I recently moved in and I’m so happy. I would like to thank Alysse for all of her help. She is by far an amazing leasing manager. She has the best attitude and actually looks like she is always willing to go the extra mile for you. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows La Pacifica really well. I will say, I don’t really care for the other lady in the leasing office and she ain’t approachable. She tried to help me onetime and she didn’t know what she was saying or what she was doing. She looked lost. I don’t really like speaking to her. She never has clear answers. Even on my move in day she was all over the place. She should also put more effort in how dresses. She never looks put together. Her hair is always messy and looks like she just rolled out of bed.

Paid the holding fee in person and was told to wait for the emailed application, agent told me she was sending it right in my face. I get home after a few errands and there is no email at all, no application, but they had my money though. Days go on and I’m calling for the application just for them to not answer. After a while I found a nicer place that had a close move in date as these apartments make you wait weeks just to find out if you got the apartment. I called for a refund three times and was told it would be 27 days later. It is now almost two months later. This is ridiculous

I have lived here over two years, with a recent transfer to a bigger unit. Ms. Nasiyah (Love her! Always makes sure we are good) and William truly made my move stress free. I recently needed some work done & Mr. Darnell was a blessing as he took care of all of the things I needed done in a timely manner, took the time to explain what he did, & made sure I was good with everything done. Mr. Cesar even did a follow up to make sure all was good.

Google
Application process was simple and easy, had alot of help with questions and walk throughs. William, Elizabeth,Nasiyah, and Ellie were really nice and patient with our application process. They were nice and helpful through out the whole process. Recommend these apartments.

Google
My experience was pleasant Nasiyah, William, Victoria and Ellie were a great help ! Elizabeth, Cesar, James, Darnell and Ernesto did a great job getting my apartment nice and ready for move in ! Truly appreciate everyone’s hard work !

Google
Thank you to Nasiyah, William, Ellie, and Victoria for helping with our move in process. Our whole experience was enjoyable and fast. We did run into some issues that had me worried that we might not be approved but everyone was so helpful and understanding to our situation. We look forward to living here :)

Karla P.

Google
Everyone was super duper nice, they answered all of our questions. The only issue was that it took a while to get approved. We had to constantly call for an update. But all in all the experience was positive for our first time moving out. They weren’t annoyed from how many times we called them and were very helpful. Thank you Nayisah, William, Victoria, Elizabeth, and Michelle. I’m excited to live here🤗

Yelp
I don't believe you. Don't apologize just give us a apartment that we can say was well worth it. I believed you today when I put my swimsuit on to get in the jacuzzi after a long day of work because my back was killing me and you have a disgusting situation going on. I won't believe you again. The pool needs drained and repainted, your jacuzzi is nasty cold and dosent work. Here's a new video for anyone who thinks I'm being harsh.

Carrie S.

Yelp
The application processed failed on their end and they have no way to resolve it, except for asking you to go jump through hoops to fix a problem that exists on their side. As a first impression, if this is an indication of how they take care of issues that reside within their apartment complex you can already tell it will be a horrible experience..

Sharnell M.

Yelp
This place just does not seem to get anymore unprofessional. There was another refund check sent to me because the first one was incorrect. This next check had the city name as MOVAL instead of Moreno Valley. Who the hell do they have working for them?! I just do not understand.

