I’ve been going to this Haitian restaurant regularly, and every single time the experience is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is vibrant, warm, and festive; it always feels like a little escape, whether you’re going with friends, family, or even solo. The staff is consistently attentive, welcoming, and efficient. You can tell they care about offering a great experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. And let’s talk about the food : it’s simply outstanding. Rich flavors, generous portions, and authentic Haitian taste that hits every time. Definitely one of my go-to spots. If you’re looking for a place that serves amazing food with good energy and great service, this is the one.

Maybe I order on a bad day but the goat is burnt sauce tasteless rice ight . I oder DD I wish I could ask for my money back the whole thing horrible respectful. They chicken no epis, I really wish I could get my money back.Hope they do better next time

A friend and I came here and we both LOVED the experience, service, and the food. Once you walk in, you feel instantly at home. The music is authentic Haitian music and the atmosphere and decor echo that as well. We ordered boulette (meatballs) and the cabrit en sos (goat in sauce) as well as the accra fritters & lam fri (fried breadfruit) as appetizers. Everything was flavorful, well portioned, and well presented. Would def come back to try other dishes. So proud of this lovely haitiam restaurant 👏🏽👏🏽

The food was 10/10. I got the meatless platter. Rice and beans, salad, plantains. Each came with side of some stew to put on rice and it was all very very very delicious. A little spicy was the stew but not too spicy. Side of spicy cabbage was nice and spicy. I do wish there was more salad and plantains that came on the side but we were given plenty of rice. The side of Accra was also great. Perfect crispness. I also wish there was a few more for the price but still worth it. I think 5 or 6 came with it. The restaurant was clean and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was clean and there was a bar. I would definitely come here again and would recommend. I LOVE Haitian food and this was very good.

Time wise, it took a bit of time. The staff were pretty friendly The food was insanely good, I got the Fried Beef Tasso and dipping it in the red sauce made it break apart easier, it was tasty and the brown rice/beans was really good. I had the Haitian Explosion, not really an alcohol person, but I like to try different drinks from places. It was easy to down with some food. The House wings my friend got were a bit dry, but it wasn't bad. The black beans, tasted like bread, but I think it's a healthier alternative. This green coconut sauce was so good. This thing that tasted like fries was also really good. My friend got this haitian soda and shared it with everyone, it tasted like bubblegum, it was so good! It's great to eat at with friends and family. Overall, I'd say the staff were pretty hospitable. I'd go again. And if this is any indication, they got vegetarian options from what they said. And that I devoured my portion and still had a bit of room left.

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. I drove 45 minutes excited to try a new Haitian spot, placed my order at the same time as another guest—he got his food and drink in under 15 minutes. A party of 10 came in after me and was fully served while I sat, ignored, with no water, no drink, no updates. I asked how long it would take and the waitress walked away. No language barrier, I speak Creole. I finally got my food over an hour later, after everyone else had eaten and left. It wasn’t worth the wait, and honestly, I left feeling disrespected. In a city that celebrates Haitian culture proudly you can definitely find another establishment for better food and atmosphere - coming from a first time customer here.

If I can give this 0 reviews I would , the menu and what they charged me are two completely different prices. They have not updated their menu and when I asked to fix my order they said no. They overcharge you for everything when the menu states a direct price. I would never come here again. Period

Best Haitian food in Boston! I La Perle hosted a large group of students visiting for a college tour and their hospitality did not disappoint. I got there an hour before the group and ordered a drink and the coconut shrimp. The shrimp was perfect and the sauce complimented it well. When the group showed up, we were served food buffet style and I wish I could eat like that everyday. We had all of the Haitian staples and it all so delicious. I can't wait to go again!

Been meaning to come here for years now and finally had the chance and was so glad I did! Our server allowed us to get seated and brought us menus. The aesthetic there is very cute. The food was amazing! Yes, it is not fast food, but I wasn't not expecting it to be. The legume was so tasty, omg I cannot stop thinking about it. I can't wait to return next time.

