La Pizza e La Pasta

This is the closest thing to Italy you’ll find in America. The pizza made with fresh crust and stone baked fire pizza. The pasta made from products of Italy, recipes made as if you’re sitting down for a meal there. We went with Rome’s staple dish, Caico e Pepe. The perfect mixture of cheeses and freshly cracked pepper to create this sauce. The only thing I’ll note, it service is lacking for a high end restaurant. Our server went for a smoke break during her shift, we only knew this as she told the host stand to take care of her tables before leaving for 10+ min. Which explains why we had to ask who our server was when we were seated as we were never greeted for 15 minutes. Claiming she was “training” someone. 2 smokes during our short visit. Seems like management needs to pop in more to restore excellence. The food is worthy enough for multiple visits during our stay, service needs some help. The host stand was on top of keeping us informed through text before being seated which allowed us to grab a quick appetizer to try from another Eataly stand.

The female host was nice at first. The waiter was decent. We ordered 4 dish total. The food was “okayish,” a bit bland to our liking on the fried calamari dish, which caused a whole chain of events below. The bussers were not the greatest. When we asked for salt (because of the bland fried calamari), the female host who happened to pass by happily brought us some and was kind enough to provide us with napkins seeing how we needed them. We then realized that the fried calamari was lacking some spice to it, so we asked for black pepper to a bus boy who was near by; however, the bus boy displayed a big frown on his face. We didn’t think much of it until we saw him talking with a bus girl and the female host about us, which then they were all glaring judgmentally our way for a long time. Possibly talking some smack..? (cannot confirm but that was how we felt (we really felt uneasy&inferior))🤷 Then, the bus girl who was part of the “talking” brought the black pepper to us with also an annoyed face. She started adding the black pepper onto our food (pasta) without even asking which dish we wanted it on. When told it was the calamari, she seemed irritated. We then asked for some hot sauce, the bus girl “kind enough” told us there was only hot chili oil. I give her credit for letting us know about the hot chili oil and of course, when the bus girl brought it to us, she was obviously once again-annoyed. Las Vegas is a big tourist city which had many different cultures visiting. All we wanted was to fix the pricey food to best suit our unique taste buds. We didn’t even ask for much, just simple condiments. Salt & Pepper could’ve easily been left on every table, but this restaurant don’t have and so we kindly asked, we were treated poorly like we are asking WAYYYYYYYY to much. Despite all those incidents above, we still decided to give everything that happened a benefit of the doubt, and tip 20+%. However, when we left, we passed by the bus girl, and as a decent customer, we said “thank you and bye” to her, but she literally ignored us and had an irritated/displeased look. This really made us really regret tipping 20+%. Totally ruined our first experience at this restaurant. Definitely the worst restaurant experience out of all the other restaurants we been to in Vegas. No wonder this place have only 3.7 stars (prior to my visit) on Google.

I really liked the food. We got the Margherita pizza and spaghetti pomodoro - both of which were flavorful and fresh. The plating was also nice. We did not have to wait for a table and found it to be a great spot to eat. Would go again.

I’ll be dreaming about this food forever; it was so good! My friend and I hadn’t heard of Eataly before and stumbled across it while in town. After walking around the whole market area we decided to eat at La Pizza e La Pasta, and it was a GOOD choice. We were seated right away (weekday evening), our server was kind and attentive, and the food was incredible. We ordered the $36 prix-fixe meal, and the tagliatelle al ragu bianca toscano was quite literally the best pasta I’ve ever had. The appetizer (squash bruschetta) and the dessert (pistachio gelato) were also amazing. I called my husband during dinner to tell him that we needed to come back to Eataly and eat there again together. Highly recommend!!

We needed a quick lunch after flying and walked here. The atmosphere is fun and beautiful in the bigger Eataly area. We needed a gluten free option and this was the only place inside that had options. My ravioli pasta was delicious but the other 2 pasta dishes and pizza lacked flavor. Service was a little slow to get our check and pay. I would eat the ravioli again but the rest of my group would pass next time.

Little pricey overall, but far better value during lunch compared to the outside lunch area within the Eatery. They will provide more food and better options. The prix fix is a great lunch deal for ~$37 which includes an app, main course, and tiramisu. All pictures are the options available from the lunch prix fix.