Yelp
I would definitely give this apartment complex zero stars because we have definitely been Miss handled! We filled out an application over a week ago. They have the stipulation where you put a $100 deposit which is refundable according to them 72 hours is the turnaround time.! we were definitely interested in renting the apartment. Are credit was A1 stellar references checked out this apartment complex has prolong the process. The manager still has not had not looked at our file. We have grown impatient and are choosing to not deal with them because of this long drawn out, tiring process.! I called today to tell them just cancel our process application and we want our refund back because they are taking way too long. It is totally ridiculous to be told we can I get our deposit back that Ludacris! They should not hold our money or hard money hostage. It's like a bait and switch.! we're not changing our mind just because we will nearly want to change our mind. We are truly not to move forward because the process is taking entirely too long and it should not be taken this long and we should be granted our deposit back because of their lack of ability to move applications along, this drawn out process is absurd! I'm usually not to write reviews, but I think others should be forewarned that this process and the way that they handle business is nothing short of fraudulent in my opinion! Sorry there's nothing I can do about it. It's ridiculous.! we simply want our deposit back. We work for our money and we're not trying to just give it away because La Pacifica and it's powers to be have drawn this process out and we are held hostage at their mercy. We're not gonna beg an apartment complex to take our money to rent from them. The customer friendly thing to do would be to us for the length of time. This is taken in good faith. Give us our deposit back unless they are too hard up for money that they just keep peoples deposits. That's a whole Nother subject, but I will be reaching out to the Consumer agency to every entity every agency that I can to report this fraudulent behavior because it's unacceptable People are hurting today for money. People are trying to find places to live and to be so cold. It's just heartbreaking. I am going to call the office tomorrow talk to manager or supervisor. They can get this resolved. If not like I said I'm gonna move forward and I'm gonna report them to every agency that I can think of. I'm already on disability I don't have money to waste or to give away to a corporate establishment because of their negligence and their prolonged processes, we had no issues. They are taking forever to get us the approval that we need. Unacceptable. We have a right to say enough is enough and get our money back.

Yelp
If your apartment searching don't waste your time here. They are very unorganized and unprofessional, my fiancé and I had applied turned in all our documents that were needed. Waited about 3 months then we finally called them they stated there system was down and they would get back to us. Then when we called back about a month later they said they were still working on our paper work. Then Luis called us to tell us that in order to move forward and in order for him to give us a move in date we need to put in our 30 day notice. So we did so. About a week later we got an email from Haley who was not doing our paper work stating we were denied. I told her how is that we're denied when Luis told us to put in our 30 day notice? She stated that they don't tell people to put in there 30 day notice. I told her that I had the voicemail. She wouldn't let me talk she cut me off and kept repeating her self So then I asked her what was the reason for the denial she said she couldn't discuss that with us. They wasted our time.

Yelp
The apartment itself was very nice inside but the office staff was horribly inefficient and there was a lack of communication between members of the team. It took weeks to try to assemble our application with the team, even though we provided every required document within 24 hours, and in the end we had to retract our application because we were coming too close to our move out date and needed a secured apartment. It was an extremely frustrating process and I wish they would just provide an all inclusive checklist of required documents from the start. This is HUD housing so there are a lot of additional background checks required, which is normal, but this was made harder than needed by the miscommunication between staff. Prepare for a very long and hard application process if you choose to live here.

Yelp
I've been here since January 2020 and as if 2020 wasn't terrible enough, this apartment sure as hell didn't help. I'm deploying in December so I'm SO thankful to be leaving. On September 23rd, 2020, a young man named Henry Ballew was MURDERED right outside the buildings behind mine right in this complex, not in his home, outside of his building. It's not even safe to walk your dog at night here. He was 21; 3 got shot, he's the only one who died. Last night, November 5th, my boyfriend's car was broken into and of course this awful complex has no surveillance in places that actually protect people. For lack of better words, this is for sure "the ghetto." We moved in so we could save money for a year but we knew we would only do 1 lease. I know the price is good, but if safety is a concern, this is NOT the place for you and your family. With that said, the ladies in the front office are pretty awesome and do their best and the maintenance crew is some of the nicest, hardest working people you'll come across. But even those factors can't save you here from the evils of mankind.

Yelp
The worst apartment i ever live in the staff is very un professional they don't even returned your call the police is always here its not safe my wife is so affair of going too work in the morning we have roaches and and also bugs.

Yelp
I have been living here for one year. My experience has been pleasant and professional. Sometimes, we need to check ourselves (our own behaviors) Many times perception determines our thoughts or decisions. As a tenant, we have the responsibility of making our community better. If you see something say something. Let's look around and see how we can help the management team. Let's love our neighbors and work together to make this community what we want it to be. Let's free the management by minimizing our concerns and supporting their efforts. This is a beautiful complex, compare to other surrounding options by appearance and cost. I would like to support their efforts on improving the mechanics of the security gates.

