Excelente……muy bueno, located in my neighbourhoods where Iam staying serving up fresh Mexican cuisine, ice drink smoothies and the best coffee I’ve had since arriving here. I met the owner and her brother who are fluent in English and offer assistance if needed with the menus. The server was polite and courteous. I highly recommend this place, with its second story open seating area which is equipped with fans it’s a great place to chill out and have breakfast or lunch. I will definitely visit here often. Gracias 😊 a update I have become a regular customer and La Milpa is hitting home runs continuously! Just a update I have eaten here usually 3-6 times per week now since arriving December 1. Iam leaving on Monday and I wish the owner and her staff continued success you have a winning team!

One of the best breakfasts I've had in Puerto Vallarta. The presentation was beautiful, the flavours vibrant and fresh, the service friendly and fast. I ate upstairs on their open air balcony, the many plants, wood tables and Mexican music playing gave the space a very cozy and natural feeling. I will definitely come back to try more items on the menu. RECOMMENDED!

La Milpa Fonda Bistro is AMAZING!! All the Chef-sourced corn tortillas/dishes are house made, inventive and delicious!! Our smoothies, both our dishes and dessert were all just awesome! Even the house made ice cream rasperry with cocoa chips was yummyliscious!!! Service was great and gracious! This place is off the beaten path, and not a tourist place. Surroundings & Furnishings are humble, but clean & boho. You will have your best, real mexican food meal in PVR here! Go!

My new favorite restaurant! Extraordinary flavors in the migada, and the corn soup appetizer was so delicate and delicious. This is top restaurant quality cuisine for an extremely affordable price, in a down-to-earth, unpretentious, spotlessly clean terrace with beautiful plants all around. I’m going to eat here every time I come to Puerto Vallarta!

Walked past this place, was intrigued, thought that we'd try it out, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and the perfection in cooking. Excellent ingredients cooked by a chef that obviously cares. Ingredients, presentation, and taste were all equally on point. The rooftop eating area was also very comfortable and cute and a nice little breeze that was made even more comfortable with little wind chimes that they had rather than music in other places. I had a hard time choosing what I wanted to eat so I'm going to have to go back and try the other dishes.

I don't even know where to begin. How does this small restaurant in the outskirts of Puerto Vallarta, serve some of the best food I've ever eaten? My parents live in Puerto Vallarta a third of the Year. And yet I had read about this place and decided to take them. My mother said she had never heard of it. So we go to this nondescript town, and this nondescript little restaurant. And halfway through the meal she said I think this is the best meal I've ever eaten. Not in Mexico, but ever. And honestly I find that hard to argue with. Such a great little atmosphere, with amazing fresh food, and fantastic service. I can't wait to come back and I'm hoping it's before the crowds learn what an amazing place this is.

The best meal I have eaten in PV! The flavors of each dish were unique. The chef sources the corn and then grinds it and makes the masa in-house. We tried three different dishes and they were all 10/10! The fried tamales are my favorite. The restaurant is small and nicely decorated and they put the AC on for us. Thank you Nontse- you are amazing. Don’t wait- book this restaurant now!!!