I visited La Pizza & La Pasta at Eataly in Park MGM Las Vegas around 5 PM on a weekday. There was no wait time for a table for two, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant had a lively but not overcrowded atmosphere, perfect for an early dinner. The ambiance captures the authentic Italian trattoria vibe, with open kitchen views and rustic decor. After a slightly delayed initial table service, the staff became attentive and friendly throughout the meal. 📍 Appetizer: I ordered the TAGLIERE SALUMI E FORMAGGI ($42) – a chef’s selection of Italian cured meats, cheeses, burrata, bruschetta, apricot mostarda, and seasonal fruit (we had grapes). This charcuterie board was beautifully plated, fresh, and generous, easily enough for 2–4 people. 🍽️ Main Course: I went with the GNOCCHI AL PESTO ($26) – housemade potato gnocchi tossed in a vibrant basil pesto and topped with Granarolo Pecorino Romano DOP. The gnocchi were pillowy and flavorful, though I found the pesto a bit overpowering. I added a side of chicken, which turned out to be lightly fried with a crispy, flavorful skin – an unexpected but tasty twist. 💵 Pricing: Prices are about 10% higher than average Las Vegas Italian restaurants, but the freshness and quality of the ingredients justify the premium. ✅ Overall: A great spot for authentic Italian food on the Las Vegas Strip, especially if you’re exploring Eataly. I’d return for the attentive service and top-quality ingredients.

Nice location for a dinner with friends or family. Slightly on the more expensive side, but you can taste the higher quality pasta. Wouldn’t say that it was super filling, but it did taste pretty okay. I’m pretty sure I ordered rigatoni but was served something else, just ran with it and didn’t bother to correct the order. The pasta was delicious but the sauce was a little watery and it felt that a bit more effort could’ve gone into preparation of the dish. Overall would recommend if you have the money and are willing to wait 30 minutes, but there may be better value other place.

The "meat lovers" pizza, Del Salumier, is absolutely AMAZING!! Best pizza we've ever had. We have came back 4 days in a row! Veronica, our server, made our experience even better! She is the best!! From reccomendations to quick and attentive service to being just a super sweet and caring person!! If I could give her and the pizza 10 stars, I would! On our last day, we got 2 pizzas so we could have leftovers to eat before our flight.

Pizza was our favorite pizza EVER...ANYWHERE. We're from Ohio. Every time we came into the restaurant, we asked for Veronica. She reminded my wife of her mother who passed awhile back. Veronica was a sweetheart. Thank you for great experiences here! God bless! By far our favorite place to eat while in Vegas!

First, Eataly has been on my food bucket list for ages and ages and I finally got here. This is a restaurant within where you need to either put your name on list to get in or do advanced reservations. We decided to start our food journey here and do a sit down instead of the different counters. I liked the décor, and the staff was relatively friendly, but the prices were almost too much for me to afford. We only got two items to share and was over $60 for tiny portions. First, we split the margarita pizza with plenty of fresh parm and we also split the cacio e pepe with plenty of parm. The pizza was really good, nice crust, tasty cheese, we had some fresh olive oil to dip. The pasta portion was miniscule, so tiny. But, the pasta was some of the best I have had. It was the perfect al dente texture and the best cacio e pepe that I have tried. I am seriously craving it right now. I could have eat two or three of those portions myself alone, it was so good. If I lived closer to an Eataly, I would be back. We did not eat dessert here since we got some outside the restaurant but still in Eataly. That is the good thing about this place, you can eat around the different areas and order a little bit at a time.