Yelp
I work for DPSS credit score +700 make +$19 an hr. I wanted to view the apt, one of the ladies that work there stated I had to pay an application fee of $40 to even talk to someone and view the apartment. Once I paid my $40 application fee, she sent me a link for YouTube to view a furnished apt not the one i was app. for a video from 2020 I'm in May 2021. Then told me to bring ID, 3 check stubs, and "$100" holding fee. meanwhile never seen or viewed the apartment. i stay in Moreno valley already so i went after work to drive through the apartment its ghetto and had 7 vacancies I looked in the window the 2 br was small 1br was ok still not enough to pay $1400 for a small 1 br but ok they juicing us during the pandemic. so next day on my lunch break i bring docs and my $100 holding fee. they told me they was open i can just come in. then I pulled on the door and the sign said open but the "BLACK LADY WITH GHETTO BRAIDS" (I'm black too) said quietly where I couldn't hear her we don't have any vacancies. I said I didn't hear you corr3ectly say that again she said it one more time I said so why less then 20hrs ago you told me a "working person" to come in to bring my docs to finish the process of getting this apartment. long story short she said it was available I said thank you for stealing my $40. so after leaving the apt I called and said my name was Lauren and did you have any availability she stated yes apply online shell email the application. (do not give them your money with out viewing the apt in person idc if they said pay first they are scamming people out of there hard earned money!!! ) (((DO NOT APPLY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY THEN STOP ANSWERING)))

Yelp
Literally the worst apartments. Lived here for about 3 months and got my car towed today because there was no parking inside so i parked in the "leasing office" area and yes i understand there was a sign but there was no parking anywhere and instead of a simple phone call they decide to call the tow truck. Clearly these apartments can careless for there tenants. A simple phone call could of helped but now i have to pay over 350$ to get my car out. With gas prices / food going up. Now i gotta pick getting my car out vs groceries. Thanks for this la Pacifica. Also my car is on the lease so it shows it was there tenant who parked there. So ridiculous.

Melanie S.

Yelp
These apartments are the WORST! the office is EXTREMELY unprofessional and find ways to stress you our! They don't conduct business properly at all! I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here at all!!
google avatar

Joana S.

Yelp
DON'T EVEN TRY TO APPLY! These brainless girls are scamming people out of there money , once you pay they don't answer your calls and emails , its so sad there taking advantage of people during a pandemic , I have been looking for weeks for a place and all I got from this apartment complex was a scam. I hope these ladies lose there jobs soon. I'm a currently speaking with a professional to find the owner and also calling the city Shame on them and what goes around comes around you did pay the stupid application fee scam call your bank print all these reviews so they can have evidence that it is a scam and you will get your money back.

Yelp
literally go somewhere else, anywhere else. Elizabeth, Alexa, Bethany are all incompetent. They'll ask you for identity verification, not know what to use it for, or they won't tell you. Alexa insinuated we were lying about our income when it was Bethany who did it wrong. Bethany said we i come qualified even though we didn't. Alexa then accused us of trying to sublet when we asked to add a roommate to meet the requirements. After weeks of going back & forth and bringing them social security cards, birth certificates, bank statements, pay stubs, they still denied us and gave no reasons why. Waste of time, money, resources. Went somewhere else and got approved same day. DO NOT RENT HERE. Trust me, it looks nice but the reviews that are bad are absolutely factual.

Yelp
They didn't fix anything in time . They took 4 months to unclog a dishwasher . You had to call like them times or more to get something even fixed . Then to top it off la Pacifica had no security so homeless man would walk into complex and start yelling stuff outside our patio we felt threaten and the office do nothing . So glad we got out of there . If your paying rent they shall be on it about fixing things or answering questions or phone . It shall not take time half a year nearly to fix stuff . Also a lot of package stealing there .

Analysa S.

