Best restaurant I have eaten at in Madrid this week. Service and recommendations are great. The food is spectacular; you get Michelin rated top dishes without the 3 star price. No wonder it has such amazing ratings!

Great food and good service. One of our favorite restaurants on a week-long long vacation. We were trying to choose between the appetizers, and the waiter suggested that instead of splitting two appetizers, they could build a tasting menu based on our interests (two of each appetizer instead of 4-5). It was exactly what we wanted and we had a lot of fun trying all of it. They also made us two custom cocktails later in the night, which both turned out great. My fianceé was particularly happy about the underwater-themed decor, and how each piece seemed thought out to match. It wasn't very busy, but it was expensive (for Spain) and we did go on a Wednesday night.

Highly recommend. The food is spectacular and the wine recommendations were on point for the food we ordered. Their menu changes seasonally, but I recommend most of their tuna dishes. The ambience is very chill and relaxed, perfect for a date or a casual hang with friends & family

Fantastic service and great food! The flavours are a fusion of Spanish, Asian and Peruvian food, perfectly executed. The tuna tataki with ají de gallina, and the clams with red Thai curry are a must.

Amazing service, spectacular food and great wine pairing. The beef tartar was perfect and do not miss the smoked lemon pie.

This was a delightful experience. Both service and atmosphere were fantastic, with great food and wines to make the night perfect. Totally recommended.

Had the red tuna with roasted yellow chili cream and tomato chutney. Maybe the best thing I've had in a year....