The plan, for my last day in Vegas was proceeding well. It was time for lunch, before heading to the airport and home to the SFV. I went back to the Park MGM and walked around Eataly, absorbing what was cooking, at the restaurants and eateries. My mood was for pasta, but it had to be, something simple and legendary. So I ended up at La Pizza E La Pasta Ristorante (note the Yelp page erroneously has "&" instead of "E"). Walking in to the small dining space, one cannot miss the big sign above the open kitchen that states, LA PASTA FRESCA E DI GRAGNANO. Essentially stating that the pasta is fresh and from the town of Gragnano (in Italy). I was intrigued by this bold statement and questioned my server. She clarified, that while some pastas were made fresh there, the others were boxed. So in a way, the sign is misleading, even if both use ingredients from Gragnano. My interest was in the Bucatini Cacio E Pepe, prepared with Afeltra Bucatini (a boxed pasta), Genuine Fulvi® Pecorino Romano DOP, Black Pepper. And I had previously conducted copious research on this preparation. Please allow me to share. This dish was originally prepared by shepherds, a quick pasta meal with two basic simple ingredients, cheese and pepper. Some restaurants favor Bucatini over Spaghetti for the pasta type. The former is thicker to accommodate the hollow center that runs throughout, and apparently allows the sauce to coat both the inside and out of the pasta. The Afeltra pasta brand is indiginous to the Italian town of Gragnano, lauded for its pastas. To get this dish right, the cheese has to be Pecorino Romano, an Italian hard cheese made from 100% sheep's milk that originates from specific geographical areas. DOP stands for Denominazione d' Origine Protetta (Protected Designation of Origin). So now, the entree was in front of me. Will it live up? So simple, but yet so stunningly beautiful and magnetically presented (see my photos). The pasta was cooked al dente (the only way I like it), and every strand was coated with this rich cheese and black pepper, that made a statement but was not overwhelming. Yes, the pepper was freshly cracked, just the right amount, but it had a unique and fragrant pungency. Was it from Italy too? Sorry, I should have, but did not ask. Instead, I was engulfed in the texture and memorable flavor of this spectacular dish. Unforgettable. Memorable. Divine. Grazie mille signore e signori di questo ristorante.

I don't want to give 5 stars, but it's certainly better than 4 for me. 4.5 is a more aptly suited. So let's get into it... They won't seat you until your party is all there... With that said, the host staff is incredibly accommodating, polite, and understanding. Even considering how busy it is here. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. This is a really nice break from some other choices in most casinos (NOT including Best Friend ). The Cacio E Pepe here is absolutely to die for. I get it consistently and it never disappoints. The Peroni is on tap and is always a safe choice. This restaurant is convenient, with good food, and an enjoyable break from the non-stop Las Vegas vibes. With its close proximity to the stadium this is an awesome choice for your pre-concert/game dinner.

We were seated immediately which was nice. The ambiance was in between a fast food pizza place and a sit down, fancy pizza place. Definitely the prices of a fancy pizza place that did not reflect the quality of service or food. The pizza was similar to any other brick fire pizza and most of one of the pizzas was burnt on the bottom. Also, our server came to take our order and never checked if our food was good or if we needed anything else. The next time he came was to give us the bill and on top of that gave us a different tables' bill. I would not come back.

Really tasty and enjoyable spot at the Eatily inside Park MGM. The restaurant is open to Eatily so there's lots of airflow and it doesn't feel crowded even with lots of tables in the restaurant. They have a large menu with various pizza and pasta and other Italian dishes and even some salads since we needed a salad after a few days enjoying Vegas fare. The Insalata Primavera was a large and tasty salad with a white balsamic dressing. Two people could almost split this salad. The Norma Pizza is a traditional Neapolitan pizza with some fried eggplant on top. It was really tasty and had a crust with just a little bit of char that added to flavor but didn't taste burnt. I enjoyed a persica (peach flavored tequila drink) that went just right with my meal. Service was really friendly and some items come from different kitchens but everything came right on time and it worked out well. This place has a bunch of certifications on how they're serving their food in a traditional Italian way. I'd come back here again for an Italian meal and a salad.

The food was very delicious. The pasta and pizza (not shown - was too hungry) are amazing. Good portion and a great place to eat with friends or family. However, great place for a chill vibe by yourself and have the taste of Italy. The white was nice and crisp. So good I ordered two glasses. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and polite.

Went to Vegas for the weekend and stayed at the Park MGM and the last night after a long day I decided to eat at Eataly and the way they have it setup here is broken up into many food places kind of like a food hall or food court but this particular place was more of a traditional sit down formalized restaurant Got a seat sooner than expected (5 min vs 20min wait) Ordered the four cheese pizza with added mushrooms and the fettuccine The pizza itself was really good and enjoyed the bread and taste The pasta was alright I felt it was a little too al dente for my liking I had a cider to drink and had desert of a panna cotta and it was fine but I prefer it a bit more thicker or more jiggly lol but the flavor was still good The service was good and it's nice they come and charge you at the table like in Italy

