We have eaten at the restaurant at this hotel every year for over a decade and with minor variations, it has always excelled. The staff are charming, the food excellent and the general location unbeatable. The staff were telling me how the chef is very concerned to use local produce and he has certainly succeeded in finding the very best; delicious cherry tomatoes, excellent prawns and tender meat for the steak tartare. Not cheap, but well worth the price
