As a must-do while visiting Eataly (Italy vibes in Vegas!), we had to try the pizza. We ordered the Prosciutto & Burrata ($24) and the Soppressata ($14).
Yes, the prices are definitely on the higher side--especially compared to what you'd pay in Italy--but considering the pizzas are made fresh with organic dough and ingredients imported from Italy, it makes a little more sense.
That said, the quality holds up. The burrata came in a big creamy chunk, and honestly, if you tried to get that much fresh mozzarella in the U.S., you'd probably pay $10+ for it alone. So that part felt worth it. I do wish they gave a bit more prosciutto though--it felt a little skimpy. Also, the garnish? Literally one single basil leaf. We were three people sharing and basically fought over that lonely little green leaf.
The Soppressata pizza (with salami) was flavorful, had just the right amount of meat, and the dough was chewy, fluffy, and delicious--you can tell they know what they're doing.
One pleasant surprise: even though the pizzas are pre-made and sitting out, they still tasted great. Not quite "fresh out of the oven" level, but warm enough and perfect for the casual street food vibe they're going for.
We also ordered pasta--Pappardelle Con Funghi ($27) and Rigatoni Cacio E Pepe ($26). Both were clearly made fresh, with that unique al dente texture you only get from handmade pasta. The flavors were light, not overly creamy or heavy like typical American-style pastas, which I appreciated. But again... $25+ before tax for pasta is definitely a splurge. The portions are fair, not huge, so don't expect to have leftovers.
The atmosphere feels more like a high-end food court than a cozy Italian restaurant. It's not a romantic date spot, but it's great for a casual hangout or if you're wandering the casino and want a break. That said, the prices don't exactly match the casual setting--it's giving food court vibes with gourmet pricing.
Overall, I really enjoyed it--the dough and flavor combos were on point, and the quality of ingredients shows. I'll definitely miss it once I leave Vegas, but let's be real: at these prices, this is a "treat yourself" experience, not an everyday kind of meal.