This place has been on my list for a very long time and boy it did not disappoint! The vibes, the decor, everything is on point! I was there with a Haitian friend and she recommended to try the Lambi (conch) with sauce. It came with salad, pickled cabbage and plantains. We also got a side of black rice and coconut shrimp to share. I also got a passion fruit juice. The food was 10/10, Haitian approved. The dishes were so flavourful and little on the spicy side. The food also came with many extra sides. Definitely will be back to try more of their menu!

The music was too loud. The server forgot my order and the food was okay. No hype here!

The ambience ok. Very much Haitian Vibes Barely seated and never served. Never got to try the food because waited for 25 minutes after being told which table we could sit at. No one ever came to our table to take out order. Watched multiple people walk in after getting my friend and I who were welcomed.

The food & cocktails were delicious! I didn't really go in for the lounge experience, rather to simply have a delicious Haitian dinner. La Perle delivered. The Legume was perfectly flavored as was the baked macaroni and fried Accra. I found the service to be rather prompt and especially hospitable. The owner was in and shared her journey in building her business, and the precision required to prepare authentic Haitian dishes. It felt like a community centered establishment, which I loved. Eager to visit again!

Food was delicious. Our server was lovely and attentive. It was great vibes all around and we will definitely be revisiting this restaurant.

Soooo we are the only ones in the store when we arrived excluding the 3 at the bar , we were a party of 5 the bill came to $249 and the lady did not want me to see it hummmm , anyways the food was good except the legume was crazy salty and one crab claw inside that we had to break ourselves ,,, the goat and turkey were plentiful and great the drinks were very small to be $20 each we had 4 ,,, the server was nice but not that attentive ,,, at least now we know what to expect ..... now we will order the goat and Turkey because we know that's good and most likely have drinks elsewhere,,, also gratuity was automatically added and they did not tell us this is something I had to see for myself on the bill then we split the check in two and it appeared like she added the $38 tip to each check like really ,,, I would recommend only take out from here

We ordered the conch ceviche and it was horrible. It was dry and rubbery, no sauce or flavor. They had a "special" supposedly supposed to be lobster mac and cheese, not 1 piece of Lobster was in it. And literally both of those orders fit in the palm of my hand it was ridiculous. The waitstaff was not much better..... I have been there previously and the waitress at that time was great! Too bad she wasn't there this evening. They need to consider hiring a new chef and better wait staff.

Wow, the food was good! I heard this place has been historically known for delayed service despite ordering ahead so we ordered 30 minutes ahead. Thankfully it was ready by the time my friend and I did a pick up. It was my first time having Haitian food and I loved it! We had the smoked herring spaghetti -- kind of like a dry pasta which had so much flavor and I'm not usually a fish person. My friend had the fried turkey and myself the legumes. The pikliz got me though--the tang and spice is what got me. I actually really liked the combo of the blended black beans, the sauce, and the rice (slightly salted) and the pikliz to cut through all of it. I'll be back when I visit!

Best Haitian Food in the east coast. They greet you with kindness and have great customer service. The atmosphere is calm with a lot of cultural diversity and their wall art gives you a sense of the culture

Been here a few times generally at night but this time I went around lunch and unfortunately had to cancel my order and leave as I saw two cock roaches run across the wall...food and service has always been fine but the pests need to be addressed

Wonderful food! Wonderful atmosphere! Great customer service! My girlfriend had the Kabrit (Goat) and I had the Chicken in sauce with diri kolé. I also ordered some boulette (meatballs) and Accra! Loved the pikliz, everything was really good!

I enjoyed my red snapper with the sauce. the hospitality was great. Food was large portion. I would definitely come back. Ambience was simple and pleasing.

Had a great time at an event hosted at La Perle Restaurant. The food was delicious, and it was Haitian Caribbean cuisine. The server was attentive to my needs, swift replies and good vibes. Would come back when in the area. There is plenty of street parking that is metered and free after 6pm.