Yelp
They never answer the Phone. Unprofessional. I made an appointment to rent this home. They spoke to me through the glass door when I could barely understand them. I under that covid is a big thing right now but if you want me to rent one of your units I don't think speaking to me through a glass door is very professional. I tried calling them every day for a whole week! And I got no answer or an update, the charged me 100$ for a repost. I tried to cancel within the 72 hr holding fee but never got to bc they never answered the phones. I personally went to the office to get a hold of them and no answer as usual. I don't recommend it one bit.
google avatar

Kimberly V.

Yelp
Don't nice there a waste. They are infested in roaches termites. The office people are rude. They take forever to fix something that's broken. They have a bad drug issue. My vehicle was stolen the kids that play outside with out their parents will run into your vehicle you will have dents and scratches. The kids are bullies they fight alot the cops are always there. The gates are always broken. The back pool is always closed. People let their dogs pop anywhere and not clean after it. Theirs rats outside one climbed on my balcony and chewed itself in. Not a place to raise your kids. Residents fight each other for sleeping with eachother men. The list can go on

Yelp
If you're apartment searching, don't waste your time here. I never had the chance to live at La Pacifica, but I'm glad I dodged that bullet. I submitted a $100 holding fee for a 2 bedroom / 1 bath which was guaranteed to be ready by the first of the month. Knowing this info, I sent a 30-day notice to my current apartment according to the move-in date La Pacifica gave me. La Pacifica called the following week stating that my credit/background check had passed, but the move-in date was changed b/c the current tenants extended their move-out date. So why even place the holding fee? (sketchy) I got my refund and left b/c this justified the way we were going to be treated in the future. On Customer Service: - It seemed like there was miscommunication between agents. We were being bounced around from different agents. (Note: we found out that the agent that we initially contacted was leaving) - We submitted application fee + holding fee in 1 money order, but I found out that I needed 2 separate money orders, so to get my refund was inconvenient. - We felt like our situation wasn't being taken seriously. - They seem to take pride in being "old school" in their business practices. Which tells me their target audience isn't focused on millenials - college grads - etc. Here's what they didn't tell us: - They do a hard credit check through Experian (note: this affects your credit score) - Reservation/Holding fee is not promised, so make sure that their tenants are guaranteed to move-out. Overall, it was a learning lesson that you can still get screwed over in this world.

Yelp
I am writing this review because the others nearly scared me away. This is not about the apartment themselves this is more so about the leasing off. First starting off this process I called to see if they had any available units, at the time they didn't and was told to call back everyday because they update their system every 24 hours. I thought that was a bit excessive to call everyday so I called randomly like maybe once a week and luckily they had some available. So you go down make $100 deposit for a holding fee and $40 credit check. Just because they give you a estimated move in date and you paid a holding deposit DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE APPROVED. If you are denied you get your $100 back. So the next steps are very time consuming and frustrating but don't give up if you stay on top of everything and give them everything they need the process will go by fast I waited about 3 weeks before being approved. They want rental verifications, work verification, and social security verification. I called literally everyday and the office pretty much knows who I am by now and they do answer the phone they go to lunch at a weird time like between 1-2 I think but if they don't answer keep calling I never left a voicemail, they respond to emails but not as fast as they would if you called. Everyone in the office is extremely nice. If you start talking to somebody different than you started off with you have reached the next level of jumanji that's what it felt like to me because the process is actually draining I wanted to give up at times but I'm glad I didn't . You really just have to be patient and stay on top of things.

Yelp
This review has nothing to do with the apartments themselves but all to do with the management in the office. A few weeks ago they had two 3 bedrooms available for rent. I had a male representative email the application, he sent part one and I was told I would receive a part two. When I didn't I called the office and spoke with a woman who advised me to just come into the office and they will check my state ID and pull up the information. Ok so when I showed up the male answered the door and stepped outside, he informed me that they just did and upgrade and now the rent will be $2000 a month. I advised him according to the advertisement the rent is $1630, he again stated they just upgraded the location. I was going to let this go until I just ran across their advertisement again reading their 3 bedrooms are $ 1630. I called again and was told the apartments have been rented. I feel as if the male party in the office knew who he wanted to have the place and was turning others they may have had a better chance at qualifying for the place away. I'm am deeply annoyed there is no way to contact anyone above him out outs of that office

Jay D.

