Date of Visit: 9/17/25 - We'd definitely be back to get some ice cream! Other than a very long wait, zero complaints! Tasted delicious.

Absolutely horribly run establishment. People there never know what theyre doing, almost like they're always on their first day working. The place is a mess with flies and clearly needs to be cleaned. We ended up walking out and not ordering anything this time. There was one girl all on her own managing a line out the door while a manager walked around doing nothing. Save your money and time, don't go here.

I attempted to make a purchase at La Michoacana Purepecha, located at 3965 Eagan Outlets Parkway, Eagan, MN 55122. When I chose to pay with my debit card, a surcharge was automatically applied. I immediately complained to the manager on duty that this was illegal per State and Federal law. He argued with me that this is for all cards, not just credit cards. He was adamant in the charge for all cards even after I told him this. Under both federal law and Minnesota Statute § 325G.051, prohibits merchants from imposing surcharges on debit card transactions. Surcharges of this kind are only allowed on credit card purchases under certain conditions, and even then, they must be clearly disclosed in advance — which was/is not the case here. Not only did they lose mine, and my friend's business today, but we will not return (until they comply with State and Federal law regarding surcharges).

I was here to make a purchase. And it was the worst experience ever. The place was duty. The music was too loud. The 2 guys There were so rude, and they had no urgency to assist any customers. They were having conversations between them ignoring customers. They were very rude. They were not helping us. The co-workers were walking around singing, and they did not even acknowledge that we needed some help. I will never come back to this place worse, the worst place ever to make a purchase.

We ordered two ice creams and a Monster Loco, and ended up waiting over 15 minutes—only to realize they had completely forgotten about our order. No one checked on us. If I hadn’t gotten up with my receipt in hand, they would’ve closed without ever giving us what we paid for. What made it worse? Not even an apology when they realized their mistake. Just a cold, careless attitude. If you’re thinking about going here—don’t. The service is beyond disappointing. Save your time and money and take your business somewhere that actually values its customers.

I have been to this location a few times and every time I come here most of the employees always have an attitude. Last time I was here I saw a gentleman try to order “una horchata de fresa” and the woman helping him gave him a really bad attitude and said “we don’t sell that here” I believe he wanted a “agua de fresa” he embarrassedly walked out without purchasing anything and the woman didn’t even try to give him other options or explain that’s not the correct name for it. She was plain rude. We always spend at least fifty dollars every time we come. The lady that took our order today did not write it down and got it all wrong, the esquites I got today were just horrible they put so much mayonnaise it was no edible. Also, their reward system is a scam. We never get $5 when we reach the points necessary.

The two men working there were very rude to my uncle and had an attitude, good thing my dad stepped up for him and put them in their place. I hope those two get fired! One of the girls working there was nice though. They should fire all the men working there because they are horrible.

I've been to this location before, but this will be my last time. The shop was dirty & messy, with flies all over the place, tbh they can get fined with how things were looking. The quality of food has gone down, ice cream had a weird consistency/texture, the esquite didn't taste good maybe it was the cheese? The only thing that was decent was the agua de fresa. Service was slow, one guy taking orders & serving on a busy evening.

I usually go for bubble tea for my wife but tried this instead. We got their signature drinks, Aguas frescas and mangonada con Tirol grande. Be prepared as these are large dessert drinks. However, we enjoyed the Aguas frescas over the mangonada. There is also a wide selection of fruit bars which was also tempting too. It is a bit outside of where we usually travel but nice change to your typical cold stones.

This review is solely for the elotes and mangonada which is what I got. I love elotes but I'm kinda a low effort type of eater. This place give you your bang for your buck in corn and they shear it for you off the rind!! One cup is $15 and it is big - 3 corn big! The mix of cream plus spice is well balanced and can always ask for more or less of one or the other. The mangonada was also good and balance between the sweet and spice. Will def come back here. Warning - line can be long because it's in the outlet mall.

I was at the outlet shopping and decided to stop at to receive something to snack on I stopped at this location at the outlet mall , the young lady in there was very rude !! she said don't you see that sign right there say order over there .she must cant read . I place my order ,and I wanted to make a second order ,and she said very loudly and rude , the line is over there ,and they would not allow me to make a second order . the young lady was very short talks loud . I was feeling down I lost 10 people in my family from Covid . you all need a Adult supervisor over 21 working everyday, I guess because I'm brown skin I was treated bad
