point. We got also got the fruit in a cup, all the fruit was juicy and fresh. And everyone was so nice! The owner even came out to help people when a 2nd customer walked into the store. They took their time with our order and put love into it. Well worth the 30+ minute drive from the east valley, we'll be back! This is the new spot

The customer service here is unbelievable, and I mean that in a bad way! The fact that this place had many flavors to choose from made me excited to try this place out, but it was not worth being disrespected for. I was in line to place my order, the lady behind the counter asked in spanish "who was next", and I only understand spanish but do not speak it (unfortunately) so I did not know how to respond right away, but the guy behind me told her he was next to be helped. How are you next when you are BEHIND ME IN LINE? They both were speaking spanish to eachother and I waved at her and kindly said I was next. The man then jumped in and said "I was next, I was standing right behind you." Yeah! exactly, right behind me meaning you are AFTER me ! Then lady behind the counter just continued to help the man ignoring my own words. My bf, who was with me, told that man he was being disrespectful and the lady behind the counter had the nerve to say "If you want to fight then go outside". And another man behind the counter came out and told me and my bf to get out. REALLY? Who is really trying to fight for icecream?! I guess employees here don't know how a line works and good luck if you can't speak Spanish. 0 stars for customer service!

This place is so great! So many options for ice creams, fruit cups , corn hot chettos with cheese! Manager Patricia very sweet women and so are her employees! My family an I will be going again. Thank you Patricia !

I give this place a zero. Horrible, Due to customer service they really need to work on that if they want to continue with a business that has enough to offer but employees don't put any effort in to even greet you when you walk in. Or assist you. I was there and no one was around to take my order. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing service, clean, friendly, creative, and delicious! Do a great job of omaking sure you feel welcome and are very attentive. There are so many options from paletas to elote and aguas frescas. Their cakes are amazing especially the chocobanana cake-make sure to get it if you ever need a cake!

Was very impressed with this spot! They are a California transplant, and this is their first location in AZ. We went on a Saturday night, and it was pretty busy. Great selection of desserts and snacks, ended up going with a Mangoñada and it was really good. Everyone there was friendly, the service was great. They are bilingual as well, so don't feel bad if you don't speak Spanish! The ladies behind the counter were great, answered our questions about items, and gave us some good suggestions. Looking forward to tostilocos next time!