I was here last year on a girls trip with my BFF. We ate all around town but my meal here was the one that stuck in my memory - I just had to take my husband here. I didn't really need to look at the menu - my order was an exact duplicate of last year - rustic bread with olive oil, caprese salad and fresh pappardelle with mushroom sauce. The bread, served almost immediately, came had a wonderful crunch on the outside with an almost fluffy center. The olive oil just made it. We were then served the caprese. Multi colored, some "ugly" tomatoes with half a ball of the fresh mozzarella. Olive oil, basil and a little too much salt rounded out the dish. I really don't like tomatoes - REALLY don't like them, yet I truly enjoyed these. On to the entree. The thick cut pasta was topped with a slightly creamy sauce just brimming with a variety of mushrooms. As usual, the finishing touch of Parmesan just topped off this delectable dish. We split the meal. And even though we flew in on Southwest and since breakfast only had a bag of their (icky) snack mix, we were barely able to finish. The amount of mushrooms in our entree reminds me of a story - feel free to skip ahead if you want - My husband's motto is "there are never enough mushrooms". Early in our marriage, when I'd cook something, he'd always say "you know, this would be better with mushrooms". This constant critique grated on me so much that I was seriously about to quit cooking for us and let him figure it out. When he realized I was serious, he stopped. He still occasionally mentions it but after 35 years of marriage, he knows that my side-eye means he better just stop right there. Anyway, I digress... In addition to a full range of pasta dishes, the menu also includes quite a few apps, a smattering of salads and a large selection of pizzas. There is a lengthy wine list, several spritzes and a few cocktails also included. Service was quick and our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant is rather small. We had a 20 minute wait on a Sunday evening which really wasn't bad. I'm not sure if they take reservations but it wouldn't be a bad idea to ask. We have a handful of days left here in Vegas. When we're out of town, we like to try different restaurants and rarely eat at the same place twice. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if we ended up back here before we leave.

Saw La Pizza & La Pasta as we were wandering Eataly and we noticed that we could use a snack (always seems to be an issue when being surrounded by food). It was about 9 PM on a weekday, but there was still a good wait to get in the restaurant. Thankfully, they have a takeout option! We ordered a Margherita pizza at the bar and it was ready for us 15 minutes later. It's a solid takeout Neopolitan pizza with good flavor and very thin crust. We ate it within ten minutes, but that was enough time for the crust to soften in the box so it was a bit hard to eat. If you do takeout, I'd recommend seeing if they will let you wait by the bar, so you can get your pie right out of the oven.

La Pizza & La Pasta was a great dining experience in the Eataly building. I was able to make reservations through open table and we were able to be seated immediately. The space is fairly tiny and they tend to cram a good amount of tables in that space. The house bread was great and the olive oil was amazing. My friend and I couldn't side what to get so we decided to share a margherita pizza as well as one of the pasta dishes. The margherita pizza was amazing. We able to taste the crust the sauce the cheese and all components of the pizza were very pronounced. I know in the past we had the the vesuvio pasta which was volcano shaped but it doesn't look like they had it this trip that we went. Everything was great and you could tell how the simple yet great amazing parts of the dish make for a great bite of food. The service was great and we couldn't stop saying how good the food was. Can't wait to try the different dishes here the next time I visit.

Service was good but food came out strangely fast and the reason why was the pasta was so hard. I couldn't eat it, I actually paid the tab and left upset. It wasn't the same quality as the restaurant they have in San Jose CA. Terrible.

We had a great dining experience at La Pizza & La Pasta in Eataly, Las Vegas. The Cacio e Pepe was fantastic, perfectly cooked al dente. The pizza was delicious, though it could always use a bit more prosciutto. The chocolate dessert was extremely rich and unfortunately, we couldn't finish it because it was just too chocolatey. Be sure to check the menu online, as it changes seasonally and some dishes featured in Yelp photos may no longer be available. Overall, a solid 4-star meal with standout dishes!