I've been here about 5 times. Usually there are not a lot of people so the service wasn't noticeably bad so I decided to take my mom here to celebrate her birthday. If I realized they could not handle a large group of customers (party of 11) I would have taken my mother elsewhere. I am big on customer service and customer experience. Our waitress who I've had serve me several times previously is just.....(I don't have a nice word for it) but a few examples are we'll make a request and she returns and asks us what we asked from her after 20/25 minutes. She'll ask us questions that don't make sense. While sitting down to dine in she is taking our order and when my fiancé says the type of rice he wants she asks if it's to go? Why would only one item we order be to go if we're dining in???? My last straw was last night for my mothers birthday celebration we arrive on time for our reservation and the host says no one told her about a party of 11. I had email confirmation. They proceed to set up while we wait. I brought in an ice cream cake and told this same waitress from above to put it in the freezer. 2 hours later when we are ready to sing Happy Birthday she tells us no one put it in the freezer or fridge so it's melted. She offers us a cake they have and will bring out. They bring out a SLICE.....just for my mom. I brought an entire cake for everyone to enjoy and they thought a fair substitute would be 1 slice for the birthday person. No apology from the owner of the restaurant. We ask if the rest of the table can have cake she says that's the best they can do. We ask to remove the value of the cake off the check and she hands us cash for the value of the cake that was ruined minus the value of the "free" cake slice they gave us. I will not be returning. I can say the food is good but customer service matters sooooo much more to me. Having out of towners and family coming to celebrate my mother birthday this was embarrassing. As an owner you apologize for any mistake staff make and make it up x10. I've been to restaurants that have messed up a cake and the owner was extremely apologetic, brought us an entire cake, discounted our bill SIGNIFICANTLY (not for the cost of the cake but for the inconvenience), and if we decided to return our next visit would also be discounted. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE and those places are where I'll continue to dine.

The food at Le Perle...absolutely delicious!! I ordered the salmon with black bean sauce (it comes with rice, salad, and plantains). Be careful with the pikliz, its spicy, but such a great addition to the food. I ordered extra :) I had leftovers and the food tasted just as delicious from when I first ordered it! I ended up visiting on Haitians Mothers Day so there were a lot of families there. The vibe is fit for any age during the day. I do plan to go back at night to see if there is a difference. Everyone was kind, friendly, and attentive! The owner even took my friends and I to the outside seating to enjoy the nice weather and set up. No photos this time because I went right to eating as soon as I smelled my food lol!

Ordered tacos and legume: the tacos were horribly put together, super greasy and was missing almost everything it said in the item description. the beef tacos were good but super greasy and sloppy. the legume was alright, not sure if they had a new chef or whatever the case was but WOW WAS THAT FOOD SALTY. the black bean sauce (saus pwa) was so salty we couldn't even eat it. Ended up throwing the whole plate of food away !! the only super good thing was the passion fruit juice, i'd definitely come back for that and it's the only reason they received a 2 star. the girl helping me was nice but was more interested in being on the phone call she was on. but hey the restaurant was empty and i get that but no headphones or anything. i wish i took pictures of the food but we literally threw it away not long after getting/tasting it...what a waste of money

La Perle recently relocated and I've been waiting to dine with them again. Always an amazing experience.

Really great Haitian food and a local staple in the Boston community. The staff was spoke both English and Haitian Creole and made me feel right at home.

