I was excited to try this spot, as I've heard about the one in Detroit. My sister and I ordered separately, she ordered a meatball sub, a corned beef sandwich and the Italiano (I don't have a pic of this, but I thought it was strange for an Italian sandwich to have turkey on it). Anyway, I ordered the #7 Prosciutto w/ricotta, arugula and fig jam, plus some tomato basil soup and a latte while I waited. We came in around 2:30 on a Monday afternoon, there were people sat 1 table and that was it. We ordered and probably waited 15 minutes for our take out orders. It was very clean looking inside, but it was very cold inside, the cashier had a winter coat on.
I'll only comment on what I ordered, the tomato basil soup had a really strange look to it. There were little white dots throughout, I think milk/cream maybe curdled when added to tomato base. The flavor was fine, I liked the homemade croutons that it was served with. I was really excited to try the #7, as I had a taste for prosciutto. When I opened the sandwich up, I was disappointed to see that it was made with salami!! There was ricotta, arugula, but I'm not sure if that was fig jam, it almost looks dark like balsamic (but it was sweet). I'm not sure what my sandwich was, it was clearly marked "#7" on the wrapping. The latte was good. I took a some pics of the sandwiches my sister ordered, I think they were all made properly.
I'm disappointed, as this was my first time here and my order was made wrong, it wasn't even busy at the time.