We love this place! We found La Pizza & La Pasta last year when we were in Vegas and had to come back on this trip. In fact, we came back two nights in a row! La Pizza & La Pasta is located inside Eataly, which is worth walking into by itself. It's a cute Italian-inspired market where you can find everything Italian you are looking for--wine, cheese, and pasta. They make fresh mozzarella on-site and have plenty of desserts to try, too. We have never had reservations. On the first day, we were able to walk in in the late afternoon and were seated outside on the patio. The patio was nice and fully covered with heaters. On the second day, we came during dinner time and decided to take our pizza to go because the wait was about 30 minutes for a table. My partner is gluten-free, which is how we found La Pizza & La Pasta the first time. She loves pizza, and they have a gluten-free crust. She's a Margherita fan and ordered it on gluten-free crust. They cook the pizza in the same oven as the regular pizza, which is ok for her dietary restrictions. The pizza comes out hot and delicious. It's a Napoletana style - which means its cooked very hot and quick. You can see the ovens when you walk through the restaurant. On the first day, I had the Salsiciotta, which had Italian sausage, Buffalo mozzarella, and mushrooms, also Napoletana style. It was sooo good. On the second day, I tried the Burrata E Pesto. It had fresh pesto with a whole burrata in the middle. I am usually a red sauce person, but I would order the pesto again and again. The whole burrata in the middle added to the decidance but the pizza still wasn't too heavy. If you are looking for great pizza or any Italian food, check out La Pizza & La Pasta inside Eataly. You won't regret it!

Love the Eataly in Century City, so thought I'd try the one in Vegas, and I wasn't disappointed. This location is right off the strip in the Park MGM hotel. We ordered their homemade bread - Focaccia Bianca with rosemary and olive oil for dipping. We also shared the Insalata Meditterranea with an herb lemon vinaigrette and house made mozzarella. My entree was Fettuccine Al Burro Di Tartufo E Parmigiano with Truffle Butter - excellent! They have a great wine and cocktail menu. Be sure to make reservations in advance, and take some extra time to walk around to see all of the other eateries they offer .. and try their gelato!

This spot is within the Eataly area of the Park MGM hotel. We had no trouble getting same day reservations on a Monday evening. We were seated immediately on arrival and water and drink orders taken right away. This is a casual spot, tables are close together, and moderate noise level. Both pasta dishes we ordered were fresh and flavorful. The papparadelle was very heavy on the mushroom. Bread does not come with the meal but they have three options for ordering. We both ordered the peach tea which comes in a bottle and it was delicious. Shay was our server and her recommendations were spot on.

The absolute best GF pizza that has ever been made. I love to stay at the Park so I can pop down to Eataly and enjoy the pizza. It is so. So. So. Good. Highly recommend you made a reservation. Indoor and outdoor seating, everything I've ever had here is phenomenal. Great service, our food was ready within 15 minutes. Bread service isn't complimentary anymore which was a bummer for my non gf counterpart but you can snag some for $4. If you are GF, don't sleep on this place.

Cool spot within Eataly that is cool but expensive. I really enjoy the food this place offers, especially the gluten sensitive options. They can use GF noodles and have a low gluten crust. It's not 100% GF so might not be good for celiacs, but went fine for me with a moderate intolerance. Why I gave this restaurant 3/5 is the service and price. We had to ask for water refills and plates to eat the pizza on. For a place that charges the amount they do, would expect better. Prices are just too high. Roughly $30 for a pizza, $25 for a noodle dish. 18 for house wine. The caprese was $24 and should be half that for what we got. I'll come to this place for maybe special occasions because the GF crust is good. Otherwise, would recommend going elsewhere to get more bang for your buck.

Food was great with authentic and fresh flavors. However, the service was a little slow even though it wasn't busy. Still, visiting Eataly is a must and this was a great stop.

Good Food, Great Ambiance, Disappointing Service I visited EATLY recently after a concert and was genuinely impressed by the food and ambiance. The flavors were on point, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. However, our experience was significantly marred by the attitude of our waiter, Tony. We arrived just five minutes before the last order, and while we understood the rush, Tony's demeanor was unwelcoming. It seemed like he was ready to clock out and made it clear that we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, Tony added a 22 percent tip to our bill without our consent, despite providing mediocre service. I would have been inclined to tip the max 15 percent for his lackluster attitude. In total, our bill came to $96 for a pizza, pasta, and a glass of wine, which felt excessive given the service we received. Despite the good food and ambiance, I left EATLY feeling disappointed by the subpar service.

Came here before my flight for a nice dinner and to enjoy the beautiful open space and wide windows. Delicious bruschetta and spinach & ricotta ravioli. And while I absolutely LOVED the tiramisu, the top experience of the night was my server Feline. Especially kind and provided the best recommendations. She made sure all my food came out at the appropriate cadence, ensuring I enjoyed each bit fresh and the way the chef intended. Despite having to eat slowly while i was working, she reassured me to take my time and generally put me in the best mood before heading to the airport. Thank you so much Feline! Will 100% come back and will recommend this beautiful place!

