Ibiza Restaurants Are as Incredible as Its Beaches

"The new signature restaurant at Six Senses Ibiza that celebrates local seafood and produce (including from the resort’s own organic farm), offering outdoor seating in a garden setting among 100-year-old olive trees; described as a "stunning courtyard restaurant," its food is inspired by island produce and seafood and presented in a relaxed, outdoor garden context." - Leila Najafi

One of the Most Luxurious Hotel Brands Is Finally Open in Ibiza

"Helmed by chef Eyal Shani, the resort's main restaurant features a 50-seat chef's table shaded by century-old olive trees and a menu built around organic, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients with plant-forward options. Signature-style dishes highlighted include whole roasted cauliflower, tomato entrecote, airy ricotta clouds, and a giant hot focaccia; the venue also includes a full bar and a convivial, ingredient-driven approach to dining." - Andrea Romano Andrea Romano Andrea Romano is a writer and editor in New York City. Amazing experience !!! The service was unbelievable and the staff were very attentive. I was with my boyfriend and we were celebrating his birthday two days before. We had a table with a view, the staff brought the candle and offered us the dessert. Everyone is extremely polite and you feel good. Everything is perfect to the millimetre, with no slip-ups.

A perfect six senses experiences. The food is outstanding, the ambiance and setting from another galaxy. Each member of the staff was fantastic. We went early, had a drink while enjoying sunset, and then dinner. Prices are aligned with quality (we paid just under 200 for all). We can t wait to be back!

Disappointed Food quality is average, really. But the prices are not.

Very cool and lovely atmosphere. Amazing food. Surprisingly affordable for the location (Six Senses Hotel). Service was great except for having to ask for cutlery after our food arrived and one missing beverage that we had to ask for 3x times.

The location was absolutely beautiful, and the service was friendly and attentive. However, when it came to the food, I was a bit disappointed. While the dishes were fresh, the portions were small, and the flavors were nothing out of the ordinary. For a price point of over 40€ per plate, I expected more than a small side like pico de gallo. On the bright side, the dessert was excellent, but when you're paying 20€ for a cheesecake, it's something you'd hope for.