Yelp
The worst apartment homes management i've seen. Called them and had all the information and they told me to go coz the apartment is available and bring with me the $100 moneyorder to there apartment location. When i went there they had me waiting for an 30 minutes outside their office. I waited coz i was desperatly in need of an apartment. After an 30 minutes they told me sorry someone is before me for that apartment. They handled them first even if i came first! So what if i'm brown! I felt they were racist against me! I won't recommend this apartment homes ever to anyone!

Yelp
Ok well let's talk about this dump... if you are looking for a place just do yourself a favor n move on. Let's start with poor management they have no clue what they are doing there the girls that work there are really not familiar with their job. The dumpsters are is freaking dirty the homeless come in and piss all over the place. You cannot take your trash out because there's someone always there digging for food or cans. The trash is always left out side the dumpster because shitty parents ask their 5 year olds to take the trash out n can't reach. The area is so dirty they really need to pressure wash it This place is always trashed nothing works maintenance always gives you the run around. I think I've paid to much rent to live on such place. Hates aww always broken I've had ppl try to break in and all they say is call the police really I called those tickets n showed up the next day ya no!! How bout you guys get it together. We got noisy neighbors that blast music loud as heck. It's pretty much ghetto here. I say new management!!!!! Because they suck!! Trash is everywhere especially on Sunday n Monday's I see maintenance chilling in their garage doing nothing while I'm picking up trash that's not mine. I hate to see this place to badly maintained. They really need to get rid of a lot of ppl that live here starting with my neighbors!!! The entrance also needs to be fixed you see these dumb asses driving like 20 miles inside almost got hit a few times there's kids playing n one may get hit bigger speed bumps would help and a stop sign also get cameras and security they are was to cheap to get a security to patrol the place they told me that sheriff comes to patrol really !! That's a joke Moreno Valley is contracted with riv sherif they do not have time to do your job .. so that's that pls find somewhere to move if I want a better living because this isn't it.

Yelp
I'm going to be talking to the city council this week , la Pacifica has no competition because not enough housing is being built in moreno Valley, I'll be making sure the city council approves way more apartments and houses so that la Pacifica will actually have competition and stop treating tenants like shit the rents in moreno Valley aren't even worth it , it's sad that builders haven't built enough housing in moreno Valley but that's all gonna change soon come 2018 ,if more housing was built, rents and home prices wouldn't be this high in moreno Valley and traffic wouldn't be as bad since people can live next to were they work !! , other states and areas with a higher population of Moreno valley u can get an apartment for less than 800 a month for a 2bedroom !!! Because those cities build more housing !!! And there very safe cities to !!!!!!

Leisha B.

Yelp
Based of these reviews I can see a person maybe not wanting to come here because of the reviews. But I can't at all say one negative thing about the REP I WORKED WITH ( Ms Tasha). even though I'm not a current tenant She did a great job in visualizing the units for me and making me very knowledgeable about the process. Tasha was very responsive to questions literally every time I called her. She went above and beyond in helping me to rent a unit, but at the moment I have to fallback on moving at this time .. I would recommend her again and very much recommend her to others. Ms Brown ...

Yelp
I never knew a apartment complex that took damn near two months to complete a work order. Three work orders later, maintenance finally came. Luckily the problem didn't get worst. Other then that, no complains. Typical apartment. Weekends are active. Everyone be outside.

Joe G.

Yelp
These people are fucking scam!!!!! They take your money say your are approved for a move in date.... then when you get closer to the move in date they call and tell you, that you got denied !!!! Excuse me but how would I get denied if I had a move in date and everything arranged (we got denied because of a 3rd party) this is straight bullshit!!!! These people are fucking scams!!!!!!

Katie W.