While staying at the Park MGM in Las Vegas, this restaurant sounded good just reading the hotel dining options. Well.......... The dining area that we were seated in felt like an upgraded cafeteria style location. Barely arms length from diners on either side. No opportunity for a private conversation over the meal. Server was pleasant, unlike the hostess, and quickly offered us wine and other beverages. Our orders were taken quickly, and even though bread was an additional charge, disappointed that it wasn't even offered. I ordered lasagna which was pretty good, but presentation was unremarkable. My friend ordered calzone, which was obviously half cooked. No, didn't send it back as we needed to get to our concert. Wouldn't go here again, sorry to say.

I'm a little picky with Italian food growing up in a Sicilian household so take this review with a grain of salt. Overall, this place wasn't bad but I wasn't overwhelmed by the food or service. I got a personal pizza that had some of my favorite ingredients. It was pretty good but also really dry. Half way through I was wishing I had a side of sauce! It was also semi-cold when it was served. The service wasn't bad but we waited a long time outside the restaurant when we had a reservation which was a little frustrating. Best I can give is 3/5 stars here!

All right let's get into it... back for a third time to review based on recent experience. The restaurant has completely cut out giving bread to people with their - meal you have to pay extra for it, as prices continue to go up. They cut the raviolis in half (see latest pic) so now rather than a nice round ravioli you're getting a half a ravioli. At least this time my food was warm, however the pasta being folded over was severely undercooked on the edges, and I don't mean that in an el dente good way - the edges of the pasta were the texture of cardboard, very much uncooked it could've stood another 30 seconds or so in that water. On top of that the service is back to being a bit brisk. I miss the lady I had before. I'll have to look out for her. Not going to say I'll never come back, but seeing that I am the person who checked in the most to this place you think they'd at least be a little bit kind.

Who says Italian food is made in heaven? It's made in Eataly, too. This restaurant's food was unbelievable. Every bite swelled with flavor. We love it here and in Chicago. We went into the restaurant and the wait was 30 minutes, so we did. Boy, we are glad we did. The night before we got delicious pizza, pasta, fried shiitaki mushrooms and fried zucchini sticks from the carry out counters. So good we came back! Tonight we got the arugula salad to share with bread. The Caprese was big enough to share. Entrees were Ravioli di Zucca (butternut squash). Was mouth savoring. The Linguine allo Scoglio was a mouthful of seafood flavor in every bite. Totally recommend. Ask for waiter Peter. He was wonderful.

Nice place to dine. We had a very nice server who was Erica! She was great and very attentive. I loved the calamari and my friend loved her pasta w/bolognese. Unfortunately my other friend didn't like her Seafood pasta but she didn't give the chance to change for a different dish. Also we noticed the patron beside us had a bread basket brought to his table. He also had cheese offered twice to him for his salad and again for his pasta. We didn't get offered anything. I'm not sure if this is standard or has to be asked for while you dine. Lightening is great as it's toward the entrance into the Etaly experience. This area is inside The Park MGM. I would go back for the calamari and drink for sure. I would go back.

I love this place. We shared the Caesar salad and the Double Layer Fresh Dough Pizza stuffed with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, fresh basil and parmegiano Reggiano cheese......SO GOOD! Strongly recommend reservations, very easy to do on the app.

Such a beautiful venue in Eataly at Park MGM, but the calzone was a gross soggy mess. Who in their right mind puts red sauce on top of a calzone? The salami they used inside the calzone did not pair well with the flavors of the dish at all. I took one bite and immediately wanted to leave. My boyfriend got a pizza and it was soggy as well. Unfortunately, we had to return both entrees and our serve was gracious enough to allow us to do so. I will say that my boyfriend loved their Bloody Mary cocktail and I loved their bruschetta ricotta and honey appetizer. However, overall, I would stir clear of this place, don't let the lovely decor foul you.

