La Parrilla latin Food

This restaurant is one of those places where you arrive and feel at home. The atmosphere is very pleasant, quiet and cozy, and from the moment you enter they receive you with a friendly attention that makes you feel welcome. The food was delicious and flavorful. You can tell that it is made with love and that they seek to maintain that authentic touch of Colombian food that we like so much. The portions were generous, everything we tried was excellent. The service also deserves to be highlighted. Suleima, I think that's her name, she was very respectful and always aware that everything is fine, without making you feel rushed. That makes the experience even better and that you want to stay a little longer. It is an ideal place to come with family or friends, enjoy good food and spend a pleasant time. Without a doubt, a restaurant worth visiting and recommending if you are looking for delicious, authentic Latin food and a pleasant atmosphere!

I loved this restaurant for my first stop for restaurant week 2026. The plantains and guacamole and flan were delicious! The Sanchoco de La casa was amazinggg— the meat was well cooked and made the soup very flavorful. Shout out to my server— Salamos. She was kind and helpful in helping me pick my dishes! Will be back!!

Unbelievable Colombian food! The arepas are a revelation, service is excellent, and the drinks hit the spot. Clean, with a great selection of meaty dishes. Bonus: as a picky Mexicano, their guacamole rivals most Mexican restaurants! So glad they're in the hood! I'm already planning my next visit.

We had an amazing time at La Parrilla cafe. They have a restaurant and a cafe that are connected. We had the Spanish latte which was perfectly bold and smooth. Best latte we have had in a while. They also had small bites like arepas. They are dog friendly! Friendly staff & great service.

The staff is very attentive and friendly, the taste of the food delicious, on this occasion we tried the beef sancocho and very tasty. Natural juices are freshly prepared. The staff makes sure you feel comfortable, quiet place, set with the right volume of music so you can talk and taste the delicious and Latin food.

This cute restaurant has great food— we’ve had take out (chicken) a few times and always enjoyed it. This time we dined in and got to try the green plantains (so good!) with guacamole and the skirt steak (would get again). The portions are very shareable. There were happy hour specials and the classic margarita was solid.

If you’re in the area broadway edgewater you have to stop by this restaurant! I especially recommend their cozy coffee corner — it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. And you can’t miss the coconut cream matcha… absolutely delicious! Smooth, refreshing, and full of flavor. A must-try! 💚

La Parrilla on Broadway is like a vacation in Colombia: the atmosphere, the music, the servers, and most of all, the FOOD! The servers Alicia and Saleni were knowledgeable and helpful and treated us like family. The menu is extensive and features some specialties not usually found outside Colombia, such as chocolate con queso -- a Colombian style hot chocolate. Their signature dish, La Bandeja Paisa, is outstanding! La Parrilla is top-notch for delicious Colombian cuisine!

Was excited to try La Parrilla as it's just a short walk from my house. Had a wonderful dinner here tonight with two friends. I had arroz con pollo- very flavorful and hearty portion. Came with sweet plantains which complemented the dish perfectly. My friends each had a steak dish- with various sides (rice, potatoes, yucca I think). They ate everything, said it was quite good. Started with a mojito and arepas con queso and chorizo with arepa. I'm a fan of arepas and thought these were tasty. Loved the decor of the restaurant too! Friendly waitstaff. Didnt take photos because I was too quick to dive in and start eating!

I saw this restaurant pop up recently in the neighborhood and decided to stop in. The decor is cute and displays the Colombian culture really tastefully. The staff was kind and informative on the menu options. I got the arroz pollo and it was pretty flavorful, I enjoyed the green sauce it came with a lot. The rice was a little undercooked, but other than that it was a pretty good experience. The drinks were really good! I had a passion fruit margarita and my friend a strawberry one, YUM. They have happy hour Thursday and Friday from 4-7PM, so I will be back soon!

We arrived early for our 5:30 reservation but our table was ready and we were greeted warmly. We ordered the appetizer assortment (empanadas, chicharon, paletas de queso, and more). which was delicious and plenty for 3. Our drinks were a white wine, a mojito and a Colombian beer. All excellent. We shared one of the dinners for two - steak, chicken, salad, French fries, tiny potatoes - which was also plenty for 3. We enjoyed all of the four salsas accompanying our meal. Service was perfect and the ambience is Latin but not too loud. Our host suggested we try a special Colombian liquor (forgot name) and it was so smooth with hints of anise. We also shared a piece of flan which had an excellent texture. This place is a Jewel! Go there!

First time visiting. Found the ambiance and service to be great. Food was very good as well. This is a solid addition to the neighborhood and I will be back!

Muy mal servicio. Fue ayer a cenar a este lugar y solo nos dieron una mesa . Menú y vmcubiertos . Duramos ahí 15 min y nadie nos atendió. Solo nos pasaban por el lado más nunca se acercaron a ofrecernos agua o si ya estábamos listos para ordenar. En ese trascurso llego otras dos personas . Los sentaron. Les llevaron sus respectivos menú y sus dos vasos de agua. Creo que el lugar es medio racista. Muy mala experiencia no doy estrella porque no probé su comida. Y a la persona que nos atendió a la entrada si te cuesta hablar inglés pues no te esfuerces tanto habemos personas que somos latinas y nos encanta hablar nuestro idioma.tengl que poner estrella mas no se la merecen.​​