Yelp
Please read, they will screw you. I am glad I am done with La Pacifica. They stole almost 1500 dollars from me and I'm still recovering financially. During the process of moving out, we talked to the manager about whether we should give a written notice or any other type of communication regarding us moving out at the end of our lease. She told us that it wasn't necessary, and that we just needed to turn in our keys and we'd be good to go! A month later, La Pacifica charges us an entire months rent and an extra fee and threatens to report us to our credit bureau and collections if we don't pay. 1500 dollars... This was an ambush and she even admitted it. Crazy huh? Please don't live here, if it's about the money then there are options nearby that are just as cheap.

Sandy D.

Yelp
Honestly this place is TRASH! All the maintenance people do is is act like they are going to come fix your shit. My washer has been a piece of garbage since the second I moved in. And if you're people who like to get a little extra sleep then this place isn't for you because all these dumb fuckers know how to do is play with the lawn mowers instead of actually mow the fucken lawn ! It's so annoying how early they start to supposedly mow the lawn and they legit do it every single fucken morning! Last time I checked grass don't grow a whole fucken foot over night! Just save yourselves guys !

Yelp
If youre looking for a home dont waste your time here!!! This ppl r unprofessional sarcastic ignorant af ...i had apply for a place i wanna say since two months ago which i did qualify few weeks after they needed rental verification which i gave them and until now they havent done nothing about it my move in date passed, up to this date nothing so i decided not to wait for them and pick up my holding deposit of $100 that they didnt gave me back because this lames lost my money order so there excuse was since im canceling they couldn't give me my money back when this lady crystel whatever her name is had called me saying if i wanted to cancel to pick up my deposit so if u read this have in mind you are going to deal with nothing but dumb mfs ...

Yelp
this is what happened to me and my partner.we live in LA County and we were trying to move to Moreno Valley for work related reasons. we found this place and they said that they had a one bed room apartment available, so we applied and pay $70 for an application fee . after that, they gave us an appointment for the next day. everything was looking good , They said we were approved and that we would have to pay and extra $100 to hold the apartment, so we did. day's passed an they call saying that they just need one more verification and that we can move in even that same day . after that, everything was bad. they were asking us for more information and rental history . they make us lose a lot of time we used to call and no body pick up ,one time they put me on hold for 20 MINUTES and second for 10 and they never call back they are so UNPROFESSIONAL They're staff it's really rude and they lie to you. Clair, Alexa and Elizabeth .Dont waste time and money find another place to live . -

Yelp
Absolutely not what I expected from the amount I pay for these so called "luxury" apartments. When I first moved in apartment was littered with ants and roaches which we had to pay to disinfect while the office payed for no repairs. Second I chose a non smoking apartment building for the safety of my family and daughter but for some reason this is not enforced even when I complained my apartment is constantly full of the smell of marijuana and cigarettes. Also pool is not open for when ever one would want to take a dip in this hot inland empire weather only in the summer...Definitely will not be renewing my lease.

Yelp
Do not rent here. All of the reviews you read online are true and accurate. They send you through this unnecessarily long extensive process of "verifications" for you employment and for your rental history based on what is pulled up from the credit report (which can be places that you haven't lived at for over 5 years but they still want to verify that you had lived there). Once they receive all the verifications (which will take more than 2 weeks because they will claim that they have been sending faxes and they haven't) they call you just to let you know that you have been denied. It is like they intentionally want you to be homeless because this process is not only unnecessary, but it takes 2 weeks for them to do something that could have taken 2 days. Other reviews suggest that they will not rent to young people unless you have some sort of voucher. I have a great paying job in the medical field and my application was DENIED based on not meeting their "criteria" which they won't tell you about. They just give you a denial letter that also doesn't tell you why you were denied. Yet as I was in their office trying to inquire as to what the next steps are, another worker was signing a lease to someone who appeared to be homeless and said that the church will be paying the rent for them. They are not straight forward about what they want and are selective about their tenants. It appears they prefer people that they can easily evict which may all be in the scheme of the business as that means they make money without renting. If they can't get you approved same day, RUN. As I went to another apartment after receiving my denial and was able to have employment and rental history verified in a matter of an hour. The staff here are just a bunch of lazy liars.