We came here for our first night in Las Vegas after not beating able to get to Ocean Prime. The restaurant itself is just one of the "stations" in a big area of restaurants called Eataly which made the ambiance really cool. It was pretty noisy, though. Service was good, but if we had went later we wouldn't be able to get in because of how busy it got around 8:30. Focaccia Bianca: 10/10 AMAZING. So fluffy and light while still so flavorful. Went well with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Bruschetta Primavera: 7.5/10 Just lacked flavor. It had peas and some kind of leaves sitting on top of some kind of cheese and bread at the bottom. I'd say the Focaccia Bianca was better. Salsicciotta (sausage and mushrooms pizza): 9.8/10 SPECTACULAR!!! With each bite you can tell that they use the freshest of ingredients. They make their own mozzarella which is SO GOOD. The mushrooms are so hearty and delicious, and the sausage is amazing. Even the tomato sauce is so fresh and delicious. The pizza is finally topped with basil leaves. Perfect for people who like a mixture of meat and vegetables. Best crust ever. The only problem I have is how thin the bottom of the pizza is. Margherita: 10/10 (rated by my brother) In the words of my brother who ordered it, "The cheese was awesome. The bottom of the pizza was so firm that I could hold it with one hand." Would recommend for younger audiences. Capricciosa: 9.75/10 In the words of my mom and dad who ordered it, "The Prosciutto was spectacular. Best olives I've ever had in my life. The chewiest and softest crust I've ever had." I also had a slice of this pizza and I'd rate it 9/10. Just not my style

Casual, open style seating. Authentic recipes, fresh ingredients. Friendly service from the moment you're greeted. Blake was awesome. I'd definitely return.

We wanted a quick bite while staying at Park MGM but didn't want to break the bank, leave the facility, or order at the many stands inside Eataly and fight for a tables. That's where La Pizza La Pasta came in. We were seated immediately. Service was super attentive. We ordered the Spritz Flight which was a great deal if you plan on ordering at least 3 spritz drinks at your table. And yes, you can share! We opted to go the lighter route and shared a gorgeously piled arugula salad with the perfect citrus dressing. We also shared a fig and salami pizza, which I will definitely be trying to recreate at home. The salad and pizza was the perfect amount of food for the two of us at lunch. We also noticed a plethora of Gluten Free options - a rarity with Italian restaurants!

This is a cute American Italian restaurant located in MGM parks eataly. We were quickly seated without a reservation. Unfortunately the food did not meet the mark as it lacked flavor. I would not recommend this restaurant, the ambiance, service is great, but the food tasted like jar sauce and the cheese based sauce had a chemical after taste.

We ate here after Fly Over experience across the street. Located inside Eataly. You can see them making the pasta and pizza dough. The Del Salumier is the best pizza here. It taste exactingly as made in Italy. The Ravioli Pomodoro is as delicious. They both taste freshly made and it's unforgettable. Always enjoyed Arancini for appetizer. The service was great. Our server made recommendations. Beat the crowd by making reservation!

We decided to do a quick late lunch in the casino so we didn't have to travel far. We've eaten at the food court part of the restaurant where you order from different stands. This time we decided to try the sit down restaurant. They had a special going on 3 courses for $31. My husband chose to do that. When she came take our order he started and they were out of the appetizer he had chose. Then we decided to order a bread starter and they were out of that as well. It's not really a big deal but when she came to take the drink order she Should have let us know that those items were not available to order. My Pappardelle Con Funghi was full of mushrooms. It was surprising just how many. The flavor was good. I did also enjoy the meatballs. Husband liked the pizza. He said it wasn't spicy. Overall food was delicious. Service wasn't great.

Good is delicious! Service is great, our server Mirella was great recommending drinks, food and more! It's a bit crowded and the wait time to get a table can take a while but worth it!

Casual Italian place at Eataly located in Park MGM. Self parking garage is on the opposite ends of Eataly but the casino is fairly small so it won't be too long of a walk. Made reservations for Monday dinner. Our female server definitely did not want to be there that day. She was going through the motions and took our order without a smile. She wasn't personable, didn't offer suggestions like beverage pairings etc. Our two pasta dishes were not appetizing at all. Lackluster flavorless pasta. I ordered the Taliatelle Alla Bolognese ($31) and the pasta's texture was hard (was it undercooked?) and the sauce was dry and flavorless. How in the world can sauce be dried right? Well....leave it to this place. See photo attached and you'll know what I mean. We also ordered the Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe ($23). Yes yes, I know....spaghetti...how basic. But if done right, spaghetti can be a good, solid dish. Take Scarpetta at The Cosmopolitan or Amari at Uncommons in Summerlin for example. I had to choke down my leftovers the next day for dinner because I don't like to waste food. Two days straight of eating hard, dried, flavorless pasta. Ugh. Disappointing. Only giving this review one star for the appetizer: the Arancini ($16). You get three crispy riso scotti rice balls. That had more flavor than the pastas! Heck, I would rather order a few of those as my entrees, and that's pretty sad to say. Prices here definitely does not justify for the quality of the food. I wouldn't suggest dining here. There are PLENTTTYYYYYY of better Italian restaurants on The Strip.

