La Puerta Del Sol Apartments

Not a good complex for military members. The Lease Office accused my fellow Servicemember of providing fake orders to them. For work order requests they take weeks to repair the apartment. My fellow junior service member lasted a whole month with a leak in his roof due to lack of importance to its residents and complex. Do NOT recommend.

We recently transferred to El Paso for work, our new apartment is beautifully upgraded and has a cold AC. The entire process was seamless and the team here went above and beyond to make our transition easy. I highly recommend moving here.

Poor management, ever neglectful my fiance made a maintenance request for the AC back in April didn't get repaired till June. I was 4 months pregnant going through the summer heat, my fiance made management aware that it's been 2 months and I was pregnant. They fixed it only to break again 2 weeks. Rick Soto is quick to ask for rent but can't even keep on top maintenance. Don't ever live here. Also walk in your apartment without a notice.

Great place to live. The buildings are old but they are well maintained. Management and maintenance are very prompt, courteous and helpful. I would recommend these apartments to friends and family.

They expect us to pay rent on time but what about the ants that came with the apartment paying rent? Would be nice if this was taken care of 🐜🐜🐜 (yes we have asked for this to be fixed...)

Would not recommend he messed up my credit I finished my lease and they still said I didn’t pay.

If I could give this place no stars I would. NASTY. You wanna be living with cockroaches right beside you?

Change your hours, I tried to call at 4 pm for availability and an answering machine said that it was after hours.