Yelp
It is the worst apartment I have ever seen. Very expensive with very poor services. It is supposed to be gated apartments with security cameras and security guards, Here's the truth; the gates are opened 24/7, the security cameras are only two located at the leasing office, the security guard is only one guard for over 650 apartments. Honestly never move to this stupid apartment.

Yelp
Horrible service!!! Took them 3 weeks to verify me for them to deny me in these apartments... and couldn't even give me a straight answer on why I was denied . They have really bad service and don't have a clue what they are doing. They choose who they want in those apartments.

Yelp
I put my holding deposit down on a 1 bedroom apartment at La Pacifica, gave my notice at my current place and hoped for the best. Exactly one week prior to the move in date, I contacted the apartments to confirm everything was on track. (I had to set up gas and electric) surprise surprise, the previous tenants had not even moved out and nobody in the office bothered to call me and let me know ahead of time??? Why am I even giving a holding deposit??? So here I am, 6 days before I am forced to leave my current place, without a place to live, and the only place La Pacifica has to offer is approximately 4 weeks out. I guess I'll figure out this dilemma while I live on the streets. With this service Im pretty sure it will be like pulling teeth to get my holding deposit back. Dont waste your time. Or hopes.

Yelp
Freedom. We are now out of our one-year lease - whew, glad we are done with this place. Moved to another apartment with no jerks. They are of course taking their pound of flesh with outrageous charges upon exit, but the relief of being so free of them is too great to argue. As mentioned a year ago I sure bet they have plenty of available units. But my advice remains - Run, Forrest, Run !

Yelp
So the first day I went to go apply for la Pacifica a fight broke out right in front of the office & some guy warned me not to move into the apartments because he said this happens to often. A couple days later they call me and tell me that I didn't get qualify for the apartments & for some reason it took weeks for them to let me know about my application. So when they finally called, the office told me to pick up my holding deposit of $100. So when I did go to pick it up, turns out they lost it & told me that I already had picked it up, when I didn't. & I litterally waited an hour for them because they said that someone else had it and they are on their break, they never showed up. So I decided to come back the next day for it and it took them another hour to give it back to me,because they were helping other people. & when they finally did, I took it to the gas station right away and they weren't able to accept it because they gave me an expired money order!! I was so mad I went back to complain and they finally gave me my money back with no problems. I read another review saying that they did the same thing to them. I'm convinced that They really try to steal it from you.

Yelp
Cannon Management, La Pacifica Apartments, Listed as a " Secure Property". Gates stay open 24/7, Pools, and Spa's aren't heated, although there are heat stacks on both buildings adjoining these amenities. There is no curfew being enforced on this property, although in the rules posted there should be. No rules are ever enforced by the management team, but when you walk into the Leasing Office, Unless you are a prospective tenant, you are presented with an energy to please leave. Twice during my last year's residency, I was presented with a letter saying I was in breach of my rental contract, when I had a lease at a set amount. It seems one hand doesn't cross check with the other. #SherranMoore is the "Property Manager" but I have yet to meet her when I engage the Leasing Office. Attached is the last letter slid into the crack of my door, which is basically detailing they are in no way responsible for anything to do with this property, other than to accept my rent, then simply turn their backs on anything that may be their responsibilty. The advertising listed on the Rent.com ad suggests this property to be entirely different than what you will find here, and I will not be renewing my residency next year. I clearly understand why I will see people move in and collectively move out.. I am surprised this property and it's Management Team are still in business.

Yelp
Where do I begin about this apartment complex. When we first got a tour they weren't really sure which apartments were facing which way. They told us we would have an appointment and we waited 30 mins. My girlfriend and I were told that our apartment will be facing the pool which is one of the reasons we agreed to move in. Then moving day comes and we didn't get what we were told, when doing our walk in the employee was in a hurry to get out (to go to court) and we had things in our place that needed be fixed and to this day still NOT FIXED!!! These employees are horrible, they don't do anything they say they are going to do! And every time you go outside you smell weed, people smoking with little kids around, one of the pools is always closed, spa is never heated. People are so loud, blaring music. I highly recommend you not waste your time with these people!! We will not be renewing our lease! Next year can't come soon enough!!