We went twice in a week. Our waiter Peter was very kind. We loved the basil pesto that came with the cheese plate. He brought us a complimentary one for our bread order upon request. We also customized our pasta and pizza with black truffles and had fresh cannoli for dessert. Both the truffles and cannolis are purchased downstairs. They allow you to bring them in and eat at the table since it's the same business (Eataly). But if you purchase the pasta with truffle on the menu, it's going to be at least $30 more expensive.

My friend was really craving pasta and they had a gluten free pasta so we joined for dinner. I asked recommendations from the server and she stated the linguine. I notice grilled shrimp. Boom! Sounded great. I get my dish only to find a lot of seafood I didn't recognize. One looked like a mini octopus. I dug everything out. I knew this was pretty distasteful in a fairly pricey location (pasta dish $40). Not one person (including our server) stopped to check on us in over 25 minutes. I did eat the pasta but NONE of the seafood. My friends dish was pretty bland and it was supposed to be the icon dish. Once the server came by and I asked what exactly was in my dish, she still didn't ask how things were. Needless to say we were both disappointed as we walked out with a $95 bill. The pizza looked good but I must admit I won't be back.

I have had La Pizza bookmarked for a while and when I went to visit Vegas one more time recently, I was able to enjoy a nice early dinner amongst friends. We ordered a few dishes to share and they were mushroom pasta, meatballs, agnolotti del plin- beef ragu filled inside like mini ravioli, and Vesuvio- double layered pizza because who doesn't want more dough? Overall all the dishes were coming to our table when it was ready. Each dish was unique but my favorite was hands down the mushroom pasta. I love mushrooms to begin with but the nice pasta with it was so flavorful! Yum and the pizza was huge it kind of reminded me of a calzone. Packed with tasty tomato sauce and meat filled. The short rib was an experience as well. For how small the pieces are the flavor popped out of it.

Service was incredible. The food was amazing. We enjoyed our dinner. The pizza was perfect and our pasta was so delicious. Do yourself a favor and try the tiramisu and the pudding.

I found this place, just walking through Eataly. If your type/style of pizza is Neopolitan style, then this is your place to head to. I do not give out five stars easily unless the business has consistency, which they did the few times we visited. For us, the food was on point, and the service was better than we expected for being on the strip.

We picked up a last minute reservation and so happy we did. As someone who is gluten free seeing pasta AND pizza as an option was amazing. Our server Stephanie was so kind and allowed us plenty of time to explore the menu. Service was quick, atmosphere was lively!

Every time I visit Vegas, I eat here. Great food as always.the pasta is out of this world! You will not get over cooked pasta and their mozzarella is the best! Great service this time from Blake. Clearly he wants to make sure customers are taking care of! I would come back again because of quality of food and great service from the staff! You should too!

I saw this pizza on my work social media group page and it looked so delicious. I showed the hostess and asked her which pizza it was to know what I was ordering. I sat down and when my server came I ordered exactly that except I asked her to add marinara sauce which she said was $2 extra. $2 extra for just sauce was absurd but i couldn't not add it so I agreed. Awhile later out came a margherita pizza. I, confused, checked with the hostess and my server, knowing this wasn't what I ordered. The item I wanted was discontinued they no longer sold it so they took it away from me and off my bill and allowed me to reorder. Nothing else screamed at me but I ordered the meat pizza. It was just okay about an 7/8 out of 10. Between the mixups the food being mid-grade, and the pricing on the food being high I can't see myself coming back.

Amazing fresh pasta! Awesome energy from Blake! I came here for my birthday lunch just so I could be alive again from the night before. He was a good sport about not giving me wine regardless of my sisters trying to get me to drink again. Thanks Blake!
