It struck a perfect balance: calm, comfortable, and full of character, creating the ideal setting to truly enjoy a meal. The service was exceptional throughout the evening. Friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They guided us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm and offered thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be absolutely perfect. Every interaction felt sincere, and nothing ever felt rushed — just seamless, attentive hospitality. Now to the highlight: the food. I had the steak, and it was, without exaggeration, one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Cooked flawlessly, tender and juicy, with a perfectly seasoned crust that locked in every bit of flavor. Every bite was rich, satisfying, and deeply flavorful. The sides elevated it even further — creamy truffle mashed potatoes and beautifully cooked vegetables that tied the whole dish together. It was comforting and refined all at once. My partner ordered the fish, and it was just stunning. Fresh, flaky, and delicately seasoned, with a light citrus butter sauce that brought everything to life. It was elegant but not overcomplicated — a dish that let the quality of the ingredients shine. You could taste the freshness in every bite, and the texture was absolutely perfect. The wine pairings were equally impressive. I went with a full-bodied red that complemented the steak brilliantly — bold, smooth, and lingering in the best way. My partner's white wine was crisp and refreshing, with just enough acidity to cut through the richness of the fish. The staff’s wine recommendations were spot-on, clearly chosen with care and knowledge. Overall, it was one of those meals you talk about for days afterward — the kind that reminds you how special great food and hospitality can be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone who values exceptional food, great wine, attentive service, and a relaxed but elevated atmosphere. And then came the cheesecake — and honestly, it deserves its own spotlight. It was simply amazing. The perfect way to end an already incredible meal. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back.

Superb, had the Cochinillo and it's still the best cochinillo I've ever had. We also has the paella Valenciana, it was delicious and the rice was perfect. The staff treated us good.

Very poor service, they brought all appetizers almost at the same time. They charged us €4.50 for a sad plate of olives that is the minimum you get for free when you order an aperitif at any Spanish restaurant. They also charged almost €1 for any piece of bread ordered after the first round that comes included in the service charge. Our rice was so shallow in the paella dish that had all dried up and completely stuck to the pan (basically all the rice was like “socarrat” - see the picture I uploaded). The salad with tomatoes and smoked sardines had two lonely slivers of sardine. I even asked if they had forgotten to add them! The desserts were the best part of the entire meal.

Great location. Nice paella and the Tarte Tatin as desert was great. Nice wine list. The view on the beach is spectacular. The team incredible.

One of the few original restaurants of Javea. Family ran and pays homage to the local foods that really made Javea known for its dining. The manager was very keen to teach us about the wine as I take an interest and was really helpful to help adjust to dietary requirements. We had the squid for starters which was served with garlic and they turned the ink into a delicious sauce. I had steak for starters that melted in your mouth. The experience was brilliant, not just the views and atmosphere, but the service and quality was perfect, they really prove that they deserve their critically acclaimed accolades! Great job guys !

Good Spanish Food with friendly waiters at the Arenal beach of Javea. You sit inside with airco but with a nice open view at the beach/ Sea. Lots of Spanish guests (so sometimes many kids). I Will come back for sure!
