Amazing, Amazing and Amazing. The rooms are fabulous with fabulous personal touches. The food was delicious and my massage was fantastic. It felt like a wonderful fancy home ! December is the perfect time with mild weather, fun shopping AND Christmas markets!!! Thanks for a lovely stay....I will be back! Lynn F.

Great location right at the water. It is easy to walk anywhere from the hotel. The staff -- at reception, in the restaurant, the concierge -- are kind and professional and willing to help with anything. The restaurant has delicious food, and the bar has some interesting cocktails. My room was spacious and huge, spotlessly cleaned every day, beautifully decorated. It's also the small things, from the stationary in the room to the seal press with the initials of the actor/musician/artist in whose room you are staying. Wonderful hotel. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The service in this hotel was second to none. The staff were attentive, fast and so polite and helpful. We had five large heavy suitcases that were brought from the car and carried to our room at the very top of the hotel in no time and with a smile.

Every creature comfort exceeded my expectations: the staff, the food, the room (and amenities) felt like luxury personified. The Christmas Market was was a delightful holiday surprise! So many little touches that did not go unnoticed! I’ll be back…

Rooms and decor need updating as do the beds. We would have expected a better room based on the price we paid. The carpet was very worn and was dated. It was a great location but really not worth the price.

We had lunch at the restaurant. The food is really nice, no complaints there. But when we were paying the bill, we checked with our very inexperienced waitress (she was clearly in training still) if it was indeed “Service Compris”, which we had noticed indicated on the menu. Immediately a more experienced waitress jumped on the situation and we were sort of bullied into adding an additional tip. We should have ignored her I suppose but it got unpleasant and we didn’t want to make a scene. Spoiled the meal a bit.

I was in san Francisco when I try booking for 5/12 which is next year , But miss typo checkout same day 11/14 still in San Francisco , there's no way I can get to hotel same day . so I call Hyatt and hotel less than 2 min for change the day to 5/12 next year . or refund my points 38000 but the policy cannot cancel they even less than 2 min . did I just get rob ? I want take my girl friend but now I am thinking do I want to go there with these not welcome attitude .I though Hyatt is good with customer service . I am very disappointed . please take a look at there policy , don't be like me Hyatt rob 38000 points been saving for long time .

Absolutely stunning hotel at the most perfect location in the town. The staff were accommodating, polite and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and you could tell they thought of everything. I’d definitely recommend La Ponche to anyone visiting St Tropez.
