A must-visit if you’re in Châtel. Reservations are essential—I booked two weeks in advance. Outstanding, flavorful dishes, impeccable yet warm service, and a fantastic wine selection, including many local options. The chef absolutely nails every plate—each one looks like a masterpiece.

Food quality is really outstanding. Each dish is meticulously created and the flavour really shies through. Prices are not cheap nor expensive gicen the quality. Advanced reservation is recommended.

This is absolutely the best restaurant in Chatel. Good food, friendly staff and cosy environment. In my opinion the most economy friendly choice is to choose the 3 or 4 courses menu (39 or 59 euros). Be careful during the crowded period, a reservation is usually needed.