My sister and I was harassed by the men who were in there . We came in and was seated . As soon as we sit down, a man came up to us and kept trying to pressure us into having drinks which we continued to say we were okay and didn't want any . He got the hint and walked off respectfully. Not even a min later here comes two other men . We aren't entertaining them and they took it upon themselves to sit down. The waiter gives them a menu at OUR table knowing we did not know these men cause we entered about 15-20mins before them . Felt very weird. We told the waiter we did not want them sitting at our table and she shrugged her shoulders and walked off . So my sister and I got up and left . It got to the point where I was saying I was calling the police . This was my 2nd time here . First time it was daytime and the food was good . This time we went at night , placed our order and didn't get to eat because we were harassed smh . We didn't feel safe . We were covered up completely, not that that should matter but just an FYI . The feel felt like the waiter knew what was happening, like these men come here just to do that . The men are at the bar and once women walk in they do not wait . Not even security did anything Spoke with owner . She was made aware of this situation and I was told it was handled appropriately. I also was made aware that our waiter didn't understand much English . So thanks to her on that part . I do not want to discredit the food and the place . Try it yourself out yourself but day time had much for of a welcoming feel . Ladies should to be made aware of the experience I had on my second go around .

Food is outstanding best Haitian food in the east coast. Very welcoming staff you can tell they love to make people comfortable. I love the art on the wall it shows their culture.

Wow, what a great atmosphere to dine in with family and friends! I love eating the great authentic Haitian food there. I have been to this restaurant so many times that I have ordered just about everything in the menu. I highly recommend this place for all your eating engagements. Whether you want a full-course meal or just have a drink at the bar, breakfast, lunch or dinner, La Perle is the place for you. Bon appetit!

I would give this zero stars if I could. Slow and RUDE service. Everything takes forever and the food is so-so. Ambiance is nice but the service is awful. I will never come here and would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Spend your money elsewhere, they will not be around much longer. All of their money was invested on fancy lighting when they couldn't even get orders out in a reasonable time and train staff to be friendly and greet guests immediately. NOBODY WAS THERE. It was empty during dinner time. Tells you everything you need to know.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. Doesn't matter what you order - they tell you 25 minute wait time for pickup and then they make you wait an hour.. all of that just to get the wrong food.. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The whole restaurant is so unorganized and the people that answer the phones don't ever know what they are doing. This is the worst restaurant in the area. The food is burnt and tastes burnt - and they have the audacity to be so overpriced. It's so sad they just opened up and they are already terrible. If the owner wants to stay in business - he needs all new employees. I don't think they will be in business in the next 6 months.

My family and I just celebrated my grandmother's 92nd birthday today and it was impeccable service. Everyone was extremely accommodating and flexible. I would definitely have another event here.

We just came from there and although they are advertised to be open until midnight at 10:20pm the doors were locked with about 50% of the tables occupied. Disappointed is an understatement. I guess they really close at 9... if that's the case, just change your hours.

Food is always amazing!! Nice vibe and spot as well. I've gone there several times with my daughter. She loves their Haitian mac & cheese.

Such a great location! I've come here twice and will be back again and again! Service is quick, drinks are strong & tasty, food is always on point. I have to check it out at night, I have only visited during the day so it's a must that i check out their night life! Highly recommend!

I ordered from this restaurant last month. My total was $38.00. When I went to get the food, I was told to wait. This was an hour after I ordered my food. After 30 minutes of waiting I was told they never got my order. I left the restaurant and when I got home my credit card was charged $79.00 for an order I never received and was not even charged the correct price of the order. I have yet to be reimbursed from the restaurant. This is fraud and I am reporting this to the Attorney General.

The food is great don't get me wrong but the service is absolutely terrible. SOOOO un-organized. Ordered my food an hour before I came and it still wasn't ready nor did they know of my order when I got here. They gave me a wait time of 20 minutes when I ordered on the phone and I gave them an hour! So ridiculous.

Horrible, HORRIBLE service! Food took over an hour. The sides of rice came out 15 minutes prior to the entree. When we asked what was going on the busser and the server said "I'm not the cook". Are you kidding me? Not to mention that they automatically put gratuity in and we were only a party of 2. They won't last. The instagram look may get people in for a first visit but this place will soon burn out. Poor management and service.

hands down the Best food in Boston check them out for sure the Turkey and goat is everything most importantly it's made with love
