La Pacifica Apartments

I have lived here over two years, with a recent transfer to a bigger unit. Ms. Nasiyah (Love her! Always makes sure we are good) and William truly made my move stress free. I recently needed some work done & Mr. Darnell was a blessing as he took care of all of the things I needed done in a timely manner, took the time to explain what he did, & made sure I was good with everything done. Mr. Cesar even did a follow up to make sure all was good.

Application process was simple and easy, had alot of help with questions and walk throughs. William, Elizabeth,Nasiyah, and Ellie were really nice and patient with our application process. They were nice and helpful through out the whole process. Recommend these apartments.

My experience was pleasant Nasiyah, William, Victoria and Ellie were a great help ! Elizabeth, Cesar, James, Darnell and Ernesto did a great job getting my apartment nice and ready for move in ! Truly appreciate everyone’s hard work !

Thank you to Nasiyah, William, Ellie, and Victoria for helping with our move in process. Our whole experience was enjoyable and fast. We did run into some issues that had me worried that we might not be approved but everyone was so helpful and understanding to our situation. We look forward to living here :)

I love it here!! The whole community is super chill and beautiful! They made process to apply and move in so smooth !! They are always available whenever I need help especially Nasiyah, William, Elizabeth and Gena they are always happy to lend a helping hand. Rod, Cesar R., Cesar B., Darnell and James I really appreciate all your hard work throughout this whole moving process as well. You guys are all the best and you got a great team there!! I’m literally excited to move into my new home. Nasiyah is the best she made all of this so possible!!!! Excited for a new beginning!!!

Where to start . To begin with I want to say Elizabeth in the office is super sweet and always helpful . Let’s not talk about management for both office and maintenance are the absolute worst . When DO NOT MOVE IN HERE !!!! The units are never up to par . DO NOT MIVE YOUR FAMILY IN FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY!!!! About a year and a half ago my son was diagnosed with asthma and when i say asthma I mean hospital stays kid turning purple asthma !! All the building have structural issues ! During rainy season the building leak in to the units. I lived here for about 3 years and didn’t notice the water due to having carpet . Until the mold started to appear in clothes , shoes , backpacks , and my beds . Everything I owned was ruined . The lack of empathy from Gina broke my heart as she let maintenance destroy the wall while I was still in the unit . Just know Code enforcement was called and they immediately stopped them from working ! I had to pay for a hotel and move in to a new unit that also was leaking in the same rooms .. if anyone knows what I can do please let me know .
